Chapter 15: Mia became friend to Lucy in the Pub

"Lucy, Come to the Pub that is there at XXXX Centre. I will wait for you." Catherine said and disconnected the call.

Lucy did not show any interest in going to the Pub, but she needed to obey Catherine's words.

She locked the office and drove the scooter towards the Pub that Catherine asked.

The clock sounded at 06:00 PM.

Lucy parked the vehicle and entered the Pub with fear and discomfort.

"Hi, Beauty! Are you searching for a company?" A guy who entered the Pub asked with a smiling face.

Lucy controlled her anger and moved aside.

"Beauty, Why do you fear? Let's enjoy the company." Another guy said and tried to go towards Lucy.

"No. That girl did not give to give company. Please go." Catherine said and took Lucy inside.

"Madam, I don't want to come to this place. I will go." Lucy said with irritation.

"Lucy, You will soon understand the reason why I called you. It is my promise to you that you will be safe here. Don't worry." Catherine said with a smiling face.

Lucy did not understand why Catherine asked her to come to the Pub but followed her silently.

Catherine took her near to a group and introduced Lucy to them.

Lucy, with fear in her eyes, greeted them. She smiled with discomfort and looked at Catherine with fear.

"Lucy, They are all VIPs in the city. Some of them are our clients." Catherine said with a smiling face.

The lights switched off, and DJ'S started playing the musical instruments.

Lucy, with discomfort, looked at Catherine, and tears were flowing from her eyes.

"Lucy, Why are you crying? Please have a seat." Catherine said and made Lucy sit on the chair.

"Madam, Why did you ask me to come here?" Lucy asked in a slow voice.

"Lucy, I brought you to introduce a new life to you. You need to approach the clients in the form of social gatherings. Mouth Publicity is important for our business. We will not get the Client list from anywhere. If you meet a woman, they will give the number of another woman who needs our product. Try this formula once. You won't even need the list to close the leads, and this is a new technique you need to follow in Marketing our product." Catherine said and kissed Lucy's forehead.

Lucy looked at Catherine in confusion and the girls enjoying her age in the Pub.

"Lucy, Leave all your inhibitions. You will get new leads when you make new friends." Catherine said and called some girls.

"Hi, She is a new friend of yours. Her name is Lucy. She is an employee of WOMEN'S HEAVEN. Please give her company for some time. Lucy is an innocent girl who doesn't know anything. Please be polite." Catherine said and went towards the women's group.

Lucy looked at the girls with fear, and her hands began to tremble.

"Lucy, Don't fear. We are your friends only." The girls said and introduced themselves to Lucy.

Lucy began to enjoy their company, as they were jovial and talkative. She understood the importance of friendship, which allows her to network with others.

"Hi, My name is Mia. I came to know that you are an employee of WOMEN'S HEAVEN. I will give you good leads, as I know many girls who need your company products." Nineteen-year-old Mia said with a smiling face.

"What? I cannot believe this. Will you give me the leads?" Lucy asked with surprise.

"Yes. Why don't you use social media to sponsor your products? Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram will fetch you good results. I don't like Sexual Products, but my friends like them. I am a student of XXXX College studying Graduation First Year. You are lucky, as you got to work at this age." Mia said and gave the contact numbers of her network.

"What is this list?" Lucy asked with confusion.

"They are my classmates and social media friends. You can contact them and deliver your products to their address. Time to go, as my boyfriend will wait. Bye." Mia said and hugged Lucy.

Lucy sat on the corner, looking at the list.

"What are you looking for, Baby? Let's enjoy the party." Victor said and touched Lucy's shoulders.

Lucy lifted her head angrily and was shocked to see Victor there.

"Lucy! Is it you? I don't know that you will change your attitude like this. What a frock? Your thighs are superb, and your body perfume is making me mad. Let's rock tonight." Victor said and touched Lucy.

"Idiot! How dare you touch that girl?" Catherine asked and slapped Victor.

Victor felt insulted and looked at Lucy angrily.

"Lucy, Come with me," Catherine said, taking Lucy away.

While going, tears flowed from Lucy's eyes, and she started crying.

"Lucy, What happened? Are you still thinking about that idiot?" Catherine asked and stopped the vehicle.

"Madam, I won't come to the Pub again. Please don't ask me to come to the Pub." Lucy said with tears.

"Lucy, Life is a challenging game. You must not fear like this. Do you know the reason why I called you to the Pub?" Catherine asked and wiped Lucy's tears.

Lucy nodded her head as a symbol of NO with her head down.

"Network is important for anything, Lucy. I know that you don't have many friends. Even if the leads sheet is not there, you can stand independently. You will get leads and easily reach the targets with your network—no need to go to the pub daily. Once a month, come with me. I will introduce you to your age friends. You will get a good hike in the salary and can easily occupy my position. I will help you do that, but you must leave your inhibitions, as shyness must not be there in this job. Did you understand?" Catherine asked and dropped Lucy at the house.

"Lucy, Good night. Let's meet tomorrow." Catherine said and went away.

After Catherine left, Lucy began to think about the words spoken to her.

"Yes. The network is also important, along with knowledge. Ava Madam also said the same thing to me. I must be the Leader in this Profession. Yes. I must be the LEADER." Lucy said with an act of revenge in her eyes.

The revenge is not on anyone but her career due to her ambition and goals that built up in her mind involuntarily with Ava and Catherine's words.
