Chapter 7

There are only four palaces in this generation. These are the Place of Yanderes, the Palace of the Government, the Palace of the Royalties, and the Palace of Fog.

She had known about the other palaces, except the Palace of Fog. It is said that it was covered with fogs that you don’t realize that you are already in a mountain. The road is said to be dangerous too.

"That palace is covered with fog and ice. It was located at the Peak of Hakku Mountain."

Hakku Mountain? That was too far! And it was the largest and highest mountain in the world!

"You want to know more about it?"

She shook her head.

"Isn't it scary?"

He shrugged. "Sort of. You have to travel within 24 hours with Bugatti Veyron. Palace of fogs is the palace that deals with the lands and properties. It is also the palace that adhere the environmental rights that is why it is located there. Do you know about Yanderes?"

She froze, unable to answer him. It wouldn’t be good to tell him that she knows much about yanderes.

"N-No. What is it? What about it?" She answered, hoping he didn’t notice that she is lying.

"The Palace of Fog had only one Yandere. And I believe that it is not in need to share you about yanderes." He smiled.

She stayed quite thinking that he might have known that she is lying about not knowing about yanderes.

"The meal is ready."

Palace of Fog

It has been a week since she was thinking about that palace. Hazaki said to her that there is only one yandere there so it is possible that he is talking about himself.

It is a waste that she hadn’t known much about that palace since he transferred to the apartment the other day.

Now, she came back to her normal life, living alone in her home, and working in the day. And she could only see Hazaki sometime. We can only see each other sometimes.

Lianna is currently at work and she couldn’t focus because of overthinking. Hazaki is all over her head. She was even imaging him looking at her that makes her inspired.

"Hey! Why didn't you tell me you have a boyfriend, Natsuka?"

Her attention was caught by her coworker who just opened the door of her office. Confused, she shook her head, saying, “You know I had no boyfriend since birth, Hagaku.”

"Are you sure? Then who's that handsome guy waiting and looking for you outside?"

Her brows furrowed. Is it Jolog? Well, he is less attractive. Is it Wyte? But he said to not bother her anymore. Then who could it be?

"Maybe, it's one of my old friends. I'll check him out." She stood up from her seat.

"Introduce me to him. I kinda like him." Hagaku winked.

Shaking her head, she passed her and went to the elevator. She greeted every coworker she passes until she has arrived to the ground floor.

She went to the company’s cafeteria to check who could be waiting for her. She searched her eyes to look for him as her eyes landed to him, who just stood up and waved at her.
