Chapter 5

"I'm Gieka Natsuka or Jillianna.”

With their hands shaking, she could feel how smooth is his hand. Lianna was even thinking that his hand might be softer than hers.

"Should I accompany you inside? I'll talk to the owner, he is a friend." She offered after the hand shake.

"It will be my pleasure. Thank you."

Lianna led him inside the gate to the iron door of the apartment and knocked twice. Then a man came to open the door, making her grimace.

"Oh, Lianna? Something's wrong?"

It was her older brother who lives in the apartment.

"Someone is signing in." She rolled her eyes to her brother.

Her brother then looks up to Hazaki who’s standing behind her.

"Him?" Her brother he gave her a slight grin, making her tsk because she knows what he might be thinking.

"Don’t give me that grin, Jolog.” She gripped his hair.

“Where is Weggie?"

"He just left."

"What? Where?" She released his hair.

Her brother shrugged. "Out of town. He said he will be visiting his daughter. He said he will be back after 2 days."

Groaning, she looked at Hazaki that was silently listening. She held his wrist and pulled him out of the apartment and closed the gate.

"The owner is not there. How can you find another place to stay? It's getting late..."

She just realized that she is holding his wrist so she let it go. “I’m sorry.”

Hazaki made a small smile. “There is nothing to worry about, Miss Natsuka. I might need to stay in my car for the mean time-"

"You can stay at home for a while.” She suddenly suggested after realizing that she is alone at her house.

“It must be uncomfortable to sleep your car."

She doesn’t know why she had come up to that idea, specially that it is a stranger she is inviting to her home, not to mention he is a yandere that she is unsure what kind.

But then there is a slight part of her that tells her that it is okay for her to let him in. He doesn't seem to be a bad stranger and he looks kind and he talks formal and respectful.

"Wouldn't I be a bothersome on you, Miss Natsuka?" He asked in a formal tone like she was his colleague.

"Actually, I'm alone at home as of now. It doesn’t bother me to offer kindness towards a migrant. And I think you came from a far and you must be tired and it is also late at night. And anyway, my mom will not be at home for a week. And my brother will stay in this apartment." She pointed the apartment.

"That gentleman is your brother?"

She nodded. "A stupid one. Let's go?" She smiled as he nodded and followed him to her house. Her mother was in a business trip for a week. Koujo was with her father in another town and Jolog lives in that apartment.

Lianna was awakened by the ray of sunlight into her eyes. She opened her eyes only to see that she left her curtains open before sleeping. She slowly got up and smelled something good.

Her eyes went wide as soon as she realized that she had a visitor. She quickly got up to go to the bathroom while tying her hair. She washed her face and brushed her teeth before running out of her room to check Hazaki.

She smelled something good again, making her eyes widened. She directly swift way to the kitchen only to expect what she is expecting.

He is cooking!

Hazaki turns his back to Lianna who’s standing there, unable to move because she was stunned and amazed by how he professionally does his work like a chef.

He hummed. "I thought that you could be tire of work yesterday. I am sorry for using your kitchen but let me cook for your meals to show my gratitude. Please forgive me for the inconvenience.” He couldn’t look at her eyes like he was shy.

And Lianna was there, unable to take off her eyes away from him.

This is unbelievable. How can a yandere be so sweet? She had never thought that a yandere could be this sweet. All she knows about yanderes were that they were obsessive and… selfish. But this one, he is different. There is something more of him that she doesn’t know. There is something more interesting from him that she wanted to know.

"Thank you..."

He smiled. "Please wait for a while, Natsuka. You can have a morning coffee while waiting."
