Chapter 2

ALEXIA POV

As soon as he let me go, I punched him in the chest

" Wow ! What was that for" he said

"For hurting me a while ago" I said

"How did I do that?"

"You pretended not to remember me, do you know how much it hurts" I said

"I'm sorry but you started it all" He replied

"How did I start this" I asked

"You claim you were my friend but you never wrote or tried to call me, I thought you forgot about me" he said

"But I wrote to you, you never answered" I said

"I never got a letter" He said

“I really wrote to you, you live on St James Street in the United States, your mother told me that you live there and since you were there I wrote to you ” I said

"Mom told you I live in St James's Street?" he asked

"Of course" I said

"Now I know where this problem comes from" He said putting his arm around my shoulder and made me sit on the chair

“What is it ? ” I asked

"My mother lied to you, I never lived in St James's" he said

"That's why you never answered my letter" I said

"Yes, as soon as I go, I'll settle this with her, now my dearest Alex, tell me what you've been doing since I left" he said and I felt a little shy

He called me his very dear Alex, not that it's the first time he calls me that, it's just different now, now that I'm in love with him

"Well that's not that interesting" I said and when I saw her look I started telling her everything

'So my dearest Alex had fun without his best friend' He said cheekily and I laughed

"Better don't suit you at all and you're having fun without me too" I said

"Your singing career is now global, I can't believe I have a superstar as my best friend" I added laughing and he did too

"So you don't have a boyfriend yet, I thought they would be fighting over you now" He said

It's you I want to flock around me, I thought

"Well no, I don't have time for that and you really looked at me, I look horrible, who would want to have me as a girlfriend" I said

"You're beautiful Alex, these five years have changed you a lot, don't think you're not good enough to attract someone" he said

"Ok, so now tell me, and you"

"I've been with a lot of her, the ugly ones, the broth ones, the sexy ones and the crazy ones" He said laughing

I could only smile at her, a smile I knew never reached my heart

Just hearing him say he's been with a lot of girls broke my heart

“Girls, now I have a lot; and sometimes I feel like chasing them" he said and just then his phone rang cutting me off giving him

"hello Sasha" he said into the phone

Another one of them I sadly thought

As soon as he finished the call he took my hand and I looked at him

"It's so good to be back, here with you and everyone, I've mostly missed you" He said wiggling my finger

"And I missed you too" I said

"Okay now, enough feelings, I have to see someone, I'll be back soon" he said and before I could stop him he kissed my hand

"Our kiss deal" He said and smiled

"It's been five years" I said snatching her hand

"But we can resurrect it" he said

"Your girlfriend wouldn't like me to kiss your hand in front of her" I said

"Don't worry, I'll take care of my girlfriend, so our kissing business continues," he said and before I could say anything he was gone.

I touched the back of my hand and smiled, It was the closest Nick kiss I've ever received.

The kiss deal is some kind of thing we've done in the past and I thought he would have forgotten about it but he never did.

At least my best friend still remembers me and is happy about it, at least for now, I just hope that one day he will see what I feel for him........

A WEEK LATER

It's been a week since Nick arrived and the house that has been dull for years is now active and full of life.

And it's all thanks to Nick, Nick and his sweet manners.

For a week, he has been organizing parties, inviting his friends from abroad and also inviting his colleague to the studio.

His parents never refused but instead they let him do what he wants, after all he is their only child.

He had discussed the matter regarding the letter and she had denied

I knew she would deny, she never liked that I was close to her son and so she will do everything possible to keep me away

Another party is also organized today

He had invited me but I had refused; but I was there as a waitress.

And today I carried the tray with a lot of glass and the thought of serving his girlfriend sickened me

He was sitting in one of the lounge chairs and he had his girlfriend by his side.

I was so sad to see him with her, I realized Nick is now mingling with the rich

He barely had time for me like before

When I had the chance, I left the party and went downstairs.

The garden seemed so peaceful and calm here and that was all I needed

I sat on the bench and touched my hand, I can still feel his kiss on my hand, I smiled remembering all the attention he always gave me

It's different now and I won't deny, I feel hurt

"Come on Nick, let's do it here" hearing Nick's name I got up and traced the voice

I saw him and Mary getting hot on each other

They were kissing furiously and she was losing her clothes.

They were really going to make love here? I thought looking at them

Nick moaned loudly and carried Mary in his arms, pushing her against the wall, kissing her fiercely

I was so hot watching them, I quickly turned around and left the stage

I was coming home from the party when I bumped into someone

If he hadn't held my waist, I would have fallen

I looked at the unknown and found a very handsome guy looking at me.........
