Chapter 12 The friendship

Emily's POV.

I woke up with and arm rested around my waist, I turned around to see Luca lying in bed with me, how did we even get here?

I looked back at Luca and he looked so beautiful.

To be honest that was the best sleep I've had in awhile usually I get nightmares about the accident but last night was probably the best night of my life.

I don't even know when I fell asleep or who brought me to the room but I'm sure it was Luca because he was the only one with me last night.

Suddenly I had to pee but when I tried getting out of Luca's hands he held on tighter, "Don't leave me please." He said

"I'm not leaving you Luca I need to pee." I said and he nodded sleepy, "I want you back in bed with me, I want to cuddle." He said and i ran to the bathroom and finished my business.

"Aww look at the bad boy, he wants to cuddle with me." I said teasingly.

"It's Sunday, we get to stay in bed and watch movie obviously looking after our child." He said seriously as I chuckled as I got back into bed and Luca pulled me to him instantly, I tensed up at first but soon relax when he started rubbing my back and I sighed in relief before I knew it I was asleep again.

I woke up once again to an empty bed, I got out off the bed, went to go shower and then went downstairs to look for Luca, "Luca!" I screamed and stopped surprised to see Jake and Luca laughing and talking as if they were buddies forever.

"What's going on here? Do you'll know each other?" I asked. 

Luca looked at me and Jake replied, "Luca's brother was my best friend Em, do you remember Jason?" He asked.

And I remembered Jason would come over a lot when I was younger him and Luca were inseparable, "Jason as in Jay Jay, Jason." I asked and Jake nodded.

"He passed away the same time as mum and dad passed away." I said and swallowed back the tears.

And Jake nodded again, "They all died because of me!" I screamed and Jake and Luca just stared at me, "EMILY MARIE DAVID!" Jake screamed but soften when he seen me flinch, "How many times do I have to tell you it wasn't your fault?" He whispered.

"They went to go get me a cake, if I wasn't so stubborn they would be here with us today Jake! You should hate me, I killed them." I said in a soft voice.

"I'm going to my room, I'll see you later." I said and went back to my room.

10 minutes later someone knocked on the door, "Princess, it's me Luca, can I come in?" He asked.

"As long as you don't ask me about what happen." I said

"I promise I won't, we could watch a movie if you want, we won't talk about it at all I promise." He said and I unlocked the door.

I opened the door to see a smiling Luca with popcorn and chocolate in his hands and I smiled at him, "Come in." I said.

"We watching "the fault in our starts", a little birdie told me it was your favorite." He said with a smirk.

"We both know that birdie is Jake, I have no other friends besides you." I said and looked up to him.

He smiled, "Well since I'm your friend now , tomorrow you sitting with me and my friends at lunch and I promise they not snobby, they'll love you!" He said and I smiled.
