Chapter 9

While walking people are looking at us and that is not a shock from me. I hears them talking and saying that we are so sweet. Didn't they know we are not really in a relationship. We are just classmates and I don't even know why we are wearing couple shirts.

"Marco looks more handsome in personal than television." I heard a girl said to his boyfriend. I didn't want to heared them but they are abit loud at our back. They are fighting now.

"I can't wait to turn 18 so that my parents already allow me to have boyfriends." I smiled at that.

I slightly pull Marco's shirt and he looks at me. "I'm shy. Let's eat ice cream then go home." He just chuckled. "Be proud. You're with me."

I want to punch his arm but people are looking so I just nodded. So confident! Maybe that is why he has alot of movies and series. I might watch some of them next time.

We go straight to the ice cream parlor. "Let's watch a movie." I agree at him. This is the first time he ask me today it is always me asking him to do this.

I notice that he never use his money today. I thought he will pay after our food earlier but no. Now here in the ticket booth he didn't pay at all.

"You don't have cash? I can pay for us. You're paying for us since earlier." When we are at the restaurant earlier and the clothes I said I'll pay for us but he didn't let me. Now that this is our last stop, I'll pay now.

"You are hurting my ego." He said. The lady at the cashier is looking at him. Same as the people around us. Thing is new. "You are not paying after all. I don't know how we pass those staff."

I get my wallet to pay using my allowance. It is always end of the month and my new allowance will arrive soon.

"No,"

I still continue getting my money. "No need to pay, Jelai." I paused. Did he just call me Jelai?

This is the first time he calls me by my name. I am shock. Him saying my name sends me shiver down to my spine. Oh gosh!

"We own the mall. No need." And that really makes me stop. "R-really?"

I didn't see that coming. Now I get it why he's not paying but this is still there business he should pay. "Even so. I need to pay for at least myself." He shake his head and smile at the cashier lady. I saw the lady blush before Marco hold my wrist and pull me towards the entrance 3.

We watch a horror movie. It is not that scary at all. "You're tough. I thought you'll back out."

I giggled. "Well, don't underestimate me." I just shake his head.

He opens the door for me again. No one dare to speak when we are on our way to our house.

When we reach home, he gets out to open the door for me again.

"So," I started to have a little conversation. I point the gate. "I hope you had fun today."

I smile then nodded. "So much. Thank you for joining me today even though I ask you so sudden."

"It's my pleasure." He gave me again another smile. Damn boy!

I don't know what am I thinking but I planted a kiss on his cheeks before quickly open the gate. I wave my hands without looking. I run towards our house. Kuya James and his friends are at the living room. I just say 'hi' and run towards my room.

I check him from my window and he's getting away. Oh my gosh! What am I have done? I don't think I can face him tomorrow. I am so shy to the point that I can see my reflection and I'm so red.

I bury my face at my pillow and start screaming. I am so shy for myself. Gosh!
