Before I could even register anything, two arms pulled me away from Cam. I turned in shock to see yet another new girl, who was glaring at me for some reason.

??Why can??t you girls leave my Cam alone??? she snarled.

Oh, yeah? That??s what she thought?

??Excuse me-?? I started, but, was cut off when Blake pulled me away from the girl??s hold.

??Drop it, Madison,?? Blake rolled his eyes at the girl, ??Cam in not your boyfriend.??

Madison gritted her teeth, ??Damn right, he is not my boyfriend because we have something more special between us than this silly relationship label could ever define!?? she then, turned to Cam, ??right, Cam???

Cam gave her a bored look, ??Stop calling me Cam and stop spreading rumors about me. I seriously need a break from your drama.??

I watched everything with my mouth agape. What the hell was going on?

Blake seemed to notice my bewilderment. He leaned down and whispered, ??Don??t mind her, she is crazy,?? then, he grinned, ??oh, and I am Blake, by the way.??

??I know,?? I said without thinking, then, slapped a hand to my mouth.

??Oh, you do??? Blake raised an eyebrow for a millisecond, before turning to Cam with a smug look, ??See, man, I am famous. You better bow down before me.??

Uhm??why the heck was he exposing me and how was he even okay with this?

Not even a muscle twitched in Cam??s face, while Madison narrowed her eyes at me.

??Ew. You were creeping on us. Weren??t you??? she accused.

Us? I don??t remember seeing this drama queen in there??

??Ew, if I ever need to creep on someone, I will at least maintain my standards.?? I told her, ??People really do dream big these days.??

??Ooh, me likey,?? Blake commented, amusedly, ??you reminded me of Kris, when I met her for the first time.??

??Shut up, Blake,?? Madison interjected, then glowered at me, ??just stay the hell away from Cam!??

Before I could open my mouth, Millie appeared at the door with Stella in her hands, ??That??s ten dollars for swearing in front of a baby,?? she said to Madison in a stern voice.

??What?!?? Madison exclaimed in disbelief, ??I just said ??hell!????

??Twenty dollars!?? Millie pinned her with a glare, then, looked down at Stella who was curiously watching and listening to everything, ??you didn??t hear anything, Stella, okay???

Aw??I already liked this girl??she was more mature than me and my sister could ever be??

??I love this baby,?? I gushed, before I could stop myself, ??is she yours???

??Yes, she is,?? Blake whispered, covering his mouth so that Millie couldn??t see him, ??I tried to stop her and Ashton, but, you see hellcat always Came in my way, yelling ??ship,?? ??ship,?? ??ship,???? then, he made a disappointed face, ??and, you know how hormonal kids are these day-??

I was listening to everything wide eyed when he was suddenly interrupted by a smack on his head.

??Shut your trap!?? Hailey chided Blake, ??Can you be serious for once???

??Uh, serious??? Blake gave a dumb expression, ??What??s that? Never heard of it.??

????Serious?? is what Cam is all the time. It??s becoming stone cold and numb,?? Dylan said, placing a bag on the ground.

His statement was greeted with silence and shock.

Wow??was he for real? Or did he have a death wish?

Ashton, Alexander, Kris and Julia got off the train too, and from the expression on their faces, I could tell that they had heard Dylan.

??What??? Dylan asked dumbly, ??it??s the truth. Look at his face???? he trailed off when he actually looked at Cam??s face.

I would say it was purely murderous??

I mean, it was not even directed at me and I was quaking in my boots.

??Dylan!?? Julia stepped in, ??you didn??t have to say it out loud and make it obvious!??

??Oh, okay???? Dylan replied, gulping.

All of a sudden, Stella started crying, diverting everyone??s attention.

??Guys, please loosen up,?? I said, glancing at Stella, ??we should try to keep the atmosphere light around a baby.??

My statement was greeted with as much silence and shock as Dylan??s.

Wha- did I say something wrong?

??I think I just had a flashback,?? Ashton said, breaking the silence.

Huh?

??I think I have heard that sentence before,?? Kris said, looking between me and Cam.

Um??what?

??I think???? Millie started, ??she just did what Cam was supposed to do.??

??Uh, sorry???? I blurted in confusion.

??Why are you still here??? Cam interrupted, in an annoyed tone, looking directly at me, ??leave.??

Oh, wow!

??Last I checked, it was a free country, Cam, I will stay wherever the heck I want to,?? I folded my arms across my chest.

Blake started slow clapping, ??Respect, dude. Will you be my friend???

Uhm-

??Oh and don??t mind Cam,?? Hailey chimed in, ??he is just jealous that someone else performed his role.??

??And, I love how she censored and said ??heck???? Kris grinned.

??What?!?? Madison intervened, ??why are you all on her side suddenly? She is an annoying, clumsy stranger, for God??s sake!?? then, she turned to Cam, ??and, she called you Cam.??

??Yeah, I called him Cam,?? I said in confusion, ??I will do it again if you want.??

??Who gave you the permission the do that??? Cam asked me hotly.

Me.

??I don??t need anyone??s permission,?? I told him, ??I do whatever I want to do.??

Wow! I was proud of myself! I didn??t flinch or beCame nervous or anything like that in front of his daunting expression. That was at least a slight progress from the way things went when I first met him and embarrassed myself out of fear.

Maybe, I was not afraid because I was right and his friends were so supportive of me. And, also because the Madison girl was annoying the crap out of me.

??Hey, gummy,?? I heard Cherry??s voice behind me, ??come, hurry up, I called the cabs. Let??s go.??

Cabs?

I turned around to see two cabs waiting for us, and rolled my eyes at Cherry, ??we don??t need two cabs, Cherry.??

??Oh, but, it was hard for me to choose,?? she replied, ??I mean, the roads were deserted otherwise. The cabmen told me that we won??t find more cabs at this hour of the night, so I thought why not take both of them and leave it up to Juliet to choose.??

I sighed. I didn??t even want to argue with her.

??That??s okay, we will take one of them,?? Alexander said appearing beside me with his bags.

??Actually, we won??t all fit in one,?? Millie said, glancing around, ??and, I really don??t see other cabs in sight.??

??Um, where are you guys going??? I asked them.

??The central university,?? Hailey replied.

What a coincidence??but, I had already guessed as much from their ages and appearance.

??That??s good,?? Cherry piped in, ??you can ride with us. I think we can accommodate three more in our cab.??

??I am taking the other cab then,?? Madison declared and walked away.

Thank God! I didn??t want her anywhere near me.

Julia sighed, ??Dylan and I will go with Madison, just in case.??

??Millie, Stella and I will go with them,?? Ashton said, peering into the cab, ??and we have space for two more.??

I think I saw Cam opening his mouth to say something but, Kris beat him to it, ??Move aside then, and make way for Alexander the great and Kris Noodles Mendes.??

I couldn??t help laughing along with everyone else, at this. But, my laughter was short lived as I realized the consequences of this.

I cast a horrific look in Cam??s direction.

He was coming with us, wasn??t he?

My thoughts were cut off when Blake slung his arms around my and Cherry??s shoulders, ??Come girls, today you will be introduced to the legend of Blake and hellcat, that too, live.??

I heard Hailey mutter something under her breath but, I was more focused on Cam and the look on his face which spelled that he would rather be anywhere else than here.

But, like couldn??t he have protested or something? Why didn??t he even utter a word? Why was it so hard for him to speak? So weird??

But, moment later I realized what weird actually is when I was squashed between hailey and Cam, in the cab.

Blake, very smartly, called dibs on the front passenger seat. Cherry took the window seat of one side and Hailey sat beside her. I waited for Cam to get in after Hailey but, the look he gave me had me running for life??

Just kidding??

All my previous confidence blew up in air, as I had to accept defeat and get in after Hailey.

And, here I was, bearing the consequences??getting sandwiched between the most dangerous guy I had ever met and a girl who had a wicked glint in her eyes and who appeared as if she was up to something, as she pushed and pushed and pushed me??towards a very ticked off Cam.

It was going to be a long ride.

A/N: No cliffhanger today. I hope you liked the chapter :) also, I won??t be updating for the next two days because of major writer??s block and also because I would be travelling mostly. So, see you all after two days with an update of ARPITT.
