Chapter six (the move)

Chapter Six

Drake left right after hearing I was okay. My heart fell as I watched him leave. he didn’t want to be there.

The human side chooses who they want to be with but the wolf always chooses their mate. A mate is everything to a wolf so even if the human side doesn’t want the mate the wolf will not allow his/her mate to be hurt.

I wasn’t hurt so he left. All hope was gone for me. I lost my parents, I lost my best friend and I couldn’t even make my own mate want me.

Tears fell down my eyes one by one. My heart was beyond broken and I could feel the darkness of depression slowly fades in.

I wanted a way to get rid of this pain and the feeling of a complete loss.

I got up from off the bed I looked through the draws in my room until I find a small blade.

I pressed the blade against the flesh between my palm and risk and I cut myself. a small pain came from the area but as fast as it came it was gone. I looked down on the area only to see blood and no wounds. now I had a wolf my wounds were healing fast.

I cut deeper and harder this time but just like the first time, it was healed. I cut myself over and over again just crying. I needed relief from this pain.

I didn’t even hear when the door open all I felt was someone pulling the blade out of my hand. I looked back to see my brother.

“Sunny! What are you doing?” he shouted.

I tried reaching back for the blade but he just held it over my head.

I dropped down on my knees crying. I couldn’t do it anymore. I didn’t want to be alive anymore I’m not sure if it’s the rejection talking or Affion’s death but I knew I Didn’t want this life anymore.

“I’m alone,” I whispered.

My brother knelt down and hugged me tightly.

“I’m hearing Sunny and I’m not going anywhere,” he muttered.

I held him tightly and cried in his arms.

The doctor came back with my discharged papers and my brother brought me home.

It was four in the morning by the time I got home. I was exhausted so I went straight to my bed. Guess I was missing school again.

Four months have passed now. I have turn into a zombie. I don’t have the energy to do anything. I don’t eat, I have no friends to go out with so I don’t leave my house. I only leave my house to go to school and I only speak if someone asks me a question.

It was late in the evening now. I was on my bed laying down looking at the ceiling. my life was just passing me by now I didn’t care about anything.

Pain erupted from in my stomach again. I didn’t move or cry or scream. Drake was sleeping with someone. it was the only thing that reminds me I’m alive that pain I felt a couple of times a week.

The pain finally fades after about a half-hour . he must be tired today it normally lasts longer.

I heard my door open. I didn’t even look. I knew exactly who it was.

“Sunny, please just talk to me,” he said sadly.

I didn’t say anything.

“you have been like this way too long now. I know you're sad but I’m here your not alone.” He whispered.

I still didn’t say anything.

“I’m leaving in two days. You know about the beta training right?” he asked.

I nod my head yes.

“you will have to move back into the packhouse. I don’t trust you alone anymore I’m sorry,” he said.

“I’m not going there. he’s there,” I said harshly.

“you have no choice it’s either you go willingly or I drag you there,” he shouted angrily.

I didn’t say anything else. I just huffed in anger.

I began packing. I know my brother was a different person when he was angry so I did what I was told. I spent my night packing.

I really didn’t want to go. Feeling him cheat on me is bad enough imagine seeing him do it. Imagine seeing him every day. I didn’t see him every day but when I do the ache in my heart just become ten-time worst but this is going to be worst. Being able to see him. I have already packed my toiletries, must my shoes, and my makeup. I was getting really late when I decided to stop I fell to the bed exhausted and fell asleep right away.

The next day I packed the rest of my clothes and everything else I then put it in my brother’s car.

"Hey, " my brother said while walking over to me.

I huffed and passed him. I was still really angry he was forcing me to go back there.

"Do you have everything to go to the packhouse?" he questioned me.

I didn’t answer.

“Sunny I’m not playing right now answer me or I’ll leave anything else you have upstairs,” he warned me.

"Yes, I’m ready," I said while getting in the car. The packhouse is a two-hour drive from our old house. My brother began driving.

“I’m sorry Sunny, I have to do this,” my brother tried to start a conversation.

I didn’t say anything instead turn myself to the window enjoying the breeze that was coming through the window.

The rest of the ride was silent

As we came closer to the packhouse I could see the familiar large castle-looking structure. We spent most of our life in this house under the wings of the Luna and the alpha. I had great memories there but I also have badly.

the closer we got the larger the structure looked. It was old fashion and was surrounded by trees. The packhouse was surrounded by high and thick walls and was guarded by a lot of werewolves.

We pulled up at the gate shortly after. We were greeted by the guards.

“Hey Jason, how are you?” the guard asked.

“I’m good man,” my brother replied.

“I heard you’re going off tomorrow for your training,” the guard started a conversation.

“yeah, that’s why I’m here my little sister is moving back in,” my brother said bringing the guard's attention to me.

“Hey Sunny it’s been a while since I have seen you,” he greeted me.

“yes, it has,” I said but I didn’t turn to look at him.

The atmosphere turned awkward.

“Go ahead in,” he said opening the gate.

We drove the rest of the way. When we parked I wasted no time getting out of the car

The Alpha and Luna stood right at the entrance. they smiled when they saw me.

I smiled back.

“I missed you so much,” she said running to me. She was very bubbly sometimes it was hard to take her seriously.

She was tall slim and beautiful. Her face was a heart shape her skin was smooth and flawless her features were very feminine and beautiful her lips were small but full. the thing that captured everyone's attention was her stunning green eyes. it was bright and almost unnatural.

She embraced me in her arms. She was my mother to me after all my mother died so long ago. I knew she loved me as a daughter too.

We pulled away from each other.

“you look terrible and your so skinny. haven’t your brother been feeding you?” I gave her a sad smile.

If she only knew her son was one of the reasons I looked so.

“Doesn’t she look real skinny to you?” she asked the alpha .

“yes, she does. Let’s get her inside so she can eat something we have to fat her up again.” The alpha said leading me in.

The alpha looked a lot like Drake with his strong muscular square jar line. His eyes were brown just like him.

“Jason brings in your sister’s thing,” the alpha said walking away with me.

Jason Laughed behind me.

I was lead in the kitchen the cook was already making some pies and cookies it smelt great but smelling it made my stomach upset. I didn’t want them to know I was down.

“I made the cook make your favorite. Custard pie and chocolate chips,” she said with so much joy.

I gave her a fake smile I wondered if she notices it was fake but her smile got bigger so I guess not.

I ate a few cookies and few slices of pie. I didn't want to disappoint her so I just ate it.

I started to feel real sick seconds after and ran away.

"Are you okay honey," Luna ask me. but it didn't stop to answer her I continued running.

I made it to the first room I saw I didn't care who I belonged to I ran inside. I was hardly holding back the vomit now. I just opened another door inside and I found a toilet finally. I emptied everything I had inside my stomach

Every time I tried to force myself to eat it happens.

I flushed the toilet and washed out my mouth with mouth wash twice. whomever room I was in I needed to get out right away. I opened the bathroom door and stepped out only to knock into someone.

'Why are you in my room?" I heard Drake's voice.

my heart stopped beating. I was in Drake's room. of all rooms, I could enter why did it have to be Drake. I didn't notice before because I was hurrying but now relaxing. I could smell the refreshing smell all over the room.

"I didn't mean to." I tried saying.

he sniffed my neck and my heartbeat increased more.

"you smell so good," he said in a slow tone.

"are you here to tease me?" he asked he pulled me from between the bathroom door and close it pressing me to the now-closed door.

"I really want you it's driving me crazy every day I don't have you," he whispered in my ear.

"so accept me as your mate," I said softly. my mind couldn't stop thinking about what he just said he wanted me.

" I can't accept you," he said pulling away from me.

I held his hand.

"tell me why you can't accept me. do you know you're driving me crazy? " I shouted my eyes filled with tears.
