Chapter five (help her)

Chapter five

The Five wolves automatically turned to me. I was scared. But my wolf and I were angry. She and I are completely different she knows exactly what she wants. She cares about other people she’s a natural leader, she’s brave, and just everything I’m not. I’m weak, scared, I’m almost always confused and I’m nowhere close to a leader.

I gave my wolf as much control as I could and trusted her completely to help my friend. I also called the alpha on our mind link.

I jumped in front of her I growled again the growl sounded more powerful than any other growl I have ever heard, I was quite shocked myself. I saw the bloods slightly back away.

The first wolf was large and mostly black but have few patches of white. The second wolf was a little smaller and was white with brown patches. The third wolf was the smallest and fully brown. The fourth wolf was medium size and grey. the fifth wolf was the largest it was the normal size of an alpha wolf it was a dark brown that almost looked black.

The large dark brown wolf quickly growled back he walked forward circling me like the predator he is. My wolf didn’t cower away she held her ground and stood in a fighting position. He jumped at me but I skillfully moved. I watched his every move. He tried attacking me again I tried moving again but this time I was too slow he grabbed me by my front leg and threw me at a tree. I hit the tree hard and I whimpered in pain. I got back up quickly. He tried attacking me and I quickly moved and grabbed his front paw and bite down as hard as I could. the wolf cried out in pain. He bit me on my ear witch cause me to let him go he limped back and the other four wolves came forward all four circled me.

The black wolf with white patches attacked first I dogged and caught him by his neck I squeezed hard but didn’t get to bite down enough since the other three attacked me at once. one bit my back leg, one claw my side, and the other tries to reach my neck . I dropped the wolf and bit the one that was grabbing my leg by his ear and he let me go. I quickly stepped away facing the three wolves the one I had in my mouth was still on the ground. and the largest wolf was just standing back and watching me.

The other three were preparing to attack me again when I heard a loud thudding coming. please don't make it more bloods.

A large black wolf jumped in front of me and let out a powerful growl. The wolves backed away a little.

My wolf was very happy to see this black wolf and his scent was so good. It was Drake. I couldn’t stop myself from watching him his wolf was large and black. even though he was covered in fur I could still see he was really muscular I never thought watching an animal would turn me on so much.

The three wolves jumped at us. Drake caught one by their neck and I grabbed one by their front paw the third one tried attacking me but was suddenly stopped by a large brown wolf that I notice as my brother Jason.

Shortly after we had back up. I hurried to Affion side. My wolf retreated to the back of my mind and turned back into my human form. I didn’t care that I was naked. after all, being nude is a normal part of our society.

I touched her hand looking for a pulse she had one but it was really weak.

“Someone help her!” I shouted out at a pack member.

“she needs a doctor,” I repeated when I realized the pack member wasn’t moving.

I heard a growl behind me but I didn’t care who it was. I need someone to help me.

The pack member looked behind me and quickly looked away from me.

Something was thrown over me and I looked and it was a shirt.

I turned around to see Drake’s worried expression he was scanning me and checking all my wounds.

“Why are you checking on me and not tending to Affion? She’s dying,” I said as tears slipped down my face.

“she’s not going to make it by the time we reach the pack hospital. She’s hardly alive now she would be dead in seconds I can hear her heartbeat stopping right now .” Drake said sadly.

“We can still try. She’s strong she will hold on.” I said while still crying.

He held me in his arms his scent was comforting.

“Listen to her heartbeat,” he said.

I focused my hearing on her body. Her heart stopped.

I lost all my strength to stand. Drake held me tighter. water like a river flows down my eyes.

My heart was completely broken I couldn’t think anymore.

I lost Affion. I lost my only friend she was like family to me.

“I can’t say anything to make you feel better but you do need to go to the hospital, to check up on your wounds,” Drake whisper in my ear.

I didn’t say anything. I allowed him to lift me up and he began walking us to pack hospital. I buried myself in his strong shoulders. I felt comfortable. His scent was comforting me. It was like a drug I couldn’t get over. I closed my eyes enjoying every movement he made.

I was exhausted and I fell asleep on the way.

“We are here,” Drake whispered in my ear. I was still in his arms.

“rest her down there,” I heard another voice.

I looked to see who was speaking and saw a tall young man he was quite handsome.

Drake put me down.

I watched the doctor he looked familiar but before I could ask.

Drake growled.

“Can you come out,” he asked the doctor angrily.

Was he jealous because I was looking at him?

This time a female doctor enters.

She did all my tests.

“You’re pretty well for fighting off five bloods by yourself,” she said.

“Your wounds are almost healed it shows your wolf is very strong. You can leave in the next few minutes since you have no serious injury,’ she said leaving me.
