Chapter Eight (good bye brother)

Chapter eight

I walked out of the room furious with him and myself why am I so foolish. He called me weak and I did exactly what he said. I was weak to him. I allowed him to touch me.

I don’t know how to be strong against him.

“Sunny?” I heard someone said.

I turned around to see the Luna.

“Why are you coming from my son’s room?” she asked me.

I opened and closed my mouth not sure what to say.

“I wasn’t feeling well I just went in the first room I saw to vomit,” I told her not lying.

“Why did he growl so loud?” she asked.

“I don’t know,” I quickly answered. Maybe too quick.

“Are you lying to me?” The Luna asked.

“Mom I didn’t growl because of Sunny it was because of something else,” Drake said behind me.

“Why did you growl then,” she asked Drake.

“Mom that is not important,” he said walking back into his room slamming it.

The Luna sigh.

“let me show you to your room,” She uttered kind of stress.

“You could make someone else do it for you after all you’re the Luna I know your busy,” I told her not wanting to be a bother.

“You’re like a daughter to me I’m okay with showing you to your room for myself,” she said cheerfully.

“Because I have you as a daughter you’re staying in the Alpha quarters and here is your room,” she said pointing to the room right next to Drake’s room. the Luna stated while pointing at the door.

My eyes almost popped out. No, I wanted to move far away from him. What if he chooses to sneak into my room when I’m changing, bathing, or even sleeping.

I opened the door and saw Jason there packing out one of my boxes.

“Hey Sunny, you took so long to come so I began unpacking for you,” my brother said.

Now I had no choice but to stay in that room I couldn’t make my brother take back up everything he already unpacked and move everything again.

The room was almost as big as our old house. the room was luxurious and beautiful, it was painted a sky blue color, There was a king-size bed on the left. red silk sheets were speeded on it and it had almost eight pillows on it. how many pillows can one person use?

A study desk was in the corner with a laptop on it. On the right, they had a three-seater couch and to bean bag.

“you have a walk-in closet and a attach bathroom,” Luna said.

“thank you so much it’s everything I could ever want,” I told her gratefully.

She gave me a smile and said.

“I’m happy you liked it,”

The Luna left us and I began helping my brother pack out my things. After we were done we both dropped on the bed exhausted.

“Thank you for your help today,” I told Jason.

He looked at me with a smile and nodded. We lay there and talked about all kinds of things.it reminds me of when I was younger after our parents' death. my brother stayed with me every night because I was sad and too scared.

He’s leaving tomorrow and I don’t know what to do. My brother was always by my side protecting me from every angle. He was my defender, comforter, parent, friend, and everything to me. I didn’t want him to leave but I knew he had to.

“I’m going to miss you, Jason,” I said giving him a hug.

“I’m going to miss you to my little sister, “he said hugging me back.

I woke up the next morning to the sun shining in my eyes. I got up and my brother was already gone. I got up as fast as I could. I opened the door and ran out.

Please tell me he didn’t leave without telling me bye. I know it’s not important to some people but my brother was everything to me now. I ran as fast as I could out of the house and at the front. There he stood talking to the acting Beta’s son.

“Jason! I thought you left me,” I sigh.

Jason turned around and looked at me. A smile appears on his lips.

“I would never leave like that,” he said.

I made my way over to him.

“This Jacob,” he told me while pointing at the acting beta’s son.

Jacob put his hand out for a handshake.

I shook his hand and said “, my name is Sunny.”

“it’s nice to meet you,” he said with a smile.

“I have an hour before I have to leave. I would really like to get breakfast with you before I leave,” Jason said.

“I know a great place,” Jacob suggested.

“Lead the way,” my brother said.

We shortly reached a café very close to the packhouse it was small but it looked homey. The second I came out the sweet smell of pastries hit me but instead of getting hungry, I felt sick. I haven’t had an apatite recently but I didn’t was to ruin it for everyone after all my brother was leaving.

We got into the middle stall I went in Jacob sat next to me and my brother went on the other side. We ordered what we wanted and were having a conversation when Drake walked in with a girl clinging on to him for dear knife. He had his other three friends with him also and their girl.

Wasn’t it too early for them to be here?

I began feeling uncomfortable right away. He wanted to sleep with me yesterday but now he was back with another girl so fast I was stupid to think he would change.

“do you want to leave?” Jason asked.

“I’m good we already ordered, I don’t want the cook to do all that work for nothing,” I said trying to ignore them.

Or meal came shortly after and we began eating. I couldn’t stop myself from looking back trying to see him my heart skipped a beat when I saw he was already looking at me. I looked away fast. I ate a small amount of the food and my body wasn’t allowing me to eat more the food was delicious don’t get me wrong but you know what happened. I spent the time talking and laughing with Jacob he was very nice, humorous, and handsome. He was tall about six feet. He had red curly hair. His jaws were strong and his body was muscular just like other werewolves but what caught me the most was his beautiful green eyes. If I didn’t find my mate maybe I would be really interested in him. he’s very cool.

After eating it was time for us to leave but I wanted to pee first Jacob exit the boot first giving me space to come out but my clumsy ass had to fall. before I could hit the ground I was caught. my hero's hands were wrapped around my waist.

A growl came from behind us and I knew exactly who it was.

I steadied myself.

“thank you,” I said hugging Jacob I wanted to see what he would do.

When I looked his way his eyes were now black and his growl turned from low to loud.

“Sunny, stop,” my brother shouted at me.

Jacob only stood there looking confused.

I let him go and made my way to the restroom.

It’s about time I made him feel like I do.
