Chapter 5

Time passed by and its 10 in the evening I got up on my bed then get myself ready. We check first if there are some students in the hallway because might get caught but luckily there are no students so we made our way on the training ground.

When we are close on the entrance, I can see some students hiding in the bushes, some are sitting on the tree. How did they know?

“So the new girl is here” Lea smirk and all the students are now staring at us

“Shut up Lea stop picking a fight with Krystal,” Laura said annoyed by Lea

“Why are you always defending that girl when she can stand on her own?”

“Because I want too, It’s none of your business,”

Before the of them fight Ace, opens the entrance door “Krystal let’s go Lux is waiting for you inside”

I look at Laura and she also looks at me

“I have to go,”

“Take care,”

” I will”

Me and Ace went inside. I look around the room and I can some equipment that is made for fighting like swords and bow and arrow. When we are already at the place, I see Lux sitting on the chair with a sword in his hand.

“5 minutes late,”

It’s just five minutes, what’s the big deal about it?

“Hesitating to go here?” he ask

“No,” I quickly answer, “What are we going to do?”

“As you remember I ask for your charm but you refuse so I want to have a deal with you,” he answers and he put his sword on the table and walk towards me

“What’s the deal?”

“It’s just simple this training ground has a forest in that door,” he said pointing at the door in the left row “We will go there and there will be a fruit or should I say a magical fruit that can heal any wound so the rule is simple if I’m the first one to get that fruit then you will show me your charm but if you’re the one who get it first, then I would stop bothering you and I will not show my face again. Deal?”

“Deal,”

“Get yourself a sword and be careful of some traps inside,” he gets his sword and so am I  

We went inside the room where the forest is

“Good luck Krystal,” Ace cheered

“Thank you” I smiled at him

“On a count of three,”

Oh god, why do I feel so nervous?

“One…”

I hold my other hand that is holding a sword. Why is my hand getting cold?

“Two…”

Stop getting nervous, Krystal!

“Three,”

After the count of three both of us ran as much as we could but when I take a turn to the left, I stepped on a trap and the rope pulled my feet upwards. What do I do now?
