Chapter 14

Nathan POV

I took a glass of wine and went out of the hall and looked at the sky. I want to have a dance, but I can’t find the woman that I want.

I leaned against the tree behind me and watched the students dancing a woman catch my attention as it walked away from the dance floor and came out of the hall and drank a glass of wine.

 I crossed my arms in my chest and watched her drinking a wine after that she lost her balance while walking before she even fell I ran towards her and caught her.

Glad I make it in time. I look at her face but half of it is covered with a mask. I took off her mask and her beautiful face appeared to me. Who is this girl? I look around and there is no people around here so I took her to my room I can’t carry her around because she’s wearing a ball gown so I make a portal that is made from water and the both of us go inside of it.

When I take a step inside the portal it leads to my room and I place the girl to my bed. What am I gonna do to her? I sigh and went to the bathroom to change my clothes after that I sit on the couch.

The necklace that the girl is wearing caught my attention. I think I saw that kind of necklace before. I walk towards her and lift her wrist to saw her mark but there is only a fade mark of a phoenix. I tried to touch her necklace, but it burned my fingers; I hissed in pain.

Where did she get this necklace? Only those wizards in Werizgo have it. I go back to the couch and lay down I look again at the mysterious girl. I have to keep an eye on her. Does she have any siblings? I close my eyes to sleep. Better ask her tomorrow.

Lux POV

I was shocked when Krystal push I thought she would let me kiss- wait, what?!

Shit! Did I just tried to kiss her? I look in front of me, but I don’t see Krystal. I walk outside the hall, but she’s not there. Where did she go? How can I face her tomorrow? This is so embarrassing.
