Chapter 07: Mom I

Both Jasper and Avi arrived in Arkney after completing security checks at the airport they walked out. Jasper wanted to solve the problem immediately, so he went directly to the JD Arkney branch.

Aria and Mia arrived at the airport after a while. When they arrived at the waiting area, suddenly out of nowhere a girl came running and embraced Mia, making her take two steps back to find her balance.

"How are you doing, sis?

It's been so long since I saw you” Still hugging her, Nova continued.

Aria laughed as she saw them.

“I am doing well. I missed you as well.

"Can you leave me, I'm suffocating," replied Mia.

"Okay, sorry, I was a little excited," responded Nova.

Mia sarcastically said, "Thank god you're not fully excited" but Nova gave her deaf ears and hugged Aria.

"How are you doing, Aria?" Nova asked.

"I'm fine, Nova," Aria replied.

"Okay, let's go," Nova said.

"Where is that?" Aria and Mia asked at the same time.

From there, Nova walked away without answering, leaving the two to shrug their shoulders as they followed her.

Jasper and Avi arrived at JD fashion house.

A problem with one of Jasper's clients was not resolved by his manager, so he was going through the files.

Avi was getting bored watching his workaholic father work while he sat idle.

As Jasper saw Avi's expression, it was clear that he was bored, but he could not do anything as he had to solve this issue first, so he continued his work.

Avi couldn't sit silently for more than a few minutes, so he got an idea. He quickly opened his mouth.

Avi said, "Dad, you've been working for half an hour, and I am getting bored."

"I understand, Avi, but I'm sorry. In one and a half hours I will be free,” Jasper said, still checking his file.

Avi replied, " Ok then dad, I saw an ice cream parlor opposite to the office, I will have some ice cream."

Jasper said, "Ok, we'll go after my meeting is over."

Avi replied, "Dad, I'll go with Manager uncle.".

Jasper said seriously, "You're not going anywhere without me."

"Dad, I am getting bored sitting here, so I'll go with Manager uncle. It's right across the street,” Avi said with puppy eyes.

Jasper couldn't resist when Avi requested him, so he agreed.

Avi said, "thank you Dad" as he let out an internal sigh of relief as he escaped from sitting idle for more than one and a half hour.

Jasper told Manager to take Avi with him to the ice cream parlor.

As The manager nodded, Avi and Manager left together, Jasper continuing to work.

Mia and Aria were taken to the ice cream parlor in front of the JD Fashion house by Nova.

"Why did you bring us here?" Mia asked

"I love this place's ice cream.

Because I wanted ice cream first, I brought you both here.

Let's stop arguing and come with me," Nova said.

As they nodded at her, all three sat down.

As for avi and Manager, they reached their destination and settled themselves.

"What would you like to eat?" Manager asked.

Avi said, "I want chocolate and vanilla ice cream.".

The manager said, "Ok, here, I'll order them," as he stepped to the counter to give orders.

Aria was seated right behind him.

"I will order," said Nova as she walked to the counter.

'Aria, I want to go to the washroom.' said Mia. Aria nodded her head.

As Avi waited for the Manager, he observed his surroundings and suddenly, his eyesight caught Aria, who looked exactly like Samira. In a daze, he walked to her. He stood in front of her table with his eyes getting watery, and suddenly, he reached out and hugged her.
