CHAPTER 07 | Help |
"Hey, how are you my brother?" It's a good thing he came, brother. The silence between Jayda and me is so awkward. The animals, Tim and Glen, haven't helped yet because they suddenly started thinking that they had a virus.
"Hey no Mike ah, Jayda oh he's hurting, Elaisle." Suddenly, Tim blames Jayda.
"Tado," I heard Jayda whisper to the friend.
I was dizzy and shaken, the minds of those with me were young. I turned my back on them, on my way to the kitchen when my older brother Mike stopped me.
"Besides, I'll eat."
"It's over," he grinned at me. I know that smile. I nodded without emotion and was about to return to my room when he stopped me. "But, you're the youngest to cook a dish. We contributed a gang, here they will eat." At the same time he turned to friends.
I let out a deep sigh, I wasn’t mistaken for his grin. Can I just cook them poison so they don't come back here?
Kaasar eh! It is easier to cook than to cook a dish.
"All right Laisle it's just now." At the same time he smiled cute. I scoffed, really? Just now? It's almost weekly here when his friends cook for me! Made me cook ten.
"Is there anything I can do?" I said without emotion, I look like I'm obviously lazy.
"Yes yown oh!" where was my older brother born like a child?
"Yes, there's a cook!" I turned to Glen who was also celebrating so I stared at him. "Hehe,"
When I confronted my older brother Mike, he looked very serious. I caught up with him glancing at my dolphin shorts and spaghetti top.
His jaw clenched, he shook and looked at me badly. "Change your clothes," he whispered loudly to me. In his gaze he was like a dragon that would blow fire anytime.
"Later," I replied. He just frowned at me. His gaze penetrated my back but his evil gaze still did not change.
I sighed and stared, I forgot to change my clothes before coming down here.
"What do you cook?" I will ask.
"We're grilled bangus!" Tim suggested.
"I like pork,"
"Seafood, too,"
"Steak, that's all." Steak ampupu! That's the difficulty.
"You eat my fat!"
"Kain ka tae, shuta."
"You're disgusting, you look like shit."
Argh! The dugyot! Kadiri talaga mag-asaran ang mga 'to! It's a good thing they don't swear but I'll actually evict them from my house!
"You baby Jaydañiel what are you?" Tender harvest, Glen.
"You're disgusting," Jayda told him.
"What about you son?" sumeryuso si, Glen.
"That's just what's cheap for us. You thought the size of your money" Not specific but he's the only one with the most sensible answer of all.
"Just grilled bangus," older brother Mike said with finality. "Let's go to the market," she said to her friends.
"Ah, I'll just help Elaisle cook." We all fell silent when Jayda spoke. I was shocked to face him.
"Cough, ahem, cough."
"The moves are our child," I frowned at what Tima and Glen were saying. I don't understand them.
"Huh why?" I don't know if my question is correct but the surroundings have become even more awkward. Tima and Glen giggled. While, Jayda was embarrassed to bow.
What kind of question is that Mae?
"Aysus! The moves are just Jayda!" I looked at him confused, Tim.
"The moves where?" I'm confused question.
My older brother laughed behind me. I don’t know but I feel like they know something I don’t know. I even saw Jayda kick Tim in the stomach when he put his arm around him.
"I mean Elaisle is just moving around, Jayda. Jayda wants to help you because she doesn't want to go to the market, it's hot and ... and she's too lazy to walk so she doesn't want to go. She presented help him not to be in the market. Gets you? " Long explanation by, Tim you thought was talking kinder.
I just shook my head and no one said go upstairs to change my clothes.
"Elaisle, Jayda will help you ah!"
"Hey Jayda baby you're great .. you're good at cooking."
"Stop that, I'm older!"
"Sorry boss,"
"Severe numbness, haha."
I even heard their conversations before I entered my room.
After getting dressed I first lay down on the bed and picked up my cellphone. My older brothers are still going to the market so I still have time to scroll up and down on Facebook.
My Facebook account is quiet, though my friends increased a bit when I won the pageant. I'm just a lowkey person so I also have very few posts on Facebook.
Lish Anya Guide:
Ex, ex! There is no going back yet !!
I came across Lian’s shared post which is a meme.
This one is sowing fragility again. Facebook party dinali. Rose commented so that's where I replied.
Rona Serene Norriente:
Say it to your self. xd
Mara Elaisle Avilla:
Marupok j.peg.
I continued scrolling until I came across Rose's hate page.
Serene Norriente Basher, the name of the page. I don't know if Rose knew this, eh, she doesn't care about her bashers.
I really know its admin, I'll be bald!
I logged out of the original account and logged into my dummy account. Here I ra-rant at my friend’s dipunggal bashers.
Rose didn't know this, and I kept it secret to them. Because Rose found out, I already knew what she was going to say.
"Just let it go, they'll get tired too."
After being satisfied with my rants on the page admin I logged out of the account. Unbeknownst to me, I had been scrolling and ranting on Facebook for almost two hours.
When I came down I didn't expect to see Jayda in the living room. He was sitting on the sofa and strumming his guitar. He didn't really go to the market.
I faked a cough so that he would notice my presence. I was not disappointed and he immediately turned to me.
I casually talk to my brother's friends so that's also my plan now. I sat on Jayda's opposite sofa and watched her do what she was doing. He just nodded slightly at me so I did the same.
"Just keep going," I said sharply as he no longer strummed the guitar.
"Ah, s-alright" he was still slightly confused. This man is really weird. I don’t know if he’s ashamed of me or what.
"You're done with the song you wrote?" I asked him. I just asked but the shock in his eyes was severe.
"Ah, you still remember." I just shrugged.
"The ones in the garden, that's beautiful. The broken ones are the trend now." I nodded and remembered the friend.
"Yeah," he said awkwardly. There was silence between us for a moment, but fortunately he spoke.
"Are you? What songs do you like? Love song?" He asked me.
I immediately shook my head, eww I think I'm allergic to the love song!
"No, I like inspirational songs. Inspirational songs come to life." He nodded at what I said.
“A clever song,” he said. My forehead wrinkled.
"Which one is the smartest one there?"
"Haha, nothing. You just think weird. The smart ones think weird." I was weirded out by what he said so I just didn't answer.
I looked at him as he tapped the guitar. "All right, I'll try to make an inspirational song." My eyes widened in shock.
"Huh why?" I'm confused question
"Because, that's what you want?"
