The Accidentally Kiss

PROLOGUE

I pulled an armchair closer to Lian and Rose who were both idiots as well. I don't care if the sound I created is boring.

I'm disgusted, too! I sat up and stared. No one speaks to the three of us so I guess they have him thinking too, we let the silence until.

"Anyari sa inyo guyz?" We had three more questions at the same time. No one answered, it looked like they had no intention of speaking.

The silence broke again so I couldn't stop rant.

"You know? It's annoying!" To begin with, my two friends immediately looked at me.

"Why?" Lian.

"What happened again?" Si Rose.

Although disgusted, I still told them what happened and what I saw before.

Who can't be annoyed! Earlier as I was walking on the school field.

I just saw Jayda with her younger sister, Nerisa. They were just so sweet sitting on the bench while Jayda taught Narisa to play the guitar.

I'm disgusted for no apparent reason, I'm disgusted with myself because I can't understand why I'm disgusted. Do you think my logic is annoying?

I averted my eyes from the two of them, there's something in me that I can't bear to see them both laughing happily. I just continued walking in the hot field, but I stopped when Jayda called my name.

"Laisle!" I forced a smile before addressing him. I even caught him running towards me with his black backpack.

"Why?" I asked as if I didn’t feel anything strange inside of me. There was something in my tyan that was celebrating when he called me by my name, and I couldn’t figure out what it was.

"Hot, where are you?" He asked.

I cast spells a few times before speaking. "B-I'm going back to our room."

Damn! Why am I stuttering? I immediately averted my eyes from him because I was not comfortable looking at him.

When did it all start?

"Hot, I have an umbrella." He said once open with his backpack it seems he can not let go. I immediately raised both my hands to refuse.

"Oh no! Don't, hehe." When I refused, I looked at the bench where Nerisa was now sitting alone, carrying Jayda's guitar. He was also looking at us.

"It's okay, I'll go first, go back to the bench. Your roommate is waiting for you oh." I pushed him, I couldn’t understand myself. Just now I couldn't accept that he and Nerisa were together, and now I'm pushing her to, Nerisa.

"Are you sure? Your room is still far away, the sun is up oh. Besides, I don't use my umbrella." He insisted.

"It's really ok, Jayda. Just give your umbrella to, Nerisa." I said once turning away. I heard him called my name but I just kept going.

Annoyingly, I wasn't even restrained! He didn't even insist on lending her an umbrella. Didn't he even think that I might take his umbrella on his 3rd attempt !?

Besides, he even approached me and he seems to enjoy Nerisa's company!

"So okay, annoying!" I end my story. My friends, bestfriends Lian and Rose knew who Jaydañiel is. Aside from the fact that it is famous at school because of its singing and guitar skills, they also know my older brother Mike's friends and best friends, Jayda, so we will meet.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk." Shake shake's, Rose. "You're pretty right friend." He still shook the harvest.

I frowned, "what's that?" I asked I couldn't G says, Rose.

"Hayy!" Singhap naman ni, Lian. "You're in-love with him friend!" Frankly says, Lian.

I immediately fell silent and thought.

In-love?

It can't be right? Love is not real.

When did I really start being like this? When the accident kissed happened?

I immediately blushed when I remembered that incident.

I clearly remember that day, Saturday, 17th day of October.

Saturday, as usual fun because no school, but boring!

That morning I was just busy scrolling through my FB. I looked at the pictures from yesterday’s event which is the Grade 12 music fest.

There really is such an event here at Loise Vellomina Academy, anyways with the very long name of our school, we students used to call it Love Academy for short.

According to him, Grade 12 Music Fest is the event where all Grade 12 students pre-present a song on stage, it takes place annually.

Of course it's embarrassing because I don't have the talent to sing, but it's okay because I crossed over.

"Come in!" I shouted when Kuya Mike knocked on my door. I put down the cellphone to face him.

"Youngest," he said smiling.

Ahh I already know that! There is a need for this!

"What do you need brother?" I raised an eyebrow question.

"Youngest, can you cook for us? My friends are there." She smiled, looking cute.

I smiled too. "All right! Just increase my allowance!" My deal. Older Mike is in charge of our budget and he is super stingy!

"All right! You're right, aren't you?" He said and messed up my hair. I immediately pushed his hand away.

"Brother! Don't mess with my hair!" I moan, it's so hard to comb!

"Why are you howling now!" He said and messed up my hair even more. I immediately frowned I knew what was next.

"Maybe you have a crush already!" He accuses.

"Really brother? Are you going to tell me that?" I say seriously. He was also serious and took a deep breath, the weight of the surroundings automatic.

"A-what to cook?" I change the topic.

"Dish for noon." The humor in his voice was gone, it was just pure seriousness.

"Ok." I said and fixed the sout.

I only cooked pork porridge, I was washing the dishes in the sink when Jaydañiel or Jayda came in. He was one of my brother's friends.

"Oyy," he greeted me. I smiled back at him. We're not very close, we'll only meet because he's a friend of, Kuya Mike.

"Congrats by the way ..." I said, referring to yesterday's event at school. "Also thank you." I have resumed washing.

"It's nothing." He said I couldn't see his face because I turned my back on him.

The awkward silence, I knew he wasn't leaving yet and he was just behind me. I confronted him.

"Do you need something?" I looked into his serious eyes staring at me.

"Ahh, o-oo 'yung bowl." He was a bit confused. I nodded and looked up at where the cupboard was.

I tiptoed because it was too high and I couldn't reach. Looks like I need to be overwritten.

"It's me," Jayda said, I also felt her approach behind me.

"No let me do it." I said as I took the stool to put it on. I sat down while Jayda held the stool for support. "How many?" I asked.

"Just one," he said as I picked up the white glassware bowl.

I gave him the bowl first before I went down. My lowering case is that I slide my foot stool cause for me to lose balance.

Too fast of events, the next thing I just felt was the soft lip hitting my lip while I was on top of Jayda.
