Chapter 10: Good moments

It was exactly 1 am when the plane landed, they arrived safely, Billy and Leah had to stay a few hours because they had to make different texts before they could be set free, few hours they were done and Billy had already contacted the hotel in which they were to stay in before their departure for Las Vegas, he had equally made a car and driver available for them during their stay in Las Vegas, the driver was already at the airport waiting for them once they had finished all their procedures, the driver drove them to the five-star hotel Billy had requested. As they arrived, two hotel servants were waiting for them and ushered them. At the reception, Billy ordered for two rooms, one for him and the other one for Leah, that said they separated their selves, Leah wished her arrogant boss a safe night and Billy equally wished her a good night.

Later in the day around 9 am the two were already awake, the driver was already ready to walk them through the beautiful streets of Las Vegas, the driver was down stairs waiting for them. By this time Billy and Leah were getting ready to go enjoy the city, Billy wore a black trousser and a dark blue t-shirt with a white pair of dark brown slippers he was looking classic and sexy considering the fact that he was every woman’s dream he was rich, tall in height sexy, classic and elegant, hence, every woman's dream. Leah on her side, wore a pink straight gown, a blue low sandals and a white flourish handbag, on her hair she did a ponytail, she was much more ready to explore the streets of Las Vegas. Immediately Billy stepped out of his room Leah was also leaving her room and both met outside to go for their little trip, as they entered the car, the driver drove them to a nearby station, they had some seats and the waitress presented herself to collect their command, Billy wanted a glass of soft juice while Leah commanded for alcohol and some peanuts. Billy was just sitting and admiring the beautiful environment whereas, Leah was up and very much ready to visit the small beautiful environment in which they found theirselves, she was about to take permission from her boss to visit the area,

“Hello Sir, please can I visit the environment?” Leah asked while holding her hands firm and waiting a reply from her boss.

“Sure feel free to have a walk along the environment.” Billy said while reading his magazine. Leah went out admiring, viewing the area she went right down, there she found a couple who were playing and romancing themselves, she smiled to herself and went a little bit further, there she met women with their children playing around the small beautiful stream, it was nice she stayed there for about 15 to 20 minutes, after that she still went ahead and continued visiting the area, she mate a little lounge bar where girls were dancing naked and some men were toying around the girls and she was wondering if the men were married men or single because she wasn’t understanding what married men where during in this kind of environment, she just said that to herself and continued walking, she arrived at a little garden and she stopped there, the garden was so beautiful, it was shining from all corners, sparkling from all dimensions, the color flowers were brilliant and glowing, Leah payed a little fee to enter the garden and when she succeeded in entering the garden, she took pictures from every corner and sites, she had literally forgotten that she was with Billy and she knew that he did not like passing a lot of time outside, she delayed and delayed and delayed till 4 hours out of Billy’s presence. Billy on the other way was furious and worried, he wasn’t aware if her stay was intentional or she had a little worry on her way but like the strong man he is, he just patiently waited for her to see the end results, by this time, Leah was comfortably enjoying herself it was long she had done. She finally decided to go meet her annoying boss so they could go back to the hotel, from far Billy perceived her and could see she was alright, he was in anger and when she came much more further he scolded her, saying she was supposed to be here ever since and that what kept her long he insisted that the holidays was not for her to come do prostitution here and that she was strictly on a mission, Leah felt embarrassed as to the harsh words Billy used on her, she couldn’t believe Billy was talking to her about prostitution after how hard she tried showing him that she was a decent woman, tears were about to drop off from Leah’s eyes but she stood firm and said to herself no one was going to ever see her cry. After Billy said those harsh words, he stood up and then started walking towards the car and when he turned and noticed Leah wasn’t following him he simply told her if she wanted to remain there it was her choice and that he wasn’t responsible, immediately he said that, Leah was in pains but she kept on her words, she simply followed her boss they entered the car and the driver drove them back to the five star hotel. Billy had a rest, took his bath and dinner was served in his room he ate and comfortably went to bed, Leah on her side, was thinking of everything Billy said to her later in day she was feeling bad yet she gathered her courage and decided to ignore everything, there was a knock on her door, it was the waitress, dinner was ready and served to her room, she open the door and the lady entered served her food and left the room immediately, Leah had not even yet taken her bath, the food was still hot and to gain time Leah went and took her bath she was fast about that and later on having her dinner the food was delicious as she was eating and shaking her head like that of a little bouncing baby. Dinner was over, and right from her room she called the waitress to come pick up the dishes, and later on went to bed.

While Billy and Leah were absent at the company, everything was going on well, the absent of Billy was greatly felt as some staffs were more feeling comfortable and relaxed, still yet work went on smooth as Mary Peters was the one supervising, she didn’t intend to commit an error as she was avoiding Billy’s anger on her, so she took time in doing her work diligently.

The Lee’s where in the backyard taking some decisions, Sharon was outside with her mother-in-law Evelyn still discussing about Leah. It was very strange that even thou Leah was no longer married to Jackson, and wasn't even longer interested in him, Sharon kept talking about her and everytime she saw Leah, even thou she pretended to be okay deep inside of her, there was some amount of fear, the question now was why?. Since Evelyn frequently visited the area in which Leah was working since Evelyn friend Maya Evareste lived around there, she was no longer seeing Leah in the surrounding and tried figuring out where she could be but no avail so she was sharing the news with Sharon. Sharon was praying and hoping that her boss fires her and that she should relocate in a different city, the idea of Leah living in Hilton wasn't pleasant to Sharon. Soon as they heard Jackson’s footsteps, they immediately stopped the conversation as he said Leah should never be an issue of conversation in his Villa, he approached towards them and asked what they were talking about because he wanted to be part of the conversation but Sharon lied, she said they were talking about the baby in her stomach, a smile stood on Jackson face he joined them and ordered to be served a hot drink and after that they all went to bed, in bed, Jackson and Sharon still has a little discussion they were thinking of having a short holiday, they were thinking of when to take the holiday when sleep carried the along.

The morning sounded great in Las Vegas, Billy was already up and struggling to take his bath in order to have his breakfast, whereas Leah was still in bed, it was the light which flashed towards her window and entered her eyes which woke her up, she turned on the bed with her green pyjamas after 5 minutes she was finally up, took her towel and up to take her bath. After that, breakfast was served, that morning, she was having bread, eggs, spaghetti and some hot delicious tea, the breakfast was energetic after she stayed in her room, they were having a walk later in the day, she was watching a romance film, she was so much enjoying the film that when the waitress knocked the door for the first time she didn't get it, it was when the waitress knocked at the door for the second time that Leah jumped out of the bed to go open the door, the waitress wanted to collect the plates from which she had breakfast earlier and she was also checking if Leah was feeling comfortable in their hotel and Leah answered quickly as she was getting ready to go continue her romance film, when the waitress left, Leah quickly rushed to her film and continued from where she stopped, it was interesting. Billy on his side was watching an African dancing ceremony on an African channel precisely the south Africans the natives were called “Afrikans”, he was equally enjoying the show as the ladies were dancing with their back and shaking their waist, the ladies wore African beats and they were looking gorgeous, the show passed just for about 45 minutes, Billy went back to his magazine and continued reading, he was an inclined business man and was always ready to learn when it concerned business, Leah on her part wasn't done with her romance film, the more the film went on the more interesting it was and in some minutes the film got finished, Leah was so tired and took some rest, the film reminded her of the good moments she had with Jackson, it was like watching her life three years back, nevertheless she stayed focus on her career and left the pass in the pass.

It was already 3 pm of the day, the driver was already ready to take them through a walk, Billy was already ready and out waiting for Leah to come join him so they could proceed, Leah was fast in dressing as she put on a simple black gown and a pink headscarf with some low heel sandals. They were off for the beach, it was a sunny day, the clouds were shining and glowing, once at the beach, Billy reminded Leah that what happened yesterday shouldn’t be repeated today and Leah presented her apologize to her boss and promised such was never gonna happened again, Billy turned and looked at Leah for some minutes and laughed at the way she was standing while asking for apologize, he accepted the Leah’s apologize and once again gave her permission to have a walk throughout the area, Leah was amazed by the way her boss looked at her the joy was immense, Leah was a woman who loved when people were at peace with her and worried when people were mad or furious with her, so when her boss smiled, she was equally at peace. Leah walked through the beach visiting the area and there she found people from different cities including different countries, around the beach she met blacks, whites, metise it was just so cool, as she was walking around, every stranger she met on her way, she made sure she greeted them, her day was going on well and lovely, Billy was equally admiring the corner in which he was found.
