Carina's pov

Nothing absolutely there was no one , i continued my journey till i reached the music room , i opened the door only to see the Mr Warren the principal and Mrs Johnson the music teacher sitting there

'' Oh You are Here'' , Mr Warren said sitting there , i looked at them Blankly

'' We have a favor to ask you'' , Mrs Johnson said smiling nervously what are they up to

'' We want you to compete in the music competition semi finals '' Mr Warren said , i looked at them weirdly

'' What will i get in return if i do it'' ,i asked walking around

'' Anything '' , Mrs Johnson said , i looked at them , for real i don't want anything

''So are you in'' , Warren asked , the last time i ever competed in a music competition was when i was six when we were a happy family , i shook away the negative thoughts i answered without thinking

'' Yes now leave'' , i said they nodded and walked away i sat on the stool and started playing a sad tune , then i heard people clapping i turned to see four girls looking at me , i took my bag and looked at them

'' Hi i am Sierra , Julie , Raven and Katy '' , they introduce themselves , i look at them

'' Not much of a talker huh'' ,Katy said i cut her off

'' Carina'' , I answered and waited for them to talk

'' We have something to tell you '' , Sierra said i nodded for her to continue

'' They are lying to you they will give you a song to sing to impress the judges , they are using and they will throw like the other girl before you we have a plan'' , she said i looked at them , how do they know this

'' How do you know exactly'' , i asked looking at them

'' They sell us to the judges , they are criminals you and us are their next victim, these people are human traffickers , the girls who participated before us are dead or either hiding they look for you pls let's team up to stop them , Julie said i was beyond shock just like Arthur , i didn't stop him but i have a chance to stop them , i am in

'' I am in but we will need help and i have someone you get your cheerleaders and some girls you trust meet here'', i said and stood up , Raven stopped me

'' Not here this address '' , she said and gave me a card i nodded and walked out , to ask Isabella something

I can't believe i am doing this i am borrowing Isabella a favour

I walked towards them , the jocks were there my brothers and the cheerleaders , when i reached them , they kept quiet it was awkward , , i broke the silence

'' Isabella can i talk to you '' , i said tapping my foot , they all looked shocked yes the Carina Moretti is talking to Isabella wow

'' Yes what do you need'' , she asked looking at me , i gave her a blank look

'' Private not here'' , i said looking at her she nodded and wanted to stood up but Xander stopped her , knowing we didn't get a long at first

'' I won't kill her i have a heart '' , i said impatiently he looked unsure

'' I will be back i trust her'', Isabella said i was shock she trust me she just met me yesterday

I walked away with her following me we reached near the basketball court but far away from it

''I have something to ask you it's about the music competition '' , i said she looked confused but nodded , I explain everything to her , after that she looked shocked , i can't blame her

'' No you are lying that can't be true , '' , She said shaking her head like she knows who's the person behind it , i held her shoulders

'' That's why we need you and your cheer team and some other girls you trust '' , i said , she looked terrified

'' I am sorry i can't help you'' , she said and turned to walk i held her wrist

'' This girls are hiding living in fear while us we have a normal life Isabella this is our chance to be heroes this girls are beaten , used and for God knows what else pls Isabella here this address if you change your mind and don't tell anyone not my brothers or your family '' , i said and walked away , i can't believe i just talked like that , i walked back inside but someone caught my eye Adrian he and his friends were playing basketball shirtless , he looked hot his black falling to his eyes , his abs shinning in the sun light , i didn't know i was staring to long till he's head snapped to my direction , he was staring at me more like checking me out , i walked away but i could feel his eyes on me i ignored the butterflies in my stomach , why does he make me feel like this , i can't focus on him i have to focus on this music competition
