Proposal

Aurora's best friend suddenly came into her room. She got up from her bed.

Her best friend had been mumbling for a few days, and she already knew, her friend was worried about her, so Leyasa— her best friend, immediately went to her house to pay visit.

Leyasa suddenly pulled her out as she sat on the bed. She fell to the ground, her ass hit the floor. “Ley! My whole body is hurt, you will just make it worst!” she quivered, as she stood up from falling.

She glared at her, “Don't make fun of me for being like that! I know you're just acting! So, don't act like one!” her friend screamed, and give her a tiny punches.

She took a deep breath. She was depressed when she heard that Raxcer Vorex— her ex-boyfriend geek had returned to their country.

She knew she was guilty about what had happened about them years ago.

She will understand if Raxcer was angry with her. Not only that, but she knew that would surely happen.

Furthermore, she was happy with Raxcer's return, but what made her sad was that the man had changed. Raxcer has changed a lot.

Yes, Raxcer now was handsome, and far-far away from the former Raxcer that she knew, but for her, Raxcer's still the same— the old behaviors and aspect.

She grinned bitterly when she remembered the break-up scene she and Raxcer had. It was their anniversary back then, but she ruined it.

“Why are you mumbling here? You know, Aurora Samontes, nothing will happen to you when you just lock yourself in your room. Get out, Aurora. You need to unwind. Then one more thing, come back already in your company. Don't you feel sorry for your father? He is getting aged because of managing your company.”

She rested deeply because of what her best friend had asserted.

Since her mother disappeared, three years ago. Her father has been busy working for their company.

An old man, spends all time for their company.

Who doesn't grow old, when there is always a problem with their company's stock market?

“Ley, do you think I need to be brave and face Raxcer when we meet?” she asked, suddenly. Ignoring yhe thought about his father.

Leyasa earlier joking aura suddenly disappeared and it's face became serious then she stared at her intently.

“Yes, you need to, Aurora. Not all the time, you will not deal with him. You need to face him. If you ever meet again, tell him the truth. If he does not want to listen, then it's okay. At least, you already told him the truth.” Her friend even advised her.

She suddenly hugged her tightly, she was very grateful to Leyasa Andrade, because this lady was always at her side and supported her.

Not only supported her but, she also treats her like a sister. “Thank you, Ley. Thank you so much for being always at my side.”

“No problem, Aurora. You look like a sister to me. So, don't thank me.” Leyasa laughed as she said it to her.

Leyasa also hugged her back. “Of course, Uncle Dasel told me, that you need to go to his office room. He just wanted to tell you something.”

“Okay, I'll just go to him later when you leave.” She smiled in response to her and then the two of them hugged again.

She missed Leyasa so much, her best friend. They haven't seen each other for a few days.

“Seriously, I miss you so much, Ley. Thank you for coming here.”

“Oh, I miss you so much too!” Leyasa laughs in response to her. Then, the two of them hugged again.

WHEN Leyasa left, she immediately went to her dad's office room in their house. She knocked three times before entering.

She is also excited to be able to talk to her father intensely, although there is a little nervousness about what she can say to him or whatever he needs from her.

When she got inside, she saw his father Dasel busy reading in a folder.

She was blown away by the wind, weekends, but his dad still does work. Isn't it literally tiring to work for their company?

If she is, she would prefers to hang out for a day. She is truly lazy about their company activities— stressful conundrum.

But, she also couldn't help but feel sorry for her dad. She needs to help her dad, otherwise, Dasel will grow old early.

“Hello, dad.” She greeted, then kissed his on the forehead. “You're calling me? Leyasa told me. Are we two going to talk?” she immediately asked.

He looked up at her, then smiled with ease. “It's nice to see you here again, my princess. I thought you won't show again. You've been out of your room for almost two weeks. How do you feel now, my princess?”

“Thanks for your concern, dad. I'm okay now, so don't worry. I miss you, dad.” she was passionate about her father.

He stood up from his seat and approached her for a hug. She also hugged him tightly.

“Anyway, I ask Leyasa if she can tell you, that I want to talk to you. And, I'm glad that you're here now, princess.” He starts, then hugs her.

Father Dasel went back to chair.

“I want you to read all of this, and this proposal for our company. Let me show you your best, a princess in our company. You're the next heiress of our company, and I need to train you while I am still here guiding you, my princess. I hope you won't disappoint me. I want you to be more confident like me, my princess. Not only that, but I want when the time comes, you're ready to be the next CEO of our company.” His father's litany, she almost slipped into the flesh of a proposal given to him by his dad.

Another file about their company. She seems to need a careful study.

But only one grabbed her attention,is the proposal from a famous company all over the country— the Vorex Chain of Companies.

She gasped at what she read.

“V-vorex chain of companies, a proposal for our company, dad?” She asked in shock.

“Yes, my princess. Their proposal is good. And, I plan to accept it. But, it looks like I will just let you attend the meeting. So you can start being trained.” He said to her with a smile.

But, her dad replaced his mile into a grin. She was suddenly nervous.

Is this the time, for her to face Raxcer? But, she is not sure if Raxcer will face her.

Probably, one of Raxcer's siblings.

“Do you need a meet-up thingy?” she asked, instead.

“Yes, my princess. It is needed.” That was her father's only response.

She took a deep breath. It seems it will make her sad. Will she ever see Raxcer Vorex? The man she only loved? Or, not yet?
