"It's boring this weekend, why is it still raining"....

I'm here at the balcony of the condo, having my hot milk tea. Desi is still asleep and the surroundings are still almost dark because of the weather, the sky is dark, the wind is cold that touched my skin.

I closed my eyes and felt the coolness of the environment.

"hmmm".. I said

"Severe climate change nowadays, right? It's going to be summer but it's still raining!" said a voice on the right side of my seat.

She sat in the other chair and laid her cup of coffee on a round table.

I looked at her thin hair that now has highlights, her slightly tanned skin because maybe they were swimming on the beach last week.

She wiped her spectacle with the end of her yellow shirt. hmmm, until now, that t-shirt is still alive?

The smoothness of her thigh, while wearing pink sport shorts, can still be seen.

"you're done?" frenzy asked me

"huh?" my question as I looked at her face that now looking at me smiling.

"I said, are you done looking at my whole body?".. She said with a smile.

"Oh, I'm sorry,.. You were a bit tanned after anne and you went for a vacation" I replied and looked at the buildings in front of us.

"ah yeah, because of Anne, I think, she was a fish in her first life and we couldn't get off the water, if it is not on the pool, we are on the beach" frenzy happily sharing her stories to me.

Maybe she really enjoyed her moment with Anne.

"you should go there... you and desi.. I think desi need a break, she's a bit stressful at work lately since she is our coordinator, our big boss has high expectations for her" was her suggestion to me.

She has a point, when was the last time I went to the beach with desi?, we couldn't do swimming here in the condo because we were both busy with our work.

"All right, I'll take her one time" was my answer while sipping the milk tea I was holding.

"good!" frenzy replied to me and also sipped the cup she was holding.

"what a lazy day right?. It's nice to sleep all day" said frenzy.

"Yes, but in my case, I can not sleep" I replied.

"oh why?.. Bothered?" she asked me a worried question and she turned to my place and looked at me as if she was analyzing my face.

"hmm, I don't know.. Lately I can't sleep,.. I might be not used to sleep here" I explained.

"yeah, maybe, this is just your 2nd week here right? , maybe your mind has not set your body that you are already somewhere else, maybe your body is used to singapore." she says.

"i don't know,.." I just shrugged.

"Where is Anne?" I asked her after a few minutes of silence between the two of us.

"ah, in Marikina, she went home to her family first because she has to build the 2nd floor of their house.. she will check that for the mean time" frenzy replied.

"Really, you designed it?" my question to her.

"Hmm.. Hmm.." frenzy nodded.

"Maybe that's pretty" I said

"nahh.. It's simple, anne doesn't want too much design, she wants spacious area." frenzy replied.

"oh there you are both of you" jossie interrupted during the conversation between me and frenzy.

"oh why jossie, any problem?" my question to her as she approached us.

"I bought a printer, it has Bluetooth and sd card slots, but I don't know how to install it, can you help me cathy?" the smiling please of jossie to me.

"Okay jossie later, I'll just finish this milk tea" I replied.

"okay, just come into my room later" was her answer and she turned around after speaking.

"It's almost lunch time, we're still on the balcony" I said shaking my head and I sipped the last contents of my cup.

"yes, go ahead.. do what jossie asks" frenzy chased me away.

"how about You?, will you stay here?" I asked and I got up from my seat.

Frenzy raised her two feet over the stainless bars of the balcony.

"About 5 minutes left!" she was smiling as she says that.

"okay" I just said and I turned around when she suddenly spoke again.

"I'll just cook our lunch" she volunteered.

I turned to frenzy again with a frown, I did not think she knew how to cook.

"What are you going to cook?" my somewhat puzzling question to her.

"Of course, eggs, sardines eggplant and meat loaf!" she said with a smile while scratching her head.

I was moved to walk away from the balcony.. Smiling.

She never changes... Until now, those are the food that she can cook only.

"what?!... I know cathy you are smiling there!" frenzy shouted at me.

I stopped walking, I removed the smile from my mouth and faced her seriously.

"did you see a smile here?" I asked frenzy while pointing at my face.

But honestly, I was able to control laughing.

"gosh, there oh your face is already red because of suppressing your laughter" she teased.

"I don't know about you frenzy, I'll go into jossie's room, when desi comes out of the room and looks for me, please say I'm just there.. Thanks!" I ordered and I took my eyes off of her.

"Woe, and the big boss even ordered huh?!" what I heard she say to me.

One step and I turned to her again.

"cook our food nicely ah,.. that dish was new to my ear" I said laughing to her and I walked away from her.

"ahuh, and you are teasing me now huh?!" frenzy growled and I didn't even see the reaction on her face because I was about to enter jossie's room.

"try to print jossie" I said to her, I also spent almost 30 minutes installing her printer because I also installed applications on her phone.

"good, there is also free photo paper also included" jossie said eagerly.

"hello, what are you doing?" desi's puffy eyes question.

"good thing you know cathy is here?" her sister jossie asked to desi

"frenzy said eh, when I went to the kitchen, and she's cooking" desi said smiling.

"wow, miracle and she cooked" jossie also laughed when she heard the news about frenzy.

"I think she is inspired" I said.

"I'll try the app you installed cathy, desi.. cathy.., go there in bed and I'll take a picture of you two" said jossie.

"Just wait, I haven't combed yet" desi said and she took the comb that was on the table on the side door of that room and combed her hair for a while.

The two of us sat on the bed as Indian seat and Jossie took a photo of us.

"oh jossie, just open the app then choose the picture you want to print then click send to print" I explained to jossie. soon the printer on her side printed.

"wow, that's great!" said jossie and happy on what it came out.

"Let's eat ladies!" said frenzy after she entered the room.

"nice, is there a photo-shoot here?" the smiling frenzy said

"frenzy, join them, I'll picture you, its good that the photo paper is free!" excited, jossie said and she pulled frenzy and made her sit next to me.

"there you are!,.. you three looks like powerpuff girls ha ha ha" said jossie jokingly to the three of us.

"go frenzy let's take a picture!" I said to her and I pushed her a little further next to me.

"Wacky poses, then pretend you're having fun!" jossie's suggestions to us.

Jossie's room was filled with laughter. because the shots of the three of us are all nonsense, we still have group shot with jossie, and all the pictures are really printed by her and the others are posted on the wall of her room.

"The three of you are cute here oh" jossie said in a picture we were holding stuffed toys.

"I will give you one copy each for the remembrance of the three of you" said sister jossie.

"All right, thanks jossie", I replied and we left his room at the same time.

"I'll go into the room first ah" desi said goodbye to the three of us.

"You don't want to eat desi?" my question

"Later, I forgot, I have something to do" was her answer and smiled slightly.

"All right, I'll just bring you food there later" I said and she just shrugged and entered our room at the same time.

"What happened to her?" frenzy whispered to me.

"I don't know either" was my answer. I was also wondering, she was okay earlier when we were taking pictures.

I quickly finished my meal, and prepared food for desi.

"Hasn't desi come out yet?" jossie asked us.

"not yet jossie eh" I said as I put the food on the tray for desi.

"Maybe she felt ill before, but she just didn't say that to us?" said frenzy

"I don't know, I'll bring this food first okay?" I said goodbye to the two who helped put away the food we three ate.

"desi,..." I called the woman who was just lying on our bed.

"I thought you had something to do?... eat desi first" I said to her and I put the tray I was carrying on the side table.

I sat close to her head and peeked at her face covered with her soft hair.

"desi,.. eat this, you haven't had eaten since earlier.. look it was almost past 1pm already" I said to her.

"I'm not hungry" she said softly.

I lay down next to her, I'm trying to hug her back but she removes my hand.

"Desi, is there a problem?" my worried question.

"You were okay earlier, we're having fun while taking pictures, you even laugh with us, don't you?" my explanation.

"then all of a sudden you just did that, tell me if I did something wrong to you.. I'm ready to make it right" I begged to her.

"get me a scissors" was her only answer to me.

"what are you going to cut?, i will do it. eat this food first" my suggestion as I stood up to get the scissors in her study table drawer.

"give me the thing you need to cut" I said to her as I"am holding the scissors.

she handed me a photo .. photo earlier inside jossie's room.

"oh, this was just now, what will you cut here?" I wondered as I handed the picture.

"Please cut my part, it looks like frenzy and you really enjoy the picture, your face shows that you are happy and I am out of place.. so much out of place!" desi said emphatically. with red eyes as she look at me.. is she crying?

"wait desi,.. what out of place are you talking about.. see you are also happy here in the picture and another thing, the three of us are already friends aren't we?" my confused question.

"desi we talked about this a week ago before they left and now in the picture you are just jealous because we are together?" I can't believe as I question desi.

she did not answer but plunged her face into her pillow again.

"c'mon desi, you're being unreasonable, another thing, why don't you mediate with us during photo taking?" I was a little annoyed asking her.

"Shall I still be in the middle eh your shoulders are almost rubbing against each other!" desi still told me emphatically.

"desi please, please.. it just a picture, there's nothing wrong on that picture...... sorry if you gave that a meaningful way" I said at the same time, I raise the picture I was holding.

"you know what, this is how I will do it." I said

and I sat down at desi's study table and cut out the picture she gave me, I took scotch tape and glued the photo paper. got up from my seat and placed on the side table the picture near the tray of her food.

"I'll leave you for a while so you can think properly, I hope when I come back you already eat your food..." I said and I turned my back on her, before I went out the door I looked at her again.

she still doesn't move on her crutch, I turn on the air-con in our room, she might get feel hot.

"I love you desi.... I'm sorry if I did something wrong earlier" I said and I finally left the room.

"What, has she eaten yet?" frenzy asked, a look of concern on her face,

I just shook my head. I held the rest of the photo I had cut and walked towards the living room. I lay down on the long sofa and examined what's in my hand.

"It's your fault, you can move to the other place, why did you stay there, see what you've done?!" I said in the picture I was holding.

"oh why are you holding your picture?.. wait.. that was just earlier isn't it, you cut it?" frenzy asked in shock.

she was on the side of my head and watching my hand. I got up from lying at the sofa.

"You followed me here, did you hear me say that?" my somewhat nervous question.

"nope, I just came in, I just saw you holding that,.. why did you cut it?" frenzy asked and she sat on the single sofa.

"because of desi" I said softly, I looked around first, maybe jossie or desi suddenly came out.

"What is desi?" frenzy asked

"hmm.. looks jealous because of the picture, so I just removed my portion and glued you two" I said with a head bow.

"hey, desi really hasn't changed,.. I'll talk to her later, she doesn't have to be jealous anymore, she knows how important anne is to me now. tss" she said.

"I already explained to her .. but go ahead you can talk to her later, maybe she will listen to you" after I said that, frenzy's phone on the center table suddenly rang.

"huh, why is she calling?" she said curiously as she picked up the phone and answered it.

she got up and went to the balcony.. she also stayed for a few minutes on the balcony, later she returned to the living room.

"Mr. Dennis" she said as she sat down.

"dennis?.. the one that you worked before as his interior designer at his condo?" my question

she nodded. "he said he had been contacting your phone a while ago but it was just a ring so he decided to call me, he said it was a good thing that we are together now" she explained.

"My phone is in the room, why?" my question..

"he needs us today,.. even later at 6pm, is it okay with you?" frenzy said to me.

"There is a tenant who wants to renovate, he said it is urgent because the flight back to London is tomorrow, and you and I are the only person he thinks of first that can make a quick response." frenzy explained.

"you say yes?" my question.

"well, I still know the floor plan of the unit there, it's easy for me... and also, it's a extra income for me, additional for my savings" frenzy said with a smile.

"All right, let's go to the condo later" I said

"All right, but just wait ah, I'll just go to your room, I'll talk to desi" frenzy said and she got up and walked towards desi and I's room.

I just leaned on the sofa and looked again at the photo I was holding.

haysss desi... I just whispered to myself.
