Chapter Seven

Well that was weird , even for him! ...the bell rang and i sprinted to class.

After school I headed home, I found both my parents sitting in the living room so I just decided to chill next to them...and I wish I haven't .

   ''Honey we were just talking about you'' mom said with a smile..kind of excited?

''Why what's wrong?''

This couldn't be a good thing I knew for sure, goody stuff don't happen to me so often.

    ''Uncle Mason invited you for the weekend to stay at his house with his daughters!''

  Yup there it is.. The fuckning

''no thanx mom I'm kind of far behind in school and I have to study'' he always invited me and I usually skip with the I'm either sick or so tired ...I had to make it school this time.

   ''Oh no young lady you will go and have some fun ..you've been off these past few days and you need it'' dad declared and I knew there was nothing I could do about it, my parents are the kind that you must oblige to what they say no matter what ...it's just how they are.

   I didn't respond to them and just headed straight to my room and locked the door, I plopped on my back and kept staring at the ceiling ...

"What am i going to do now?''

I know him...I know Mason , he'll try to be alone with me, he will touch me.

   I felt repulsed just by thinking about it ...tomorrow.. I was going to spend the night with him.

  I got my laptop and texted Hana ..she knows about Mason , she has always been there for me but kept pushing me to tell someone. I didn't want to..  I couldn't , it's harder than it may sound...people won't look at me the same way again , my parents  won't look at me the same way again so it was just impossible for me to just come out of the closet and declare that my own uncle is sexually harassing me.

   As I thought.. she begged me to tell someone and to not go to the lion's den but she knows my parents far too well, and she knew I couldn't slip this time so she wished me all the luck in the world...because frankly? I would need it.

  I didn't notice falling asleep until mom woke me up for breakfast the next morning but I didn't have the stomach for it so I just took a shower and used my coconut body wash and shampoo because the scent of it soothed me in this kind of way.

   I put on an old gray hoodie with baggy sweats and went down stairs.

  ''You're not wearing that to uncle Mason's house!" Mom stated more than questioned,

    "Why not? They're comfy!'' I tried to reason with her but she just pulled my hand back up stairs and to my closet.. She pulled out a pink T-shirt and a cute short skirt ... " the fuck I won't!''.
