Chapter Fifteen

we walked to our usual table and saw that Raymond was already seated.

    She glanced at me as if to ask if that's ok...I continued walking indicating that it was fine...we sat down across from him and exchanged small talks.

     "By the way...how do you know that guy from last week?"

  Raymond questioned me with out even looking to my eyes.

    "Careful Rainbow...I might mistake this for jealousy" I said with a smirk, he looked up at me with wide eyes ''t-that's not what I meant Amelia!'' He stuttered .

    "I just haven't seen him before" he finished

"he used to study with me years ago...we go back, I think he's gay now though'' I replied

''oh so you guys never hooked up huh" he had a smirk that was hard to hide

''I never said that " I mirrored his smirk.

    Jeremy did ask me out, but I knew he was in denial...he tried to make himself like only girls for being raised in a conservative household

    He told me that when I refused him he had a long time to think about who he really is, I hooked him up with this nice guy and it turned out that he was indeed gay, we lost contact a year ago but I blame it on school.

    "Guys I have to go...see ya later" Hana waved while sprinting away...it was just the two of us.

   "Hey do you wanna hang out after school Amelia?'' I did want to get my head out of a few stuff, and Raymond was one of them.

    But I needed a good time and unfortunately Raymond is perfect for it...that's why I felt for him.

    ''Yeah sure, why not''.

  I waited for Raymond at the front gate and called my mom to tell her I'll be out late with some friends, i saw Raymond walking towards me with his hands in his pocket.

    " shall we go?'' He motioned with his head and stood by my side, I nodded in agreement and we started walking... Neither of us had a car so we had to stick with the closest place ...we went to get some ice cream at the shop that was just a walking distance from school.

      When we arrived I picked a chocolate caramel and strawberry flavor ice cream

..I made it simple.. Raymond in the other hand got Chocolate,vanilla, strawberry, birthday cake and bubblegum with three different toppings , the dude was a monster when it comes to ice cream I must say... It's just his weakness.

     "We're totally gonna get sick you know" I broke the silence, it was a bit chilly today and summer was long gone, "do I look like I care?!" He said with sparkling eyes eyeing his mountain high ice cream.

     "Cheers Rainbow" we bumped our spoons together and dug in,

     It was delicious , well...technically to me all food is delicious.
