Lucas

"Where's Penny?" Dem asks looking around, "I don't know, she never came home last night"Trixie says sadly, so I guess everyone is blaming me for hurting Penny, the truth is, I didn't do anything to her, Madison wanted to hurt her, there was no dare, I kissed her because I wanted to and Madison somehow knew that it had happened and wanted to hurt her feelings but I still stood there and let it happen.

There was sound of a motorcycle and people screaming and things being knocked over, the person rode in then stopped and I looked her over, definitely a girl. She took her helmet off and my heart flew, "sorry I'm late"Penny says getting off and rolling her eyes at me, geez, when will she stop hating me. I kinda knew she was that girl at the hotel, she had a tattoo behind her ear that said Sparky and I saw it, I didn't believe until Dem sent me a picture of her, that's how I knew, I didn't want things to go that far but I couldn't help it, I loved this girl more than anyone and I'm engaged to the wrong person, of course Natasha and I met in college but our Dads are close friends, it's just for business but she developed feelings for me, somewhere along the line but I'm in love with Penny, I always was.

"Where have you been?" Demi asks Penny, "I was with Joe, that guy you met yesterday"Penny replied shrugging, "oh, I was worried" "no biggie", "places everyone!" Thelma says and we move to our places, I don't get why we have to practice this, it's like instinct. "You're staring"Penny says through gritted teeth, "problem?" I ask raising an eyebrow, she rolled her eyes trying to walk faster but we had to keep it at a pace, my hand oh so mischievously touched her ass and she elbowed me, "hey, you two, focus!" Thelma says and we look at her.

"Stop touching me Lucas!" Penny bites elbowing me again, "ow, stop hitting me Penelope"I say earning another elbow, geez, she's harmful these days. "Where have you been all these years, I missed you"I say and she scoffed, "says the guy engaged"she replied, "and you're such a snob, you cheated on your fiance with me, how many more women have you-....nope, I don't care, don't answer that", I chuckle pulling her closer to me, "you never complained when you were scratching on my back"I whisper watching her eyes widen, "you have no proof!" Penny snapped, I smirk and she shoved me, "you little worm, but it could've been any other girl", I raise an eyebrow at her and her eyes dilated in anger and fear, "I hate you, so much"she says annoyed, "no you don't, you're just hardheaded and afraid of accepting our destined love", she bursts out laughing and I smile, that's the Penny I know.

Penny held her stomach laughing even more catching the attention of many others, "what a charm"Penny says wiping a tear from her eye and chuckling, she checked her phone then looked up at me, "I haven't laughed this hard in a while, let's have lunch soon"she says smiling, I grin and she got up, "well, looks like things are working out for you two"Demi says standing next to me, "I hope so"I say honestly, "me too"he replies nodding, I really hope so.

Penny

"Having a party without me?" I ask walking into the living room where Trixie and Madison were opening gifts and chatting away happily, "Penny, I thought you went out"Trixie says and I shrugged, "I've been upstairs all day"I say in disbelief, Madison eyed me then smiles at Trixie, "want me to make you something?" Madison asks, "sure thanks Maddie", what the actual hell?!. Last time I spoke to Trixie, she told me she and Madison weren't even getting along, I guess things did change.

Trixie started packing up the wrappers while I watched her for a few seconds, "need any help?" I ask, "naah, it's fine"she says softly, I insisted on helping either way but that's when she really didn't want me to help, "I said it's fine, I can do it myself"she says harshly, I stepped back a little, "Trix, what's up with you?" I ask and she looked at me, "I'm sorry, I'm just exhausted with all this wedding planning and stuff" "it's not like you're really doing anything, Demi spends all the money, all you have to do is show up"I say honestly, "not everyone had everything handed to them like you did Penny".

"Seriously Trixie?" I ask then nod, she had no right to say that, "look, I'm tired okay, let's talk about it tomorrow"Trixie says then Madison walked in with waffles and syrup, "made your favorite"she says and Trixie grinned happily, but she hates waffles, "thanks Maddie, you're really an honest friend to keep", like am I invincible now?. "Aww, only the best for you Trix"Madison replied happily, I walk away, wow, just wow.

Throwing my keys in the air, I watch before catching them again, I'm so bored and I needed to get out of the house, now I'm at my Mom's shop, sitting in her office, she was here also but she was busy so I let her work. "You gonna mope all day?" Mom asks and I pout, "how come nobody told me?" I ask, "honey, we never acknowledged it and Trixie has changed alot since you left" "tell me about it, everyone's changed" "you've changed more, look at you, you're a successful business woman already, you've invested in alot of places around the globe and you have a learning facility being built for persons who didn't get a chance to get a good education, babe, you've become an awesome person, you don't need friends, I've always told you that and if Trixie wants to be a bitch, let her because she has no idea the things you did for her even though you were far away, just don't let people get to you", I smile at my Mom, I loved this woman.

After grabbing some treats, I decided to go home, I was driving my car when I hit someone that I didn't even see. I got out immediately and ran to help him up as others did, he had a good over his head and I knelt down to him and he looked up, my eyes widened and my breath hitched, "Nick?" I ask shocked but he fell unconscious, "somebody call 911!" a lady shouts, "just put him in my car"I say quickly, two men helped him up and put him in the passenger seat and fastened the seatbelt, I got in and started the car then drove off.

"Did you bring him in?" a doctor asks and I nod, "yes, is he alright?" I ask concerned, "he's a bit shaken, he's not completely sane though, who is he to you?" "someone I used to know, can I get updates on him please?" "sure dear", I nod before leaving, I can't believe he's still alive.

I sighed closing the door to the house, "Penny, is that you babe?" Grandma Sky asks, "yeah"I replied walking into the living room, everyone was there including Trixie, I had no intention in talking to her at the moment, I just wanted to sleep, "are you okay Sparky?" Demi asks concerned, "fine"I replied sitting on the couch next to Skai, they were watching a movie, I didn't pay much attention to it though.

"Penny, why are you crying?" Skai asks catching everyone's attention, I wiped my eyes and sniffed, "I had a long day, I'm tired, night"I say getting up and heading straight to my room, I'm gonna buy a house tomorrow.
