Selene's POV

When we got to the cafeteria, Haruki immediately provided me with food.

Out of the two of us, he's the only one who likes being free, so I'm used to it.

"Why did you bring me here? Well, I'm not hungry yet." Haruki complained.

I frowned before pleading. "I can't think of anything else," he said before sighing.

"About what?"

"I can't tell you. That's my big secret." I answered him before taking the burger that was on the table.

I smelled that burger for a while before I ate it.

"I knew it. Just smell it; it's delicious." I said, "Smile.

"You can be a burger endorser!" Haruki laughed, causing me to step on his foot.

"damn you" 

We were there for a few more minutes before we decided to go back to class.

I just used up the break time we had to not talk to Dominic.

That's the only way I have.

I noticed that every time our teachers met in class, Dominic was quiet.

But when our second break time came again, He called me again.

As always, I avoided that again.

I just went on for a few days, until one day.

"Ms. Laurent and Mr. Tiago, please bring these papers to my faculty. Thank you!"

What?

I quickly looked at Dominic. He didn't even look at me and just smiled at our teacher.

If Dominic agrees to that, then there is nothing I can do.

I bit my lower lip and took another paper from Ma'am's table.

After that, Dominic and I started walking to the faculty.

None of them intended to speak to us. But what's even more surprising is that Dominic doesn't call me anymore.

Well, that's even better.

We have all arrived at the faculty, and we have also placed the papers on Ma'am's table. But he still didn't speak.

He didn't even look at me.

It was as if I became invincible in front of him.

I took a breath before frowning when I secretly looked at Dominic.

He doesn't even smile.

Wait.

Is what I did so bad that he doesn't talk to me anymore?

Or maybe he just realized that I have no intention of talking to him?

Selene's POV

I was surprised when he suddenly said, "I'll go to the comfort room first; you don't have to wait for me."

"Huh?  Ah, -alright.."

Even his speech is not the same as before.

I just watched it go in the other direction while biting my fingernail.

"Looks like I really overdid it," I whispered.

After I got to the classroom, our teacher arrived just in time, so I told him that Dominic had to go to the comfort room first.

I just noticed that even when we had a break earlier, he didn't call me.

I lowered my jaw before sighing.

Why do I feel bad about what I did?

A few minutes later, Dominic returned, and our class continued.

He didn't really talk to me anymore.

Until the end of our whole class.

"Okay, class, don't forget to review your notes. We will have a short exam tomorrow." Ma'am," she said with a smile. "Goodbye."

"Good bye, ma'am!" We all said "Ma'am together.

"Selene, come home with me." Jane, my new friend

"Alright! I'll just fix my stuff." I said it enthusiastically.

While arranging my things, I noticed Dominic leaving the classroom.

That's why my surroundings became more comfortable.

"Hey, guys. I have something to tell you." I heard Elisa say this while we were walking out of school.

"What?"  Jane and I asked together.

"Do you remember the man I told you about in the past?" she asked us.

We both nodded quickly.

As far as I remember, it was about the handsome man Elisa saw in an arcade yesterday.

"What's wrong with him?" I will ask.

"I forgot to tell you yesterday that I have a picture of him! He's so handsome!" She screamed at the same time, causing me to wince.

"Look!" Jane said excitedly.

When Elisa took her cellphone from her pocket, she immediately pressed something and showed it to Jane.

From here, I could see the brightness of Jane's eyes while her mouth was agape, looking at Elisa's cellphone.

"Oh my gosh! Ack! How handsome, Elisa!" Jane hit Elisa's arm at the same time.

"Tell me."  when Elisa agreed.

Selene's POV

I was curious about what they said and also looked at Elisa's cellphone.

But my eyes widened quickly when I saw who it was.

"How many years is that?" Jane asked.

"Maybe he's only 20 below. He looks like a young man." Elisa said it with excitement.

I swallowed before speaking, "Actually, that's only 21." I said it was a reason for them to look at me.

"Weh?  "Are you sure?"

I nodded slowly. I'm pretty sure he's only 21.

"How can you tell?" Elisa asked, looking like she didn't believe what I said.

I thought, "Duh, that's my brother." I will identify the man in the picture.

"What?!"  The two asked at the same time.

"Yes, he is my brother, who has twins. Felix." I said, "If you don't believe, come to our house."

We can bring people to the house since our important things are in the basement.

She was like winning the lottery when I said they could go home.

Well, if I'm thrilled too, That's my brother's case. I know that's a true conscience.

Like I said, I did bring them both home. Fortunately,Vera andFelix were there.

The two witches were even very happy when they saw my brother.

"You should have texted us, Selene, if you're bringing your classmate. We can prepare snacks." Felix said while scratching his head.

"It's not Selene's fault... It's you." AlVera said it seriously. "You ate all our snacks."

"Ew, brother. You're so hot." There is disgust in my tone of voice.

"Ahm, you don't need to give us snacks. We'll go home anyway." Elisa pretended to be polite.

"Don't go home yet. I'll buy some snacks." I said.

After I said that, Jane suddenly gave me a strange look. I can still see the thumbs up on their fingers.

Wow! What a flirty woman!
