Chapter 9

Kaizer's POV:

I got ready and got dressed in my wedding dress but I thought I'd better go to the Wedding Venue first because I still had to do something there so I went to Direck's room first so he could be left here so that the two of them could have a Driver. Direck nodded and I left.

When I arrived at the wedding venue, I called my wedding organizer to see if everything was okay and he said yes and I first looked at the venue and it was beautifully decorated. So I sat down because I was tired from standing.

It's close to 10am so I'm also nervous but since the bride is going there I shouldn't be nervous.

When the wedding organizer said that the bride was there, I stood up and went to the front of the altar.

When the music started, they opened the door and I saw Selene looking for something behind her. That's why I was wondering who it was but when he looked back inside he saw Direck and Karen waving so his face cleared up a bit because I could see it from where I was standing.

He also looked at me and I just smiled. Actually, she looks beautiful in what she is wearing today. I don't know if I'm still nervous, I'm the only one who likes it or I already LOVED him before. I don't know.

I just waited for Selene walking towards me. When he got close, I held out my hand and he also gave his hand to me. And I could feel her nervousness and the coldness of Selene's hand because she was so nervous.

When Selene and I arrived in front of Tito Aaron, he smiled at us and we smiled back.

"Hi everyone I am Aaron Santillan I am the one who witnessed this wedding of these two children here in front of this Venue."

"So let's start. Does anyone want to stop this wedding?" it immediately asked. So Selene and I turned to the people I invited godfather and godmother.

"There's nothing so let's start." and uncle said a little mass and Selene and I got up.

"Selene." Tito called Tito.

"Yes Father."

Father: "Do you take Kaizer Kiel Madrigal as your lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you part?"

Selene: "I do father"

"Kaiser." Tito called me Aaron.

"Yes Father."

Father: "Do you take Selene Dela Cruz as your lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you part?"

Kaizer: "I do father"

"Kaizer and Selene repeat After me." and Tito Aaron spoke and Selene and I imitated that.

"Selene/Kaizer: "I take this ring as a sign of my love and faithfulness in the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit." and selene also put the ring on me and the same to me.

"Kaizer you may now kiss your bride." I don't know where to kiss Selene because I know she's blushing. So I thought about kissing her on my forehead but the viewers told me that it should be on the lips so I asked Selene for permission and she nodded and I touched my lips to hers.

And they all cheered and someone said... LONG LIVE THE NEW WEDDING!!!...

When I heard that, I just laughed like I was ashamed.

And we also went to the reception to eat because I knew that our guest was very hungry.

While we were at the reception, many people threw stones at us and made us dance a little and we left them to go home because I knew Selene was very tired.

While we were traveling, Direck called.

"Bro, where are you?" it immediately dawned on me.

"Bro, we're going home and Karen will take care of that, right?" I said laughing.

"King mother bro, why did you leave us here, why don't we just go home with you and Karen." I laughed because of what he said.

"You can go home if you want, right? Because Selene is tired...that's why we didn't say goodbye to you and the guests.

"Or I'll just tell them to go home." He said sullenly and ended the call.

I looked at Selene and saw that she was sleeping so I pulled the car aside to fix her seat.

After a few minutes of our flight, we reached home and I woke Selene up and she went to her room.

I also went to my room and rested a little before taking a shower.

After I showered I went to sleep.

Selene's POV:

I woke up with a lot of pain in my body from standing up yesterday. My body was really bruised from standing, because just yesterday I stood for a long time even though I was in the hospital, I only stood up once in a while because our duty to a patient was a record.

I immediately got up and I stretched my body first and I was able to bear it because my feet and back really hurt.

All I did was call Manang Elma to prepare Herbal for me to soak myself in the bathtub. Because it was so hot, I just endured it to get the numbness of my whole body.

While I was relaxing, someone suddenly knocked on my Bathroom Door.

"Who is that!." I immediately shouted.

"Ma'am, this is Manang Elma." he immediately said and I let him in.

"What is that, man?"

"Ma'am, sir told me that after soaking in the Hot Herbal, you are coming downstairs to eat." I immediately nodded and Manang Elma left.

After 20mins. I bathed in cold water. My body felt a little sick because of that hot herbal.

I was going downstairs to eat and saw Kaizer reading a newspaper. So I greeted him so he knows I'm here.

"Good Morning Cairo." I immediately congratulated.

"Good morning too Selene." it greets me.

"Sit down to eat. Manang said you prepared Hot Herbal for him." so I nodded.

"Yes, because my body is so sore from what we did yesterday." it immediately made me laugh.

"Are you kidding me Kaizer?" I immediately asked.

"No, hahaha, eat there, I know you're hungry, Selene." it immediately told me.

I just ate because I was really hungry because I didn't eat at the Reception last night because after a few minutes of our stay there, I told Kairo that we should go home.

After I finished eating, I also said goodbye to Kairo that I will go to the room first to do the senend of our Head Nurse.

Actually, all patient records are given to me by the Head Nurse, I don't know why because he should be the one to do it and not me.

Because I'm kind, I'm the one making that record and I'm not complaining. While I was recording, someone suddenly knocked on my door.

"Ma'am, have a snack because you are doing something." Manang Carol immediately said.

"Thank you Manang." and he nodded and left so as not to disturb me.

I'm doing this, I'm doing that right now because there's too much patient record haysst then I'll come in later because I've been absent.

I looked at the time and it was 12:30 and fortunately I had finished what I was doing so I rested my hand first and took a shower to get ready to go to the hospital.

While I was fixing myself, Kaizer suddenly called me so I answered it.

"Hello Kaizer did you get called?" I immediately said.

"Selene, if you're leaving the house, call Josh so he can drive you, okay."

"Cge thanks, I'm leaving to go to the hospital bye."

"Ahh...ok be careful bye." he immediately said and I hung up and went downstairs to leave.

"Where is Josh?" I immediately asked.

"Ma'am, I'll just call you." I nodded and Manang Carol left.

After waiting for a few minutes, a man about my age came up to me.

"I'm sorry, ma'am, I'm late."

"It's okay, I'm not on duty at the hospital yet, so let's go." I immediately said.

While we were traveling, I took a nap first so I might be sleepy later.

After a few minutes someone suddenly called me.

"Ma'am, we are here at the Hospital." Josh said

"Okay Josh, thanks." and I smiled before leaving.

I entered the hospital and made my schedules. Work here, work there.

Krylle Fortaleza's POV:

"Mama, Jero and I will just say goodbye that we are going to the hospital."

"I also want to see the patients there and I also want to say hello to the doctors and nurses there in our hospital." it nodded at us. So I'm happy.

"Be careful there hija? You know it's a hospital."

"Yes, mom, don't worry, Hubby will come for me, so don't worry." he nodded and smiled at me.

"Jero is your husband, right? Keep an eye on him." he immediately told my wife.

"Yes, you really are, mom." and he smiled at me.

"So mom, we're leaving. Bye.." Jero and I kissed mom before we left her reading a newspaper in the living room.

While Jero and I were traveling, I was nervous, of course my Detective said that he was working at our hospital. While we were taking turns at the Fortaleza Hospital, there was something in my chest that was so excited and nervous just like that.

"Wife are you okay?" I know that Jero noticed my trembling because we entered the Hospital holding hands.

"Not really Hubby. Maybe that's why I feel weird." I'm lying.

While we were going to the nurse station, I suddenly saw a woman. As far as I can see, he is 27 years old but I have not seen his face. So I broke away from holding Jero and went to where the woman I saw earlier passed.

But the head nurse came so she recognized me and made me sit in the chair first.

Ma'am, didn't you say that you and Sir Jero were going to the Hospital." he said immediately but I wasn't looking at him because I was looking for someone.

I asked the Nurse to call all the Doctors and Nurses so I could see them all so she went to her Desk and turned on the microphone so everyone could hear that we were here.

I went to all the doctors and nurses, but what I was looking for was still not there.

"Cherry where is Selene?" I heard the Head Nurse say.

"Head nurse is still there with his patient." I also heard what he was talking to.

"Tell him to come here to the Nurse Station Okay?" The nurse he ordered nodded and left.

After we waited for a few minutes, the woman arrived and she was accompanied by a woman who...............

My ghosh!! Is what I'm seeing right now or am I just hullicating?

I suddenly stood up and ran to the female nurse and hugged her.
