Chapter 11

Jero Fortaleza's POV:

"Wife why did you do that?" I immediately told my wife.

"Hubby it's her, shes our Khloe" she immediately said while crying.

"Wife Look at me. If she's Khloe we have to investigate again and we don't have a proof if it's her Okay?" and he nodded.

"Please stop crying wife. Let's go home."

"Okay." he said immediately.

While we were traveling, I was still thinking about what happened earlier. That boy, I see Krylle in him. But first I need to be sure if she is really Khloe. He has been separated from us for 27 years, so I know that Krylle already misses our lost son. Of course I miss my son so much.

While I was driving, I looked at Krylle and I just smiled because she fell asleep from crying. But it's okay for him to fall asleep instead of crying while we were going home from the Mansion because Mama will really scold me.

Mama was the one who was unfair because when she found out that Krylle was crying, she scolded me. Because I neglected it. Oh, it's like I'm not his child..

When we arrived at the Mansion, I parked my car in front of our door and called my driver to park in the garage.

I carried Krylle inside because I didn't want to wake her up because I knew she would go to Mama to tease her that she would go to the hospital again or maybe she would work there as a doctor.

Because Krylle was a doctor at the hospital before and that's where I met him.

While I was thinking about the time when Krylle and I met, I smiled and when our angel came but he wasn't ours for a long time because he was stolen from us.

That's when we suffered when Khloe disappeared and Krylle almost went crazy because of the loss of our daughter. So what I did was that we went to America first to relax and I would have her undergo therapy because she is still losing her mind and she is looking for our missing son.

After a year of putting up with Krylle, thankfully she calmed down. So Mama always visits so Krylle can talk to someone at home.

But first I have to investigate if she is really Khloe, if she is, we will take her and we will leave the Philippines.

Selene's POV:

I woke up because I was peeing. But when I opened my eyes, I could see the ceiling of my room was white and it was still very bright. When I heard Kaizer's voice, I got up and was lying down because my body was in so much pain.

"Kaizer, what am I doing here?" I said as soon as I knew I was in the hospital.

"You had a fever last night and I just sent you here because your fever was high," said Manang Elma. and I was surprised.

"Where is Manang Elma?" I immediately asked.

"Why?"

"Kaizer I want to pee." I grimaced at him.

"Manang is not here and I will go with you to CR."

"What!!??? It's not possible!!" I immediately shouted at him and Kaizer just laughed because I was panicking in my bed.

"It's just a joke, okay, I'll just call a Nurse outside to accompany you to pee. You don't like me, do you?" he said with a smile.

"Yes, hurry up, I might pee on the bed I'm lying on."

While I was waiting, I pinched my cheek because earlier. I was embarrassed by that.

When the nurse came, he was surprised because he saw me here in the hospital bed.

"Oh, Selene, are you here?"

"Yes, can you help me go to CR first?" Nurse Mary nodded and helped me to stand.

I know Kaizer is looking at us but I just ignore it because I don't want to look at him.

While we were in CR, Nurse Mary spoke.

"Gurl, are you with Kaizer Kiel Madrigal, the CEO of the Madrigal Company?" he immediately asked me.

"Because Gurl is like this, he is my friend, that's why he is here now in the hospital."

"Wow, how lucky you are to have a Madrigal as your friend."

"Yes hahaha."

I didn't tell him the truth even though he was my friend, of course I had to hide that Kaizer was my husband because we would break up like that.

When we got out of CR, Kaizer suddenly looked at me and I just faked a smile so it wouldn't be rude hehehe.

Nurse Mary and I were about to go to my bed when Kaizer spoke.

"Nurse, I'll just help him to his bed and you can go out." I was surprised because of that and he grabbed my Dextrose iron.

"Just wait, you wait because we're going to fix your bed because it's a mess to look at."

Huh?? My bed is not messy, is it? Is this man's art art but that's just in my mind right? You might hear me, it might be the end of the world. Maybe he's gay, maybe hmmmm....

"I know what you're thinking Selene."

"What is that Sir Kaizer?"

"If I fix it then you might still think I'm gay." he was looking at me and frowning.

"How about if I try the..........nevermind on you." He walked over to me and made me sit down before going to bed.

"Sleep, I'm just here on the sofa." he immediately told me and I closed my eyes to sleep because I was really sleepy and I still felt very bad.

Kaizer's POV:

While I was watching over Selene, I touched her forehead to see if it was still warm, but suddenly she spoke.

"Mom, don't leave me." he said while his tears were falling.

I thought he was going to speak but not anymore..

After I wiped her, I went back to my work and read it.

While I was reading, someone suddenly called. I answered that even though I hadn't looked at the screen of my cell phone, it might be Direck and he would be angry.

"Son, where are you going home from?"

"Mom, I have no intention of going home there yet." I said straightforward because I don't want to lie.

And I also heard that Camille was discharged last night when Selene was brought here. So I don't have a problem because they won't know who I'm guarding here.

"Son, we miss you here. And Camille, I'm asking when you can visit the house. You're always at the company, give yourself a break." it said long.

"Mom, you're the one who wants it, right? So I'll do it." the other line didn't speak and I turned it off.

I don't want to be rude but this is what they want me to manage our company even if I don't want it.

The course I wanted before was Doctor but Daddy kicked me out of it and told me "If you become a doctor I will not support you there and you will lose your inheritance from me and your Mommy, remember that Kaizer." that's why I got scared and just enrolled in the business ad.

To be honest, they were happy when they were bruised and they celebrated but I didn't because I didn't want to. I just lock myself in the room all day and I don't open the door to anyone who knocks.

When I remembered the past, I was in a lot of pain. That's why I really resented my family so much that I didn't go home with them. I only went there when Camille grew up and I only visited her and left because I couldn't bear their presence at home.

When grandfather also talked to me that I was going to marry a woman I didn't love and that my life was falling apart. So all I did was find someone else. But I don't know if I thought it was a good decision because Selene might just get hurt because of what I did.

Since I was tired, I took a nap for a while and will inform Selene later that I will go to our company first because I have something important to take care of.

Krylle Fortaleza's POV:

I woke up because I was thirsty so I first drank the water that was on my side table.

After I drank I remembered what happened yesterday when I saw Khloe at the hospital.

I went downstairs and looked for Mama. I saw him reading a newspaper and drinking coffee. So I went there to him.

"Good morning Mom, how's your day?" I immediately greeted and greeted him.

"Good morning hija, I'm okay, how about you?" he said while smiling.

"Mama, I saw her in our hospital." Mama was shocked because of that.

"Who daughter?"

"Mama, I saw Khloe in our hospital." A tear fell down my cheek as I said that.

"Shhhh..if Khloe is really the child we need to be sure."

"Yes mom."

"Mama can I ask you a favor?" I said immediately and Mama nodded at me.

"What is it hija?"

"Mama I want to work in our Hospital, I want to work with her, so I can watch over her and I want to be with her Mama." I said immediately.

"Mama, I will go crazy if I don't see him please..." I said begging.

"Okay, okay, you'll work there, but don't tire yourself, okay?" it allowed me and I nodded and hugged Mama

"Thank you Mama and I want to have him investigated Mama."

"Go ahead and take care of him."

"Mama, I'll go upstairs first to fix it."

"Alright daughter."

When I got to the top, I saw that my beloved wife was already awake.

"Good morning Wife, are you smiling?" he greeted me and kissed my forehead.

"Good morning too, Hubby, because this is how hubby, Mama allowed me to work at the hospital." Jero was shocked at that.

"Wife is just here at home." I was saddened by what he said.

"Hubby, I'll go crazy if I don't see her."

Jero's expression changed because of what I said. Because then I almost went crazy because of Khloe's loss. So they used to be very careful with me.

"Okay, I'll let you, but don't torture yourself. I want our driver to pick you up, okay? I don't want you to drive by yourself." I nodded and said goodbye first that I would get my phone to tell the head nurse that I would be working later and what time their afternoon shift was so I could get ready. I dialed the head nurse's number.

"Head Nurse, I just want to ask what time does the Afternoon Shift start?"

"Ma'am, it's about 1:00pm."

"Ahh..okay thank you and clean my table too because I will be working there later.

"Ahh.. Go ahead Ma'am."

I know I shocked the Head Nurse but there is nothing they can do because I will be working at the hospital.

I'm going to meet you soon Nurse Selene if you really are Khloe we'll keep you away from here so that the three of us can start with your Daddy
