Chapter 3

Kaizer's POV:

While I was in the Office, I just sighed because my grandfather was really a problem.

He really won't stop me until I agree to the marriage. Well, I'll be stubborn and let him solve the problem. I know what that family is after is our wealth and the Madrigal company. I know how their brains work..

My grandfather is like you already know? He doesn't know what's happening? Haysst let him take care of that, I don't want to think about that and I closed my eyes.

After I closed my eyes, someone called me, so I looked at the caller, and it turned out to be Damien, my guard.

I answered that

Hello boss, we're here." he said immediately

"Ok, just put him on the bed and don't move him because I'll kill you." I said so.

Yes, you are right in suspecting that I was the one who kidnapped him. I don't know if I did that. When I saw her after I came back from the office, she was always on my mind, so I asked Direck to help me find the files of that girl and I found out that she was Selene Dela Cruz. A nurse at the Fortaleza Hospital and her Mom and Dad are dead so she just lives on her own.

After I finished talking to my guard, I quickly stood up and put on my coat. And took the key from my drawer.

I was about to go out but there was the woman I didn't want to see. He smiled at me but I just frowned.

"What are you doing here?" I said coldly to her.

"My ghosh Kaizer of course I'm here for you?" she said that to me so my fist clenched.

"Can Bernadeth, stop me first, get out of my way because I'm in a hurry and I don't need you?" I said to him so he moved a little to the side of the door.

I was about to walk quickly when he suddenly said something to me.

"Remember, Kaizer, we will marry against your will and against your will." he shouted at me but I walked away with my fist clenched because of anger.

While I was traveling to my house, I was happy because I could see her face to face but maybe she didn't want to see me because I kidnapped her. I just speeded up the drive so I could get home immediately.

Selene's POV:

I opened my eyes and my brain was still processing what happened to me earlier. When I opened my eyes, I was breathing in a different room and it was not my apartment. The room is very nice but it's bigger than my apartment.

I was about to get up when the door opened. And the tall man came in and he was still in a business suit. I didn't know him so I was scared so I was sick in bed. Just so he can't touch me.

"Hi, are you awake?" he told me first.

But I didn't speak because I was so afraid.

"I'm sorry because I abducted you just so you could come to my house." he spoke to me again and I remembered that there was a man who covered me with a handkerchief.

"What do you need from me?" Fortunately, I was able to speak even though my whole body was shaking.

"I have something I need from you. I hope you can accept it." it immediately told me.

"What's that? I don't have money, so let me go." I said yes.

"I don't need money Selene, if not you?" he said and I was surprised because he knew my name.

"Do you know my name? Who are you? And do you k-know me?" I said immediately because I was really nervous.

"I only met you because of your Files?" he said smiling to me. To be honest, I was in awe of his smile.

"By the way, let's go back to my Needs Selene, I don't want to bother you anymore and I want to tell you.. I want you to be my WIFE..." he told me immediately.

I was surprised by what he said and you know the CD that gets scratched and then loading I'm like that because you don't understand. So I gaped because I didn't know what to say.

"Selene can you hear me?" he said.

"Y-yes of course I am? But how can I marry you if I don't know your name?" I cursed.

Why! don't joke.

"I see? I haven't introduced myself to you yet? I am Kaizer Kiel Madrigal, Selene please I need you, I want to escape from my grandfather. Even if it's just a secret marriage and I'll see you as a secret wife." he begged me. But I can't speak because I have nothing to say.

"But I'll think about that first if I agree or not." He nodded and informed me first that he was going somewhere.

Unknown POV.

"Hello Detective." the woman immediately said.

"Are you my lead about my missing child?"

"Sorry, ma'am, I'm not here, but we won't stop until we get information." the Detective told him.

The woman suddenly burst into tears. Because he misses his only child.

Kaizer's POV:

Sh*t what am I telling him? I'm begging. Hey, I just tweaked myself while going down the stairs.

I hope he agrees because if you don't it's the end of Kaizer. As I imagined my end I felt like I wanted to strangle myself sh*t!!..

I suddenly thought of something so I called Direck.

"Bro. where are you?" When the other line accepted, that was my opening.

"At the house bro, because my Mommy wants to see her handsome son hahahaha.." I was suddenly taken aback by what he said.

"But bro, aren't you doing anything right now?" I said immediately.

"No bro why? Do you want to be with me now?" I'm just insulted by what he says.

"We're going to talk about something today. Come to my house, and just buy enough food for three people OK? I'll just pay you when you get here."

"Three?? Bro, apart from us? Is there anyone else there?" it said in shock.

"Yes bro, he's at home now so we need to talk. So hurry up?" I ended the call and sat on the sofa. While waiting for Direck.

About 40mins. I heard a horn so I went out of the house to look for Direck.

I saw that Direck was getting out of the car and went to the backseat and took the food he bought.

"Ohh? Bro, is he really here?" I nodded.

"Yes bro, but I didn't agree with what you said I would talk to him bro. That's why you're here now. Because I actually kidnapped him." Direck and I looked at each other and suddenly burst out laughing.

So he tasted against me. He was very upset because of that.

"But Bro. Is that true? I don't want to believe that you kidnapped Selene? I know that girl is beautiful but you can't kidnap her." he said not believing what I told him.

"Brother, I'm not kidding you, he's at home and I kidnapped him even if you talk to him later." I said yes

"Looks like I believe you bro." he said immediately because his eyes were on someone else and he pointed to it with his lips.

So I turned my back and saw Selene looking at us.

Direck and I looked at each other and I said that we went inside so we brought the food into the house. And there was Selene standing in the doorway.

"Hi, I am Direck Aguirre friend of Kaizer" Direck immediately said to Selene.

"Hello, I am Selene Dela Cruz." it said.

Direck extended his hand to Selene, but Selene was in doubt as to whether she would accept Direck's shake hands.

But Selene raised her hand but it was shaking. I don't know, maybe he's still afraid of us.

"Hmmmm..." Selene's opening words.

"What is it...... What..." he asked us incessantly.

"What's that, Selene?" I asked him.

"W-because I'm already hungry?" he said still shy.

"I'm really sorry because I was very hungry a while ago so I came down from the room." he bit his lip and told us.

"Bro, Selen is hungry, so feed her." Direck immediately told me so I went into the kitchen and prepared three plates.

I called the two but they just sat on the sofa without saying a word because I knew Selene was still changing and was still afraid of us. Because of what I did. I know the next day it will be gone too.

"Let's eat guys." I said immediately. They both stood up from sitting so I also went to the table and stood there on a chair.

"Am I there bro?" Direck joked to me. But I widened his eyes so he was quiet because he knew what that meant.

"Ahmm...Selene sit here." and I pulled his chair and made him sit there.

We were eating quietly and only the spoon and fork were making noise because I knew Direck meant to make noise so I kicked him in the leg. That's why he was able to cope. Selene stopped eating.

"Sorry, hehehe, the fork just pierced my lip so I'm sorry, you've already eaten a lot, right?" Direck lied to Selene because Selene was looking at him with rice in her mouth.

"Hmmm..Direck." I called my friend.

"Why Bro," he immediately said and looked at me

"Bro, can you find us a helper for this at home." so Selene coughed because of what I said. I gave him water and he drank it.

"Yes bro, no probs. because I will give you Mother Elma and the three helpers in the house because you know that mommy changes the housekeeper."

"That's good to hear that bro, tomorrow they should be here bro." I said and he nodded.

I just volunteered to wash the dishes and sent Selene to her room to rest..

Unknown POV:

"Hija, don't cry please." said the old woman to her son.

"Mama, I haven't seen my son yet."

"Son, just pray. Okay? We know he's still alive. And don't lose hope." his mother's persuasion to her son. So his son just nodded and smiled at his mother even if it was fake.

"Mama, how did I know he died?" his son immediately told him.

"Son, we don't have any leads about that yet? We haven't seen his body yet, so we still have hope that your son is alive?" The mother hugged her son to stop him from crying.

"You're right mom, we won't give up until we see him"

"That's my girl." His mother smiled at him and kissed him on the forehead. And he said goodbye to rest in his room.
