The two sisters avoided each other like plague for weeks. While they went about their daily routines, Eisley keep getting photos and video clips of Arthur and different girls making out and getting engaged in the act. Though she was hurt, she could not do anything about it.

The fact that she hadn't interacted with her sister for weeks crushed her. Having no choice, she went to her sister's office in the catering house to check on her. Lorraine continued with her work while trying to avoid any source of communication with Eisley but she wouldn't give up. Eisley sucked in a deep breath before walking over to her sister and kneeling before her.

“I'm sorry I yelled at you… I was not in my right state of mind… I don't like that you are avoiding me… it is wrecking me…”

A weary sigh escaped from Lorraine's lips “I'm not ready to deal with you now. Just go.“

“Big sis!“ Eisley whined as she grabbed her sister's leg childishly.

While trying not to look at her sisters puppy eyes, she spoke up “I want you to tell me something… and be honest with me… why don't you want to break up with him? After all, he's been anything but faithful.“

“I…” Eisley stuttered as she stood up to her feet. “…I just need… I just needed someone to love me. You should know I've not had any luck with relationship in a long time… he is the longest I've ever dated. Plus I don't have any issues with him… with him… cheating…”

Lorraine exhaled as she dropped her pen and clossed the cook book “you are putting up with his nonsense, just to be loved? Jeez you're stooping so low to his level!! You don't have to force a man or play along for a man to love you…” she said as she struggled to keep her cool.

“Arthur loves me… he really loves me… he's just…he just has a weird way of showing it.“ Eisley said in defence making her sister face palm.

“Him cheating, forgetting your anniversary, ignoring your calls, going on dates with other girls, going to strippers club and getting laid is a weird way of showing that he loves you? If that is the weird way, then I'd rather not fall in love.“ She said as a frown marred her beautiful face.

Eisley chuckled dryly “you don't have to worry about me… I can handle it. It's just him sleeping around right? It's fine.“ She said as she touched her sister's hand lovingly.

“Why are you feeling… or rather acting okay with the fact that your so called boyfriend who is a dumbass and a man whose…”

“What!?? That's exactly who he is! Anyways, as I was saying why are you okay with the fact that he is cheating on you?“

“it's kind of embarrassing to say out…” Eisley said as she walked over to the vacant chair opposite the desk and sat on it.

Lorraine raised a brow “by embarrassing, you mean…?“

“Well, you know we've been dating for three years right?“ Eisley asked instead.

“Uhh yeah…”

“So uhm… we… err… we haven't uhm… we haven't had… you know… THE stuff” Eisley stuttered as she looked away in embarrassment.

Lorraine blinked her eyes rapidly “you haven’t had sex?“ She asked.

“Y… yeah… we haven't.“

“That's why you are acting okay with him sleeping around?“ Lorraine asked with a frown.

“Well… yeah…”

“I told him I wasn't ready… I need to be mentally and emotionally ready for that. But he just doesn’t want to respect my wishes…”

“… which is a tremendous reason for you to leave him!“ Lorraine yelled as she slammed her fist on the desk making Eisley jolt in fright.

“That guy doesn't love you! It's obvious! We haven't discussed about how he was able to gain access to your coven which I couldn't access either. “

Eisley gulped “I might have spilled something when I was drunk…” Eisley whispered under her breath.

“What'd you say? I didn't quite hear you. “.

“I said I might have said something when he got me drunk!“ She yelled in one breath. Lorraine's left eyes twitch. “You fucking spilled your secret to him because you were drunk? Does he know you as…?“ Eisley interrupted her.

“No, he doesn't... well... I'm not sure.“

“Try to get him to forget about what he saw.“ Lorraine said in resignation. “Since you're okay with him cheating on you, I have nothing to say. Nevertheless, if he hurts a strand of your hair, I'll be going for him.“

Eisley chuckled before nodding. The two girls strolled to the kitchen to prepare their dinner. Afterwards, they ate and went to bed.

The following day, Lorraine was woken up by the loud noise of argument escaping from the living room.

“If you can't continue with the relationship, then let's end it!!!“ Arthur's angry voice boomed in the building making Eisley frown.

Eisley asked in disbelief “Are you being serious?! You want us to break up?“

“If that makes you happy, then let's do it! After all, I'm tired of sleeping around when I have a girlfriend!!!!“

Eisley scoffed “oh really!! Well, I am tired of dating a guy who doesn't respect his girlfriend's wishes but instead choose to shove his rod in any hole he sees!!“ She yelled as she let her emotions take control of her.

Lorraine who watched them grinned from ear to ear on seeing her sister talk back at him.

Arthur who was still stunned by what Eisley had told him was brought back by her next word “you know what? I am so tired of trying to keep up with your rubbish! I'm done with you!“

Arthur and Lorraine had a shocked look on their faces. He narrowed his eyes at her as he approached her with the intention of frightening her but she stood still making him clench his jaw.

“Instead of trying to intimidate me, why not drag your daddy's boy ass, out of my apartment this instant!!!!“ Eisley yelled at him.

Lorraine stifled a laugh earning a glare from him.

“You're going to call me back, and when you do, I won't give a fuck about you.“ Arthur said through gritted teeth as she stomped out of the apartment.

“Ughh… the keys!?“ Lorraine exclaimed.

“I don't need them. I'm changing the locks.“ Eisley said with a sigh. As she turned to head to her room, she Lorraine a tired smile. “I need to get drunk with ice cream.“
