the rest of the walk home, Samantha was angry and didn't talk much. she was upset for her best friend.

the one time Samantha actually liked a guy Daisy liked, he turned out to be a lying douche and cheater.

when they got home, Samantha went straight to her room and left Daniel by the door. she plopped on the bed with her head down and screamed into her pillow.

Daniel slowly walked over to her room and sat next to her on the bed. he patted her back. "none of us knew about the other girl." Daniel said.

"i actually liked him." she said and then put her head back. "how am i gonna have to tell her i just saw the guy she's dating, kiss another girl."

"i don't know, but you'll figure it out. why don't you call her over and explain it to her." Daniel said. Samantha didn't reply.

he sighed and laid down to her and wrapped his arm around her. "this is not helping Daniel! not the time." she yelled into her pillow.

he ignored what she said and just pulled her in closer so he was snuggling with her. "i'm gonna kill him. and you." she replied and finally moved away the pillow.

she faced away from Daniel because she didn't want to see his face, especially now. "i thought of a plan. after i somehow tell Daisy what happened, we can pretend she doesn't know and play with him instead and humiliate him." she smiled at the thought of it.

"you scare me sometimes." Daniel replied and brought himself closer to her. he sniffed her hair.

"okay i'm fine now ge-" she was pushing him off of her but he grabbed her chin and kissed her. her eyes went wide and she shocked of what was going on.

after they pulled apart, her eyes were still wide and he stared into her eyes. "what are you doing." she said and tried to move away as much as she could but only hit the bed frame.

"what do you think i'm doing." he said in a seductive way and slowly came closer to her again.

"Daniel." she let out a awkward laugh. "you're like a brother to me, we shou-"

he cut her off again with another kiss but this time bit down on her lip.

she moaned from the pain and then pushed him off of her and slapped him. his face flew to the right and she panted for air. "get out of my room." she said.

Daniel looked her in the eyes one last second and then exited the room. Samantha sighed.

'what the f*ck just happened' she thought as her hand ran through her hair.

she was so lost in thought that she hadn't realize already twenty minutes passed. she picked up her phone and called Daisy to come over. "i'm with Derek right now. can we wait till later?" Daisy replied.

"no. please this is urgent." Samantha said.

"okay fine, i'll be there in ten." Daisy ended the phone. Samantha plopped down on her bed. she stayed like that till the doorbell rang.

she went to answer it and was shocked to see Derek with her. "um, come upstairs with me, Derek you can hang out with Daniel. i need to borrow Daisy for something." Samantha said with a awkward smile.

she took them both upstairs and knocked on the door to the room Daniel was in. "Daniel, can you hang out with Derek for a few minutes while i talk to Daisy." Samantha said. she felt awkward with him now and avoided eye contact.

"yeah sure. what's up man." Daniel said and dabbed up Derek.

Samantha took Daisy and went to the room all the way at the end of the hall so they wouldn't be heard. "what's so important?" Daisy asked as Samantha closed the door.

"Derek is cheating on you." Samantha blurted out. the colors on Daisy's face turned pale. "i have proof of it too if you don't believe me."

"show me the picture." she said with a voice crack.

"forget about that for now. you can't let him know that you know. he hurt my best friend, and now we're gonna get back at him." Samantha grabbed her hands and reassured.

"what do you mean?" Daisy asked while looking down.

"we can expose him, i have a plan. but i'll tell you tomorrow. but part 1 of the plan, get close to him, get him to trust you. and whatever you do, don't let him know you know."

Daisy nodded. "piece of shit." she replied. Samantha felt bad and just tried to comfort her with a hug. "okay we're gonna leave now. tell me your plan and i'll do my part."

Samantha nodded and took her back to Daniel's room and then the two exited the house.

Samantha went back up to her room and thought more of her plan. she ended up thinking so much, and eventually falling asleep.

in the other room, Daniel was regretting what he did with her today. he punched the punching bag in the room and sighed. he was worried if they would even have the same relationship anymore.
