Chapter 10.What's your address?

"I think we should go and get a seat cause Momo is going to take some time with her auntie." Marvin told me.

after saying that statement i raised my head and looked at him...he was taller than me so i had to first lift my head inorder to make eye contact with him...then after looking in his eyes,i quickly looked away and said,

"uhmm okay let's go." I replied and i definitely regretted why i made that stupid move and looked him in the eyes...i didnt look at him again cause i didn't want to embarrass myself by my weird actions again.

He led the way and we sat on some chairs which were now empty since many people had left.

We were sitting side by side but then he moved his seat and brought it opposite to mine then he did that thing gents do after sitting down by unbuttoning the blazer so that they be free.

I slowly lifted my eyes and saw him leaning back plus folding his hands.

It was getting uncomfortable and i wanted to run away from him at this point but he broke the silence,

"hey have we met before?? your voice sounds familiar!! I mean do i know you from somewhere??" He asked me

my eyes almost came out of the sockets and am sure he noticed my shocked face after asking me that question.

"am not so sure but i think we have ever met!! please correct me if am wrong." he was damn serious so he asked me again.

now i was freaking out like hell cause what if i say no we haven't met and yet he already recognized me!!? ohh God!!!! this is not how i wanted things to turn out.

"uhm actually i think......" I was trying to phrase a sentence but i was interrupted by Momo's voice,

"hey babes sorry i took long...my auntie talks alot and she can take a whole day talking to me." She tried to apologize to me.

I saw Marvin getting up to leave when Momo came back and i sighed.

"did i interrupt something??" momo asked while looking at me and his dad's back who was just leaving.

"no noo no we were just talking nothing much." I replied her but deep down i was relieved.

"really!!? dad looked like i ruined something for him...didn't you see how he left?" Momo said to me while looking back at him.

"no i swear its nothing we were just talking....let's go and grab something to eat am kinda starving for real." I told her as i stood up from my seat and offered her my hand.

She also stood up and told me that they're serving some food so I should follow her.

we went and got some food and came back to our seats....after eating she told me that they had to leave so she had to go and get Morgan...she left me there and went to look for her brother but she told me to wait for her.

I also sat there and waited for her and within ten minutes i saw her coming back with her brother and dad....can't i just have some Marvin-free time!!!!? Jeez.

"Ohh hey there Marlena...i didn't know you made it??" Morgan asked me.

"I found you guys in the mass so i sat at the back." I replied him

"Ohh okay i understand...anyways good to see you again." Morgan said again.

"Hey kiddoo what did i tell you about flirting with my friend huh??" Momo asked him

"Come on sis i wasn't flirting!! Marlena was i??" He asked me while winking at me and Momo saw it..haha.

"Dad you better take your stupid son out of this place otherwise i'll kick his ass....Lena sweetie don't fall for this flirt please." Momo warned me.

"But am trying to be friendly." Morgan complained.

"Please don't...she doesn't want to be friends with you so leave her alone." Momo told him.

"But what if she doesn't mind being my friend (winks) uhm Marlena how about we become friends?? Speak from your heart please don't be influenced by this evil sister of mine." Morgan asked me.

"Whom are you calling evil young man huh??" Momo asked him and its at this point that Morgan knew he had made a wrong turn cause momo started beating him at the back and also Morgan kept blocking her.

"Okay guys that's enough...stop fighting already you two...now let's get ready and get out of this place already." Marvin told them and surprisingly they listened to him cause the moment he told them to stop fighting,they listened to him and am happy that they're one family and they got each other.

"Uhm guys I think let me go and order for the cab...it was nice meeting you again Morgan." I told him.

"Sis see she wants to be friends with me!! Haha" he said while mocking momo.

"Shut up." Momo tried to push him away.

She told me not to order for a cab cause her dad was going to drop me off....I was like what!!!?? can't this day get done already!!!? I couldn't say no so i entered the car and Marvin first dropped Momo and Morgan back at home....momo thanked me once again for being there for her before moving out of the car.

And now we were left alone in the car.

"so where are we heading to??"

he asked me before starting the car.

"huh!!???" I asked him.

" i mean,what's your address??" He rephrased the question.

"ohhh uhm am heading to ****street on block 5."

he started the car and told me to answer his question he asked me earlier.

"well i don't think we have ever met before cause if it wasn't for Momo then i wouldn't have met you." I replied him and tried to sound normal while looking down but i said all that in a shaky voice....i don't know if he really bought it.
