Leonardo woke up with a hangover, due to last night frivolities. He sat up on his bed with his head in his hands as he used his fingers to rub his temples to ease out the throbbing in his head.

He looked around the vast expanse of his room, and saw how messy it looked, with his clothes thrown around everywhere and his drawls hanging off the chair that was in the corner of his bedroom.

He couldn't for the life of him remember how he got drunk, neither could he even remember how he got home in such a state.

The door to his room open and in came Cecilia, a woman in her late forties that still looked as beautiful as ever, despite her age and who is the head maid. And who he suspects that his father was having an affair with.

"Mr Leonardo, you shouldn't be sleeping by this time." She walked inside the room and her face scrunch up with how messy his room, "my God is like a pig lives in this place."

"Cecilia I am not in the mood for any of your jabs this morning," Leonardo rested his head against the headboard of his bed.

"I am not here to jab or make jest of you. I am simply here to tell you that the time says 10'o clock in the morning and you should have at least attempted to wake up earlier." Cecilia picked his shirt that was laying around.

"Oh please miss me with all that crappy talk. I need paracetamol, I have a headache that needs to be taken care of."

"Why don't you get it yourself?" Cecilia snapped at him.

Leonardo looked at her then rolled his eyes, "If I wasn't naked, I would have gone and get it myself."

Cecilia eyes looked at the bedsheet that covered up the lower part of his body and saw that there was a bulge that formed out of it.

She turned her head to the other direction, her cheeks becoming red with embarrassment as she ran out of the room, coming back with a sachet of paracetamol and a glass of water. She handed it over to him while trying her best not to look at the lower part of his body.

He took it from her hands and swallowed the pill, while taking little to no water from the cup.

Cecilia then went back to picking up his clothes, after she was done she headed back to the door stopping in her tracks to tell him that his father wanted to see him, that he should get ready and meet him downstairs.

Leonardo dressed up in a white t-shirt that hugged his muscular upper body, and grey sweatpants. His hair was still a mess but he couldn't bother himself to care.

He walked down the marble steps, his hands gingerly tracing the golden railings. Getting to the bottom of the stairs, he walked to the garden, where he saw his father, Raphael, lounging on a chair as he watched the female gardener with keen interest. Her shorts were a bit too high up that the lower part of her bum was visible.

The gardener dressed like this only means that his mom had probably left the house, probably to the country club, or have gone shopping.

He approached his father from behind, with the way his father was visible distracted he could easily pick up one of the sharp garden tools lying around and just stab him in the throat. But that would cause more problems for him.

"Ms. Cecilia says that you want to see me." He said more like a statement than a question.

Raphael eyes were still on the gardeners ass cheeks, "Yes, I did call." His gaze went up towards him, he motioned to the sit on the empty chair besides him. Leonardo obeyed.

"You are going to get married to the Santi's only daughter, Alexandria."

"Santi? I thought that we were enemies?"

Raphael took a sip of the beer that he held in his hands, his eyes widening as the gardener shorts rode up a bit higher. "Well yes we are, but Giovanni says that we should put the past behind us. This is a new generation, we should try and make amends for what out predecessors did."

"So how does marrying their daughter make up for the mistake of the past?" Leonardo was definitely confused about the whole thing.

"He is offering her as a peace offering to us. Plus Alexandria is very beautiful, I am sure you would like her."

"Why can't Alessandro get married to her instead?"

Raphael looked at him like he had grown a second head. "Cause he is getting married to his childhood sweetheart very soon."

"But why do I feel like this whole thing is a trap. I mean according to what I heard, they say that Giovanni holds his daughter to a high accord. So giving her out just like that is totally off character of him."

Raphael shifted on his sit a little, "If it's a trap, you know exactly what to do."

Leonardo did know what to do, but he doesn't want or need to disturb himself with whatever it was. Plus arrange marriage among mafia families wasn't an odd thing, it's something that occurs every five business days.

"No problem sir," Leonardo stood up and was about to head back inside before he was stopped be his father, once again.

"Leonardo wait, both you and her are going to meet up and get to know each other. So please, don't get drunk would you."

'i could say the same thing to you,' he wanted to say, instead he said, "That wouldn't be a problem."

As he went inside he received a text message from his friend, Siko, asking him if he was still down with heading to the bar later on in the night.

He sent him a text telling him that he won't be able to go to the bar that he has somewhere he has to be.

Siko, replied that that was a bummer, that Fernanda was coming tonight.

Leonardo bit his bottom lip, the thought of Fernanda and her banging body, sure was tempting, however he couldn't disobey his father's instructions.

Maybe next time, he text back, he switched off his phone. He rubbed his eyes with his hands. Then walked back to his room, to laze around till the next day at least.
