Chapter 1

Ashton Philip Pov

"Aren't you going for a spin?" I Looked at uncle henry when he spoke on my side. Hes carrying a basket of flowers. Winter's daddy.

"No uncle, I'll stay here.." uncle Henry nodded before he looked at the girl who was walking towards us while she's wearing a big hat.

He took it off and put down the empty basket. He sweated before he wiped the dampness from the sweat.

"Did you run out?" uncle henry laughs as he looks at his son. Kay winter, it nodded. He still turned to me but he also looked away before delivering the empty basket again.

"I'll get one more, I'll go with you.." Uncle Henry nodded.

"I will wait for you..” winter turned around with the flower. She's wearing a black pants and long sleeve to cover her arms. But even though he is okay, he used to be different from me.

"I'll go with you, uncle..” uncle henry looked at me. It's better to come along because Trixie and her parents are taking care of something. I was left here with my uncle who stayed away before helping on the farm.

"All right. You'll just get bored here, it's better to go around there.." I nodded smiling. Just then I noticed that winter was approaching while carrying a basket with arranged flowers.

I stepped closer to him. He stopped and looked up at me.

"Also.." he turned left to avoid me. But I blocked it to grab the basket he was carrying.

"Come on, uncle." I left winter with a wrinkled forehead. Uncle Henry laughed before taking the lead.

I just don't know if winter followed or not. Because that girl is angry, it's been a few days since I kissed her in the back of their house. I couldn't stop it. How many nights have I been thinking about his soft lips when I kissed him in the rest room? To this day, I can't get that out of my mind.

It only took us ten minutes to reach the flower farm. It smells like a beautiful resort surrounded by flowers and designed cottages.

The whole area is clean and the flower farm where we left the basket has its own rest house.

There were some customers waiting there who were taken care of by winter. They buy flowers while taking pictures around.

"Brother's pogi.."

"Is that from here?"

"He looks like he's from the city, the smoothness.."

The women whisper as the camera is pointed at me. I tried to smile but winter handed the bouquet of flowers to cover the camera.

"Are you paid yet?" The girl snorted at winter's question. The other nodded before glancing to the side.

"We have already paid. Can I take a picture with you?" winter looked at me because the person she was talking to pointed at me. He looked away.

"It's up to you.." he went inside. Even one of them laughed and said 'that's ugly' before approaching me.

Uncle Henry was already there on the side because there were new customers who wanted to enter the flower farm. The camera only caught my eye because of its sudden flash in front.

"Are you here brother?" I smiled before nodding "That's why your old brother was different. Can we take a picture, it's just my day." I agree to such a thing. I smiled at the camera as I noticed winter already on the terrace of the rest house.

"Do you have a girlfriend?"

I shook my head at the other's question. "I don't have a girlfriend." they were thrilled with the answer. I noticed winter's simple shake before he thought of leaving the rest house.

My eyes were on him as he walked away. But before he finally left I answered the women again.

"Because the girl I like already has a boyfriend.."

I saw her stop for a moment when I told them. Even these are snotty and distasteful to the face.

"It's a shame brother. But, you can confess to the girl you like.." winter walked away before I could finally answer. I just smiled at the three before saying goodbye to do something.

I followed winter where it was going. He walks on a straight path surrounded by large sunflowers.

I can see from where I stand how the wind blows her long hair. His simple walk makes my heart skip a beat. He stopped at a large rock, surrounded by grass and even beautiful sunflowers.

He sat there. There aren't many people here and you only hear the chirping of birds.

My walk became gentle. I stopped at the side before I pushed him against the rock he was sitting on.

Only then did he turn to me. I noticed that he was surprised but he didn't move away.

"What are you doing here?"

I laughed a little. Nothing changed. The gangster is even better if he dares to ask questions.

"I followed you. I'm bored there."

"Are you still bored with the way you smiled earlier?"

I frowned but laughed. ”I was forced to smile. Honestly, I like sitting here with you even more now..”

He grinned before looking away.

"So I'll drop you there and you'll roll over.."I fell winter a long time ago, but you didn't catch me..”

He stood up. Looks bad on me. "Why don't you stop talking like that until now?"

"What's wrong with what I'm saying?"

That's what you do. I don't like your behavior. Stop me."

I huffed before standing up. "What if I do not want to?" I told you, son. You can't like me, it's far from happening what you want. Whatever you feel, that too will pass. That's not true!"

He turned his back on me. He turned away but here I was and followed him again "I know you have feelings for me too, winter. I feel it..” he stopped walking. He kept his back turned and didn't even look at me. "You won't let me kiss you. You won't close your eyes, you won't keep it up if you don't like it..”

"Can you!" he faced me, angry. ”I was shocked, I didn't know what to do so that's what happened. So please, thank you, don't mention that because someone might hear you!"

I didn't answer. I kept staring at him and my heartbeat didn't even change even though he said that.

"I want you. Trixie is no longer.”

He closed his eyes. He stroked his hair before turning away from me. But he couldn't stay away. I held his hand and faced me again.

"Let go of me!"

"Do you know that I prefer the way you are lying now?” He tried to grab her hand but I didn't let go. I grinned. "Just face me. I like that.."

He looked at me. Instead of being stunned, my heart jumped even more.

But he also moved away from me because of Trixie's voice that I could hear near our place.

"Philip!" I looked at it. He runs towards me while smiling. She was wearing a beautiful dress while her hair was pinned up in a high bun.

She hugs me tight when Trixie reaches me. I couldn't move immediately because of the shock.

"I will study in the states next year. In the school I want.." I couldn't react. I also did not have any frustration because of the states that he will be a student.

I just smiled before he pulled away from the hug but his hand remained on my neck.

"I want us to be official, Philip. Mommy likes you so much, she agreed to answer you.."

I couldn't do anything but stare at Trixie. But my mind was on the woman standing next to us watching.

"And winter is the witness for my answer. My answer is yes. Im your girlfriend now.."

I swallowed. Trixie smiled beautifully before she turned to winter who was also smiling.

"Congratulations to you.." I looked at him when he said this. He didn't look at me but I witnessed how to see the fake smile he was giving his cousin.

I want to appeal. I want to say my feelings but i dont want to hurt trixie feelings. But I didn't know it would come to this. I had no idea that trixie would answer me in this situation.

"I'm happy for you too, winter. I know calix has always liked you, congratulations to the both of you..”

Winter smiled again.

I don't know how to say what's on my mind. I don't want him to think I'm just joking that I like him.

"I'm just going back to the rest house. You can take him around the farm.." winter turned back. I wanted to call him and wanted to stop him from leaving.

But trixie faced me with big smiles.

"Hey, what happened?" I immediately smiled at Trixie.

"Nothing. Shall we walk?”

He snorted. "I'm not in the mood to walk, I'd like to rest at the rest house first.." I nodded. I forced myself to move away before gasping for air.

I notice Trixie staring at me. It was surprising and I couldn't read what was on his mind.

"Are you happy, Philip?" My reaction was to frown before laughing.

"I'm happy?" I held his hand to calm it down. "I'm happy, of course."

"Are you ready for me to study abroad?"

"Of course, I support you for what you want.."

"Aren't you against it? Are you sure?"

I nodded. "It's still next year, isn't it? There are many more days for us to be together, and besides this is for your future..”

He smiled at what I said. If I just love Trixie now, I won't let her go. But now, there is no objection to my feelings. All I could think about was how to talk to winter again.

We returned to the rest house for Trixie to rest for a while. His parents were already there looking at us happily.

Trixie told the news about us. He informed his parents that our relationship was official. That rest house was filled with temptation before my eyes landed on winter who was just drinking coffee on the side.

Quiet and distant look. Not even listening to what his guest was talking about "I'm sorry!" A teenager called winter's name entered. You are a worker here who really came close to winter. "You have a visitor.."

Winter stood up, wondering and just now he let go of the cup he was holding.

"Who?"

The young man couldn't answer when Calix suddenly appeared carrying a familiar flower. I saw him give it to winter twice.

"Wow. Our girl has tulips.." said aunt Raquel. Teasing the nephew who was now suddenly embarrassed.

But hearing what he said made me question myself.

Is that a tulip?

A purple and red tulip.

"Good Morning, love." I want to laugh hard because of what Calix said. Mahal?

What's special about love?

All endearment love separates. Much better if baby, or babe. Thank you

Winter just smiled..Calix reached for the flowers before kissing the girl I like on the cheek.

I want to get lost.

I'm jealous even though Trixie is next to me and she's so happy.

I can't stand them seeing sweet. I said goodbye to Trixie who will go back home first and just take a shower for a while.

He agreed and said he would just wait. But the truth is that I don't want to see how calix can claim the woman I want to be mine.

I entered their house in winter alone. I went to my assigned room and took off my shirt and pants. I just lay on the bed in boxers and didn't plan to take a shower.

I was dumbfounded for a few minutes before falling asleep. I just woke up when a mosquito bit my face.

I was unable to get up because of the heat of the sun's rays. I looked around to find the wallclock. And then I saw that it was past twelve o'clock.

Shit. I fell asleep?

I got a forehead massage. I stood up and looked out the window. But that's how disappointed I was when I saw Calix there. I don't know why he is under the tree. He was talking to someone on the cell phone, I couldn't hear him. But he washed himself before violently hanging up.

Later he got into the car and took something there. It's a small box. He put it inside so I got out.

I was on the second floor while I watched his behavior. He entered the kitchen with the box, I went down out of curiosity. There was no one in the living room and everyone was obviously still in the rest house. But what is this guy doing here?
