Chapter 5 I'm not Interested in You

Wedding dates were fixed. It was decided that both of the bride and groom were going to get engaged after a week and married about three weeks later than that.

Next day, Rehan visited to her home to take her for the marital shopping. it was going to be the first time for her to go out alone with a guy other than her family.

'okay.. I can do this. how hard can it be anyway? oh god! am I really gonna be alone with him? this is so weird.. ' Akshita thought while taking a seat besides the driving seat in Rehan's car. she was being very much paranoid about this whole shopping thing he was going to take her to.

Rehan got seated besides her on the driving seat.

Yeah.. you would need to wear the seat belt.! Said Rehan sarcastically pointing at the seat belt.

Oh... I'm sorry. she said and immediately grabbed the seat belt to clip it diagonally across her body.

Rehan turned to his left so that he could get the car out backwards.

That's when Akshita accidentally got really close to his face as she turned to clip the seat belt.

' oh... god!! he's never been so close to me.. but anyway he's kinda cute' she said to herself while she started to stare him.

'Ughh.. his cologne is like killing me! it's so tempting. ' she said to herself.

Rehan looked at her staring him. Akshita realised and moved back in her seat. She closed her eyes and muttered damn it!

Rehan kind of smiled to himself and successfully got the car out of her house lane.

So, you can't take your eyes off me now, huh? Said Rehan once the car was out of Akshita's parent's sight.

huh? Akshita was really expecting him to say anything like that.

oh come on! it's not really your problem.. I am quite good looking. girls get easily tempted by me! he said in a notorious tone and winked at her while his hands on staring.

'seriously? son of a.... ' she cursed him under her breath.

that's fine. don't worry I can satisfy you after we get married.

you know what? I'm not interested in you. so, just stop talking. Akshita said irritated.

oh really? then.. what was that look? he asked raising his eyebrows.

what look? Akshita pretend to be unknown of this fact and picked up the magazine kept in front of her.

come on! you know what I'm talking about. don't be unaware of anything. Said Rehan looking at the road.

So what I looked at you? if you don't wanna marry me just don't. there's no point in discussing this. Akshita said irritated.

there you go! I knew it! Rehan said suddenly changing his tone.

what? asked Akshita

you actually don't want to marry me. you made up that weird excuse that you don't want to fall in love either and that you don't care if I go out with other girls after marrying you but actually you do care. how could I not see that? maybe you said yes because of your family pressure or something. now tell me what was it? he said

'god! this guy is seriously so irritating.. maybe I should not marry him. I will have to see him and listen to him for the rest of my life. the thought of it is scary! ' she thought.
