past ~

"Alissa! What are you doing ?!" A shout from Luke was the last I heard before the light enveloped me.

Alissa's POV

I slowly opened my eyes as the light gradually faded.

I was in a large land full of white flowers that seemed to glow because of the light coming from the round moon.

I don't know where I am now and what I can face but I won't get anything if I just stand here so I started walking. but before my foot touched the ground full of flowers I was suddenly stopped by a voice I did not know where it was coming from.

"Stop" I looked around and looked for where the voice was coming from that I could not figure out if it was a woman or a man.

"Who are you?" I asked in the mysterious voice coming from my brain.

"I'm the one you came here for" was this economical answer that made my forehead frown even more. I don't even know why I'm here.

"You came here for power to protect the people around you and avenge those who died for you" it continued which made my eyes widen.

"How did you know?" I asked him who he laughed at. "I know you more than you know yourself"

"Can you correct me ?what do you want from me? Who are you? And what are you? "My next question.

"Calm down child ... You will soon find out ... But first, you need to save yourself first"

"What do you mean?" I asked but before he could answer I noticed that the white flowers around me began to fly.

I heard the laughter of the voice coming from my brain before it spoke. "Good luck"

after he said that the flowers all over the land where I was suddenly turned red which made my hair stand on end because it was the color of blood.

The flowers came together and formed a large wave that was about twenty feet high. the big wave covered the moonlight so the surroundings became dark. I bit my lip before running into the wave and it also met me.

I prepared the water barrier that surrounded my body before running even faster closer to the wave of red flowers. just a few steps between us I suddenly jumped and went straight into the wave. The flowers flew that I hit and only now I noticed that its edges were sharp which scratched various parts of my body.

I moaned because of the pain of the scratches but I also immediately ran when the gathered sharp flowers suddenly separated and began to surround me.

while running away from the flowers that kept chasing me I stumbled a few times because of the roots in the ground moving motion and accidentally knocking me down.

"Hey! Voice coming from my brain!" I cried when I realized I couldn't fight these aggressive flowers alone.

"What a nice name to call me" laughed a voice from my brain.

I no longer have time to be annoyed with him because I continue to run from the chasing sharp flowers and roots that forcefully coil around my foot to make me walk.

"Can you help me?" I asked in a voice coming from my brain. I had no choice but to ask him for help.

"My, my, Alissa ..." I was suddenly startled when he called me by name causing me to lose focus and break into one of the roots on the floor. I fell to the ground so the roots had a chance to wrap around me.

"You're not as weak as you think Alissa, focus and you will know the extent of your power"

"F*CK! Just f*cking help me!" I said in disgust as I struggled and struggled to loosen the veins that were slowly wrapping around my whole body. I also noticed in the distance the aggressive flowers getting closer and closer. I can already see every sharp corolla (petals) of every flower and I'm sure it hurts.

"Fine, fine" said the voice before suddenly something shone in front of me. that light was blue mixed with black that stopped and scattered the flying flowers and the roots that were trying to wrap around me. I took advantage of that opportunity and slipped out of the veins before raising my right hand and gathering toward it the magic flowing through my body.

From my fingers in my raised right hand flowed the water which swirled around me. I noticed that the flowers started to cluster again so I was suddenly nervous and lost focus. "Focus Alissa ... Take a deep breath and feel the flow of the water element coming out of your blood"

I obeyed what the voice said coming from my brain. the skill I am doing now is the ultimate skill of water users. I have never done this skill in my entire life so I lack confidence and self -confidence. "Focus, alissa, focus ..."

I took a deep breath and focused my attention on guiding the magic flowing in my blood to the very tip of my finger. When I felt the spell complete I quickly stared and slapped my hand on the floor.

at the same time as I hit the floor was the explosion of the ball of water surrounding me which drove away every plant around me. I gasped as I looked up and realized that almost nothing was left of the once flower -filled land. even grass or any root you will find nothing in the vast land.

"I ... I did it" I said in shock as I stood up weakly. This is the first time I have done the ultimate skill of a water user.

“Nice !although you needed my help, you look cool doing that ultimate skill "compliments the voice in my brain.

I looked at my hands in shock and couldn't help but smile.

"You have defeated the flower spirit, Achillea" said a mysterious voice in my brain.

"What? Flower spirit?"

"Yep, you fought a flower spirit recently and since you defeated her, you can now obtain her powers! Cool right?" The voice almost kept telling me in my brain that I had to cover my ears.

before I could ask what he meant suddenly something shone in front of me. It was a white flower floating in front of me.

I hesitated to touch it but when my skin touched the shining flower it suddenly disappeared and at the same time as it disappeared I suddenly had markings (tattoos) on my wrist.

blue-violet flowers are the markings and it surrounds my wrist like a bracelet. (Same as the picture attached to this chapter)

I gently caressed the markings on my wrist while I could feel the flow of strong power in my blood. I stopped when I noticed the flying blue-violet flowers surrounding me.

I reached for the flying flowers and I was surprised when it followed every movement of my hand. "So I can control them?"

"Yep" answered the voice in my brain.

I was almost amazed as I controlled the flying flowers. each petal of the flowers is sharp so it is good to use in fighting.

"Who are you really?" I will ask.

There was a moment of silence before I heard the mysterious voice again. "You can call me Anna, the goddess of butterflies"

"Where is this place, Anna?" I asked him.

"You're inside a magical bracelet now" I nodded and now I just realized that the bracelet that dad gave me was no longer on my wrist.

"Only half of my soul resides here inside the bracelet so I don't have a physical body" Anna continued.

I nodded. "Alright, how can I get out of here?" I asked because after all I got the power of the flower spirit I can come back.

"Not so fast Alissa" Anna giggled causing my hair to suddenly stand on end.

"What do you mean?" I asked him.

"You're on the first test Alissa. There are two tests to go through" Anna's words repeatedly echoed in my brain.
