Hotaru P.O.V

I opened my eyes and immediately remembered what I saw, my eyes were full of tears.

- I'm sorry, but you needed to know the truth.

I look to see who talked and it was Itachi.

- Is this why they are afraid of me? Because I have the Kyuubi inside of me? - I asked still crying.

- I believe so. - he said looking down.

- Did you get to know them? My real mom and dad?

- No...but they seemed to be great people, since they gave their lives fot the village and for you and Naruto.

- I see...Who was that man? The one who carried me and my brother.

- The Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen.

- What's an Hokage?

- The Hokage is the village's leader. Your father, Namikaze Minato, was the Fourth Hokage. - he said looking at me.

- My...my father was Hokage?! That's amazing. Why are you here Itachi?

- I'm the one who came to tell you the truth. What do you want now...Hotaru?

I look at him with my eyes wide open, he's right...my name is not Layla. These are not my parents and I don't belong here.

- I...I want to become a ninja. Could you please be my teacher? - I begged him.

He smirked at my attitude and said.

- I will, but it won't be easy. What are you going to tell your parents?

- They are NOT my parents! - I snap at him.

- I'm sorry, it's just a lot to take in. Regarding your question I'm not going to tell them anything. I want you to train me for some years.

- Ok...I'm going to train you for 2 years intensively so you can go to Konoha and become an official ninja from the Leaf Village (Konoha).

- Sounds good to me Itachi-sensei! - I said smirking.

- Don't get too excited or cocky, it might get you killed one day.

I widened my eyes and nodded intensively to what he said, then he gestured me to go near him which I did and then he poked me in the forehead saying.

- I'll see you tomorrow.

- O-Okay.

And then I ran until I got home. I decided I would act as I usually did and not tell them, then when I become 12 years old I'll tell them.

That day I went to bed excited for the following day knowing that Itachi was going to train me.
