Blue got up early the next morning remembering his plans with Molly he quickly got out of bed and proceeded to get himself ready seeing that his parents were still asleep Blue left them a note then headed for the front door.
To get to Molly's place, it would take Blue around an hour by public transport while waiting for the train to arrive Blue thought that this would be a perfect time to visit his brother Daniel. The latter works as a financial manager at a prestige company; it was also where he met his girlfriend.
Daniel met Sandra in his second year as a manager, Sandra had been one of the recruits and “was placed” under Daniel. Daniel had told their parents that he knew she was the love of his life the first time he laid his eyes on her.
After three years of being together, Daniel proposed to Sandra the couple finally bought their first home together close to their work before officially moving in together. With promises of a wedding soon.
Finally arriving at this destination, Blue got off the train and followed the sea of people who like him are trying to get to where they should be. Blue was just about to call Molly and informed her that he had arrived at the last stop when he had an incoming call instead.
He saw the name flash across the screen he quickly picked up.
“He..hello.”
“You sound out of breath? Why are you out of breath.”
“Well I’m walking and talking to you aren’t I.”
“Yeah, talking to me is a lot of work.”
With a light laugh, Blue replied.
“I've arrived at the last stop I’m about to take the bus over to yours now.”
“Well, that is why I called you. I wanted to let you know that I’m waiting for you outside of the south entrance so I'll see you soon.”
“Ok, see you soon.”
Blue walked towards the south exit looking around for Molly, as he was about to call her he heard his name being “called out” very loudly.
Turning around Blue could see a girl around his age jumping up and down waving her arms like a lunatic attracting the attention of passersby.
Blue made his way towards Molly once he had reached her, she dragged him into a bone-crushing hug. Blue had to tap her back for her to let him go; they were the same age, but Molly could knock him out if she wanted to.
It was then Blue realised Vincent had come out of the car, after walking up to his sister and lightly knocking her on the head did she give room for Vincent to also greet Blue.
“Hello Blue it is good to see you again,” said Vincent hugging Blue for a brief moment before letting go
“It's good to see you, Vincent.”
Once the formal greetings were over the three, all got back in the car with Molly squeezing her way into the back passenger with Blue. Ten minutes later Vincent drops the two friends at the nearby shopping centre. After instructing them to call him when they were ready to come home, Vincent drove off.
Blue followed his best friend to every clothing store they would walk past Molly did most of the shopping. At the same time, he just windows shop, it was not that he didn't have money his parents always made sure he had enough, they never wanted him to go without, it's just that he doesn't see the point of buying things he doesn't need. It would only be a waste.
After visiting a few more stores, Blue was getting tired from all the walking he was doing. He went to sit on a bench outside the store, waiting for Molly. A few minutes passed, she emerged from the store with three bags of clothes.
