Flynn froze in place. This incident reminded her of last night. Just when Neil stopped Flynn from leaving because she thought he was crazy.
"My name is Neil Walter. But I'm not who you think I am."
"What do I think I am?" muttered Flynn. With the courage she had gathered, Flynn turned around again to face Neil then she bent down to 90 degrees. "Sorry if I was presumptuous. Please forget what I said earlier and let's keep our distance. I'll leave and you won't see me again either. Okay?"
Flynn stepped away from Neil and walked quickly to her car.
"I'm sure it was him. Although I fainted when I saw him change, but I still remember that he was the same person I met yesterday. He is that werewolf." Flynn closed her car door. She decided to end the search for the werewolf for today since it was already late and the library was more than 10 km away from her house.
Although Neil denied that he was the person Flynn had met in the forest, Flynn was still convinced it was Neil. There was no way Flynn could forget that horrible incident. Flynn could still distinguish between reality and hallucinations.
After the incident that night at the campsite, Flynn was a little traumatized to go home too late. Even though she usually never turned on the radio when she was driving alone, she now turned it up loud.
Flynn felt a sudden cold chill coming on coupled with the silence of the street. Understandably, the population in Dummer City was very small, under 400 people. Plus the houses were far apart because of the vast fields. So the impression was that Flynn was driving in the middle of the wilderness even though there were some houses on the side of the road, just rarely.

Flynn immediately remembered what happened to her last night. She was lucky to have survived, but someone else was killed.
Flynn's hands were even shaking at this moment as she was passing through the streets with the forest around her. Her mind was already wandering everywhere. Guessing that the real killer was not an ordinary wolf, but a werewolf.
"No, no, I shouldn't be afraid in this kind of situation. I'd better speed up my car to get home soon." Flynn increased the speed of her car. But instead of speeding up, the car slowed down until it finally stopped.
"Shit! What happened to this new car?" Flynn looked around, it was full of trees and only her car was on this road. "Should I get out? But in the movies I've seen, getting out of the car in this situation would be very dangerous."
Finally, Flynn looked for her phone, which had fallen out when the car suddenly stopped. Because the lights in the car were off, so Flynn took a long time looking for his cellphone.
The atmosphere became even more tense when the sound of wolf howls began to be heard. Flynn even had to close her eyes and convince herself that everything would be okay. She just needed to call someone who could help her, that was what Flynn was trying to think about, not this unpleasant situation.
"Oh no, not again." Flynn's phone lost signal.
Not wanting to wait any longer in a deserted place like this, Flynn ventured to open the car's sunroof. At least her body wasn't completely out of the car, that way should there be any danger, Flynn could quickly get in and close it again.
Flynn stuck her hand up hoping that her phone would get a signal again. "Come on please." Flynn shook her cell phone in any direction to catch a signal.
"Got it!"
At the same time, Flynn's car shook as if it had been hit by something, causing Flynn to fall down as she lost her balance on the passenger seat.
Flynn's phone bounced onto the driver's seat. When she got up to pick it up, suddenly a wolf was already standing on top of the sunroof that was still open.
It felt like Flynn lost the strength of her body to move. So she could only stare at the wolf and their eyes met.
The wolf that attacked Flynn this time also had dark blue eyes but Flynn could recognize the wolf as a female wolf, while the wolf from last night was a male wolf.
Because the thought of survival was greater, Flynn tried to move her right hand to reach the button that closed the sunroof. She moved her hand slowly so as not to disturb the focus of the wolf that was on top of her car.
Click.
"Aaaaaaaa!"
The roof was closed, but one of the wolf's forelegs managed to get inside the car. The wolf tried to grab Flynn.
Flynn immediately jumped into the driver's seat and tried to get the car running again. She didn't care if the car would be damaged after this, the most important thing was that she could escape from the wolf.
All of Flynn's hands were shaking so everything became chaotic. She even struggled to turn the car key. Meanwhile, the wolf was still trying to get in and howling.
All Flynn knew was that if the wolf howled, it meant it was calling its pack. And Flynn didn't want that to happen because tackling multiple wolves with bare hands was impossible!
As Flynn looked back, there was a light car that was getting closer. It kept going quickly until it looked as if it was going to crash into Flynn's car.
"Oh my God, help me. Why is all this happening to me." Flynn cried because this situation was very psychologically stressful.
Flynn looked down in resignation as her car still wouldn't start and the wolf was about to damage the roof of her car.
Brakk.
"Somebody help me!" Flynn shouted and covered her ears. She also curled up to protect her head because she thought the wolf had managed to damage the roof of her car.
But until a few seconds passed, Flynn felt nothing and didn't hear the wolf howl anymore. Instead, Flynn heard the sound of someone's footsteps.
And suddenly there was a knock on the window.
Flynn jumped in surprise. She was even more surprised to find out who was knocking on her window. "Neil?"
Remembering that there was a wolf out there, Flynn immediately opened her car door and pulled Neil in.
"Has the wolf left or is it still around?" asked Flynn as she wiped away her tears to avoid being seen by Neil.
"It's gone," Neil replied.
Flynn cried with relief that she was finally safe from the wolf. Flynn had thought that the wolf had a grudge against her because last night she couldn't get herself to eat.
"Thank you for helping me."
"Who exactly are you?" asked Neil which made Flynn confused.
"Ah sorry, I haven't introduced myself yet. I'm Flynn, I was the one who talked to you in the library. I didn't expect that you would help me even though I said things that didn't make sense to you."
Neil looked Flynn squarely in the eye. Unable to resist, Flynn admitted that Neil's eyes were very beautiful.
"Where's your home? I'll take you home."
"My home?" asked Flynn incredulously.
"That wolf will come back again when you're alone. So I'll take you home."
