His bride

The car ride is silent. Dev is driving the car while his bride is looking outside. Her face is still covered little with a veil. After some time Dev stops the car in front of the big mansion then he looks toward his bride and looking at her it seems like she is sleeping. Dev tries to wake her when he realized he didn't know her name

Dev in his mind:" How stupid you are Dev, you don't know her name or more precisely you don't know your wife's name".Dev ignores his thinking and slightly touches her wake up with a jolt. Dev look at her and asked her to relax and informed her , they reach his house. His bride nod then Dev get down from the car and he looks at his bride who is struggling to get down due to her heavy dress . He comes forward and helps her.

Then Dev is moving toward the door when he listened to to to to to the sweetest voice he ever hears her voice.

Bride: My name is Sia. He turns and look at her,who again repeated and informed him that her name is Sia Shah.Dev comes near her and said: "I am Dev Malhotra and by the way, it's Sia Dev Malhotra, not Shah anymore".Dev can see a smile as her lips are visible because her face is not fully covered.She smiles and nods .

Dev smile but later frown at what he is doing. It is behaving like a typical husband which is very different from normal Dev.He ignores these things and asks Sia to follow him.She silently follows him.Sia looks around, the mansion is huge with a lawn. The lawn is bigger than the Sia house. She chuckles at her thoughts.

Then she looks toward who is walking toward the gate. Gate is huge, made up of wood, and with the look, it looks elegant and costly.Dev press the doorbell and the man who is wearing formal white shirt pants opens the door. By looking he seems like a servant of the house. He bows down and greets Dev.

Dev nod at him and they enter little into the house when one lady who in her fifties move toward them.

and said:" Dev where were you I am calling you from the evening you",but stop in midway when the lady looks at the girl who is wearing a bridal dress. Looking carefully at the girl she can see vermillion in her hairline.

Before she can ask anything another family members also come to them.Dev father, his aunt, Aditya - Maya also come and looking at the duo shockingly then finally Lady asked him , who is she.

Dev sighs and said:" mom dad she is Sia Dev Malhotra my wife, your daughter-inlaw:".Everyone gets shocked listening to this before they speak anything Dev interrupted and said " mom dad I know you want to ask many questions don't worry I will answer your every question but please let us enter as we are very tired".

They are going to enter when his mother stop him and said:" My daughter in law is coming first time in her house let me perform some rituals",Dev tried to deny as they are tired but she didn't listen and asked servent to arranged things.Then his mother brings plates and performs their welcome ceremony.Then her mother asked him to carry her to the sofa Dev tries to deny but his mother is reluctant and he finally picks Sia and move till the sofa and make her sit then his mother comes and uncovers her veil and looks at her and sees Sia's beautiful innocent face.Dev mom get happy and said :"omg she is very beautiful Dev. Your choice is perfect".

Dev is going to speak something when his eyes move toward Maya and by her look, anybody can say she is feeling jealous Dev smirk and speak" of course mom I am Dev Malhotra and I got every precious whatever it is.".He said these lines looking at Sia whose head is down while with the corner of his eyes he looks toward Maya whose anger and jealousy build up more listening to Dev's words.Dev gets happy seeing Maya burning in jealousy and anger.Then Sia gets up and touches the elder's feet and takes blessing.Dev parents give her blessing happily while his aunt give blessing half heartily

Then she moves toward Maya -Aditya and gets confused about whether she should take blessing or not.

Seeing him confuse Dev mother is going to speak something when Dev interrupt and said:" Sia she is my younger brother Dhruv and his wife Maya and you don't need to take blessing from them, they should take blessing from you as you are my wife .Maya ,Aditya , come on take your sister in law blessing ".He said everything smirking.

Maya fume in anger while Aditya is neutral .Before they can react or say something Sia speak:" no need you are younger than him but you are elder than me so it not look good if you touch my feet".

Dev asked her to go to the room and take a rest,she must be tired.Sia nod.Dev asks one servant to show Sia his room and also ask them to take food for Sia in the room .Seeing his concern toward his new wife Maya fume in anger.
