Contract

Arnav gets shocked and said:” Are you mad, Dev? You married a girl for the mere plot . You played with you’re and her life”.Before he can continue his lawyer enters with the file. Dev nod and tell him, he will send the file after signing it.

Arnav pick up the file from the desk and get shocked to see the divorce agreement, he confusingly asked him about the contract.

Dev looked at him and said: "It's my and Sia's divorce agreement".Arnav looked at him, he knows he is not an emotional type of guy but he believes Dev believes in the relationship, he is not the type of person who runs away from his responsibility but giving divorce to his one-day wife, he never expected from him.

Coming out of his thought, he said to Dev: "What are you saying Dev? How can you give divorce to her, she is innocent, her whole life will be spoiled".

Dev listened to his friend and replied: "what do you want from me Arnav? Do you want me to stay in this unwanted marriage forever?".Arnav snapped at him: "You married her willingly".

"I know but at that time I just want that property nothing else because her father is getting on my nerves. I can't lose my deal because of his stubbornness so, I just grab the chance when I get it. But that doesn't mean I will stay married to her, I mean she is no good for me and my business . I want a wife who helps to increase my wife She is a middle-class girl, she is no matched with my standards": Dev said calmly.

"Dev, marriage is not a business deal but a bond. You need to find a girl who understands you more than your business. The girl who loves you with all your flaws, a girl who be with you with all thick and thin.A girl who gives you peace and love more than any deal".He said looking at Dev, seeing there is no effect of his words on him, he sighed and asked him what's his future plan.

"Nothing, I will sign this agreement by her in which it's clearly written we will get divorced after 3 months," He said casually.

Arnav get confused and asked him: "Why three months ?".Dev smile and replied: "It takes 3 months to get this project approved so, I don't want her or her father to do any drama if I divorced her now. And yes don't worry about her I will give her huge alimony and If needed I will find a good and wealthy groom for her. You don't take stress, I will manage everything".

Arnav nod and left the cabin, hoping his brain will get peace of mind. Dev looks at his retreating back. He sighed and start reading the document . He thinks, now the main problem is how to sign this document by her.

Dev thinks in his mind: "Why don't use your three-month stay here to take my revenge with Maya. She was jealous when she comes to know I get married to you, why don't I use you to make her more jealous. It will be fun " He smirks and continues his work.

At night, he reached home. Everyone is sleeping, he enters his room when he sees Sia is sitting on the sofa and watching TV. She look at him and smile .Dev return his smile and asked her why she is awake . To which she replied, she is waiting for him. Dev asked him not to wait for her as his working hours are weird, sometimes he didn't come back at night. Sia said she is not sleepy, if she will never wait for him forcefully, if she is sleepy she will sleep otherwise she will remain awake. Dev nods and left to the washroom to get freshen up. He comes out of the washroom and sees Sia is arranging plates . He asked her did she eat, she shook her head.Dev sighed, sit and start eating the food while Sia is telling him about her day, about muhdikha function. He is just nodding not taking any interest, After eating food, Dev goes to wash hand while Sia went to the kitchen to keep the dirty plates.

She stepped inside the room and see Dev is sitting on the bed with some papers. Sia comes near him, Dev asked her to sign the paper. She confusingly asked him, what is this ?.Dev informed her, these are her surname-changing papers. These documents need her signature too. Sia nod and took the paper and start signing it while Dev is confused because this paper also contains their divorce agreement, he doesn't want her to see it. Sia signed the paper and give it back to him, he keeps the paper safely inside his bag to give to his lawyer. They went to sleep.
