Chapter-8- something not expected part 3

John's Prov

I never expected this old man to be so cunning. He almost caught us. And every time we barely escaped, as if we are crossing a narrow tunnel.

But that's not the whole point. The point is, that he is my father's close friend and mine Uncle. I don't care if he will catch.

The only thing I care about is of him not telling to my dad. Because, he is a person who will start gossiping with my dad like aunties in neighbourhood and moreover, his main topic is to gossip about me and my daily routine.

In the bed. I closed my eyes and prayed to God about only one thing. 'God, Please save us from getting caught by this old man' I prayed.

But now the whole stress rise again. when he said "Wait a minute". My stomach starting making weird noise and I started to sweat too. My brain started to pump faster along with my heart.

I tried to bite my Palm which i wrapped it around my mouth to stop myself from laughing or giggling.

'My bad, i bit it too hard' I thought.

"Wait a minute" Said the Dean turning himself.

"Ye....yes sir" Said David

"where is John" asked Dean standing still, looking at them with his eyes squint.

"Dean I...I don't... know" hesitated David.

Dean took his steps forward, standing on his toes and lean towards David looking at him with his eyes more squint.

David retreat his face a little...

"I'm asking again. Where is john" this time his voice sounded suspicious.

"He...he...erm"

"I'm here Dean" Said John poping his neck out suddenly from the blanket.

Seeing this, Elvin got a little confused about him in the same bed where Danica is.

He closed his closed his eyes pulled the blanket more up and cursing himself because of his stupidity.

Thinking about Danica close to John, made Elvin getting more furious and jealous.

Meanwhile seeing John poping out in sudden. Dean eyes pop out in shock.

"John, When did you start sleeping with Elvin" asked Dean with shocking expression.

"Uncle. No I mean Dean it's not what you think. Elvin step in my bed mistakenly" looking at Elvin with helpless "Right. Elvin".

Looking at John's helpless. Elvin felt like to punch him more harder, but instead he endure it and said in forceful tone "YEA. THAT'S RIGHT".

"Ok" looking at John. But he soon discovered something which he did not expect...

"What a min John" moving forward and stops, "Whose hair is that" asked Dean.

Hearing Dean's question. John looked aside and realized that, the sudden pop out of the blanket made Danica's hair exposed a little.

Elvin nods his neck a little to give signal to David to do something.

David retreat his way back, took a pillow and threw it at Dean from behind.

*Dum* *Clarck*

The pillow hits at the back and his Spectacles fell down.

"Who is this brute" Shouts Dean with his eyes a little close to look more clear.

"Where is my watch" said David pretending to find something.

"Oh. I am sorry dean" Adrian steps forward and picks spectacle "There you go sir" giving it. "Wait a minute" taking back the spectacle "Its not clean. let me help you"

"Hey you brute. Give me back my Spectacles" shouted Dean, moving his hand in air.

Meanwhile....

John pressed his head more down on pillow getting more close to Elvin.

"I will see you soon" whispered Elvin with deadly look.

"Alright Alright" Said John unknowingly.

He brushes the hair to make it look like his. The hair didn't match his hair much. But there was no choice. Elvin's hair colour was different from Danica, But it matches a little with John's hair.

"There you go Dean nice and clean" giving it.

"Give me" snatching from Adrian's hand and wearing it.

"So where was I. yea, whose hair is that?" said Dean fixing his Spectacles.

"Dean. it's mine" brushing the hair. " As you can see".

"Okay. But when did you dye your hair" asked Dean.

"erm.... Today" answered John.

"Today?" in suspicious voice. "But I didn't see it today"

"Dean de. ....."

"Dean hehehe. guess what" interrupted David.

"what?" asked Dean.

"I telling you to guess" Said David moving forward keeping his hands on Dean's shoulder and slowly lean his way to the door.

"I asking you. What?" stops at the exit.

"Guess dean" stomping on the ground like a child.

"Oh so you are going to leave the hostel. Well that's nice and sweet of you. Now I will soon have peaceful sleep" said Dean in sweet tone.

"No dean" showing his fake smile and opens the door. dean's smile turned upside down.

"You're going to leave our room. hehehe" mocked David

"You so....I will see you soon" shouted Dean.

looking back again at David "And remove that fake smile from your face. it doesn't look good on you" turns and leaves.

"Bye Bye Dean." mocked David. He stood there until Dean disappear from his sight.

*Thud*

The door closes and David slide down "phew. finally"

When he looked straight. He saw some strange expression towards Elvin.

John came out from the bed standing next to Adrian and opposit of Elvin.

Elvin moves the blanket away and let Danica sit.

"Guys guys" Said David running towards John and others. "Stop staring thing are fine. it's time to sleep now" console David.

Adrian changes his cloth to his night drees stepping in the blanket and pull it .

Meanwhile John stared at Elvin continuously until reaches his bed.

"Alright. so where is she going to sleep" asked David.

"On the bed" answered Elvin.

"what? on the bed? with you?" asked David with his eyes giving a shock look.

"Nope she will sleep on bed and I will sleep on ground" Said Elvin.

Danica sat on her knees looking down on the bed. Her hair falling on her cheeks.

"It's okay you can sleep on bed. I will sleep on ground" taking the pillow

"No. I will sleep on ground" order Elvin. His hands covering Danica's palm to stop her.

"Alright I am going to sleep too. You guys are making jealous" climbing up the bunker bed "Oh yes. don't forget to lock the room and off the light".

.......

*click and tick*.

Door gets locked, light goes off. Elvin changes his cloth to night dress. He sat on the ground making his bed and step in turning his face opposing away. Not able to see Danica.

Meanwhile Danica changed her cloth to night dress given by Elvin. It is a long sweater till her knees with leggies below.

.......

laying on the bed straight, looking up. but after few minutes she started to toss left to right, not able to sleep. She sat for a while and dump her head back on the pillow again. Her eyes open looking straight at the clock making tick noise.

'I wish time could stop' Thought Danica looking at the clock and then at Elvin.
