CHAPTER: 10

NIKHIL POV:

I woke up to mobile ringing sound..

"Hello" I said in sleepy voice

"Nikki" Yuktha shouted

Thank God, I thought it was a dream.. and smiled remembering everything.

"Good morning nikki" She greeted me

Definitely a good morning for me, I thought

"Good morning" I greeted her with broad smile on my face.

Unexpectedly another voice greeted me like usual days.

"Very good morning Nikhil" Aardhaya greeted me.

I nodded at her and continued talking with Yuktha.

I don't know how much it time passed by but Yuktha remainded me that she will pick me up.

By bidding her in call, I turned around and observed Aardhaya standing there.

Why is she here? I thought myself

Are you dumb, ok now you're busy with mobile and don't care about her my inner self mocked me.

But, I'm talking on call. She can leave right? I again questioned back at my inner demon

Ohh...my dear, whenever you needed company she is there for you without you begging her to be with you.

But now you got your lover back so you don't need her anymore. Such a ungrateful brat you are!! My inner self scolded me.

Whatever... I whispered to myself and went out to get ready.

I came out while singing a song...again my mobile rang.

"Hello.."

"Nikki...wear pale blue shirt, please don't ask me why and come down. I'm here?!" With that she cut the call.

She will never change..I thought and searched for some pale blue shirts.

Here it is...I took it out and wore it with navy blue pants.

Unlike the other days, I forget to see on the bed for Aardhaya selection.

When I'm about to go out,but Aardhaya dragged me and kept all those medicines.

Once she is done, she hugged me tightly but why I pushed here.

Why I'm feeling like, I'm cheating both of them especially Yuktha.

But she is your wife again that inner fellow shouted

Yeah.... but Yuktha is my love.

With those thoughts I reached lift and when I'm about to close the door, I found her waving at me.

When I reached parking area, I already found Yuktha waiting for me and doing something on phone.

"Ammu" I called her

She smiled and checked me out.

"Looking so handsome" she smiled and kissed my cheek

I pushed her back and shocked by her reaction.

"What happened" she huffed and sat inside the car angrily by my actions

What can I do!???

I too sat on the passenger seat, but I observed that we are going opposite to our office route.

"Ammu, this is not way to office" I said confusingly

"I know, but dad agreed to meet you so I asked you to wear that colour shirt. We are going to meet dad and then to office" she said while focusing on road

What...her dad but she should have told me.

"Ammu, I'm married man. That too we are she cut me off

"You're not married legally, now I can marry you and make our marriage legal then I will be your wife" she said while giggling

"Ammu, atleast give me a chance to talk to my wife about this then we can"

"What...you care about your wife so much Nikki" she shouted at low tone.

"Nikki...why can't you understand, I came back for you and convinced my dad to marry you. Now your saying that you need time to talk with wife"

"Ok fine, go and be with your wife, don't blame me anymore" she said while crying.

She just came back but I need to decide very quickly what a equality!!

"Ok...do as your wish" I said.

Within minutes we are infront of restuarant.

"Reservation under Mr. Girish" she said and a man came along, he guided us to a table where her dad is alredy seated.

"Dad" she called him to gain his attention from his mobile to us.

"Yuktha, come." Then he noticed me.

"Nikhil... right?" He said and smiled

Then he started talking about our marriage, I mean Yuktha and mine.

My mobile rang and I excused myself, I'm about to answer the call when Yuktha came behind me.

"Nikki....dad is waiting and your cal is important for you" she said while folding her hands below her chest throwing draggers at me.

Can't I answer my mobile in peace ?

"Just a minute" I said and answered the call.

I don't know why I scolded her, may be I vent out my frustration of not able to speak on her.

When I'm about to go again she called, She never called me this many times when I said I'm busy.

May be she needs you, you dumb husband!??

Yuktha snatched my mobile and switched it off.

We both joined back and I decided to tell him about my marriage.

But Yuktha decided to talk without giving any chance to speak..

After waiting for I don't know how much time, I cut her off saying..

"Uncle actually, I'm marr" but Yuktha decided to stop me again

"Dad, I don't want grand wedding, simple one will do. Isn't it Nikki" she said while indicating to say yes

"He is saying something, let him" then waiter came with our order.

"Nikhil, is it ok with you!?" He again asked me.

When I was about to say...

"Nikhil" It's Aradhaya voice.

Three of us, turned out heads to that direction.

My life is such a serial, she knows our chairman and Yuktha too.

But what caught my attention is Yuktha is already married.

She didn't tell me!!

"Soon" she said while smriking at me

Why is she smriking!??

"Nikhil.." Aardhaya voice and her hand on my shoulder bought back to her.

"Huh" I said

"Uncle, sorry to say but we have to leave. Nikhil didn't eat anything since morning" she said apologetically and stood up.

"That's fine, why don't you and Nikhil come over for dinner sometime" he said while patting her head in fatherly affection.

"Sure sir" I said and stood up.

"Bye Yuktha" Aardhaya said

When I'm about to go out, she called me.

"Come, we will eat and then you can go" she said and held my wrist.

We came other side of restuarant and she opened some cabin named manager.

She made me sit on couch and dialed some one, ordered the food.

"Yeah..make sure is it on diet I told earlier" then she came and sat beside me.

I have not seen her like this before

"Are you okay, you seem so pale" she enquired worriedly.

"I'm ok, just hungry."  "Then you should have eaten at home, no going anywhere before eating breakfast tommorow onwards" she said while pouting

I nodded at her..

"You're not angry at me" I asked her all of sudden

"No, why should I be!" She said causally while handing some water to me

"Because, I came late last night and that too made you sleep on floor. Scolded you while ago on call" I asked her

"Nikhil, I understand you. It's because you are in bad mood or something have happened"

She smiled and said "do you remember our marriage"

I nodded and she asked me what priest said to me while doing pooja...

"He said that I'm your everything and you're my everything who can lean on in any situations" and she continued while wiping a tear from her eye

"Yes...you're right I'm hurt when you scolded me but only loved ones can get such a sweet angry words" she chuckled.

She didn't even questioned me why I scolded her.

A knock disturbed my thoughts...

She said come in

"Advith, why you bought those. They are many waiters here to do that" she said while taking breakfast from him and placed them on table.

He just smiled and went away..

Why I'm not getting good vibes from him.
