chapter five

Sebastian looked at the scene in front of him in awe, he recognizes Maria well.

The broken lady at the wedding and the doctor who had the guts to knock him out.

He was pissed at the fact that she knocked him out cause no one has ever done that before but she did and now she was stabbing a guy multiple times like she's insane.

'is she also a member of the falcone?' he thought to himself.

"What are you staring at?" Maria said standing up, her hands and clothes where covered in Felipe's blood.

"Were you ordered to kill him?" Sebastian asked.

"No, I did it cause I wanted to, dude is annoying" Maria complained.

She pointed the knife in her hand towards Sebastian.

"I would kill you here for trying to kill me in the hospital" Maria threatened and Sebastian smirked.

FLASHBACK*

Diego woke up after a while but he ran outside to vomit and Zara shook her head going after him.

Felipe was so interested in Maria that he kept asking her questions and Isabelle just watched them.

After a while, neither Zara or Diego was back so Isabelle went to look for them.

'why look for them, aren't they adults' Maria thought but then Felipe went to sit next to her.

He tried to kiss her and she pushed him away cause he irritated her so much but he was persistent.

Dude wanted to rape her.

Maria brought out her pocket knife from her jean and stab him with it.

He fell to the ground and she scoffed.

"Diçkhead" she muttered and continued stabbing him on the floor.

She always takes her pocket knife for situations like this after all she's a beautiful woman.

She stabbed Felipe multiple times cause she wanted to see him bleed, she likes seeing blood alot that's why she loves her profession.

END OF FLASHBACK*

What an amusing woman.

Doesn't she see the gun in his hand and the fact that she said she was going to kill him amused Sebastian.

What boldness.

"You want to kill me?" Sebastian asked and Maria nodded.

"You do realize am holding a gun right?" Sebastian said.

"Drop the gun and let's fight then, the winner dies and the losers lives" Maria said boldly.

She knew she won't win against this man cause he is so intimidating and scary and that's what makes her hate him more than anything.

She has never felt so intimidated by a person before and all she wanted to do was to kill him.

"You think you can beat me" Sebastian smirked grew wider

"Let's not fight here , let's go outside if you dare" Maria said.

"Sure" Sebastian replied.

He badly wants to see how this woman wants to kill him.

Sebastian walked out of the room and Maria followed but Isabelle was also coming towards the VIP section and she gasped when she saw the blood on Maria's clothes.

"What happened?" She asked when she got to Maria, they were currently outside the room and when she saw the dead guard her eyes widened.

Maria gave her a blank expression then turned towards Sebastian.

"Let's meet outside, let me take care of this situation first" Maria said to Sebastian.

Sebastian didn't like the idea, he wasn't really patient and he walked away.

"Isn't that the man at the hospital?" Isabelle asked.

"Yes, am going to kill him" Maria said nonchantly.

"Are you crazy, wait" Isabelle said and ran into the VIP room to see Felipe dead body and she screamed.

Of course no one heard cause of the loud music.

Isabelle came out again and looked at Maria who doesn't seem sorry for her actions.

"Did that man kill Felipe and this guard?" Isabelle asked Maria referring to Sebastian and hoping it was True.

"I'm holding a knife and my hands are covered in blood, of course I killed Felipe but I didn't kill the guard, that man did it" Maria said and started walking away.

"Your friend is a pervert" Maria said again before completely walking away.

Isabelle stood there shaking seriously, she knew her friend wasn't okay upstairs, she knew Maria was partly insane but not to this extent.

Zara walked towards her.

"I had someone take Diego back home" Zara said as she walked passed Isabelle and went into the room to meet Felipe's body.

"What the fuçk happened?" She yelled.

"Maria happened" Isabelle said.

"What do you mean?" Zara asked

"can you handle the body? I would talk to Maria" Isabelle said.

"You'd talk to her? Isabelle, his father will kill us when he finds out his son is dead" Zara yelled.

"I know that, just handle the body" Isabelle said and walked away.

Zara ran her hands through her hair in frustration, she saw the way Felipe was looking at Maria, she knew something would happen but she didn't expect Maria to kill him like this.

OUTSIDE THE CLUB

Sebastian stood outside resting his back on the wall and then Maria came outside, she had a wide smile on her face.

'its been a while I felt like this' she thought, her blood was on fire, maybe cause she killed someone after a long time.

Her eyes met with Sebastian and he smirked, he could see the excitement in her eyes, one would believe she enjoys killing people brutally.

"You can't use a gun, that would be cheating since am using a knife" Maria said .

"I won't use any weapon" Sebastian replied.

She knows he was injured, he hasn't fully healed when he left the hospital this morning.

she had a chance.

Maria rushed towards him with the knife aiming for his stomach but he held her hand mid way and turned her, her back against his chest, he held her hand across her neck, holding her in place.

"You made such big fuss about killing me but you have no skills at all" Sebastian mocked and Maria gritted her teeth.

"Arrogant bastard" she said and used her free hand to elbow his stomach making sure to hit his wound.

Sebastian hissed but he didn't let her go.

'how persistent is this jerk' Maria thought as she hit his wound again with her elbow and that seemed to do the trick cause he let her go.

She made to stab him again but this time he held the knife and dragged it from her making her loose balance almost falling but he caught her by the waist and held her close, their eyes met.

His palms bled cause he held the sharp edge and blood dropped to the floor.

She has no skill at all and she dare said she wants to kill him?

Her boldness never has limits, it's like believing one can raise an entire building with one's hands.

"You're psychopathic lady who thinks she can kill anyone with a knife" Sebastian sounded disgusted.

"Wrong, I'm an insane lady who can kill anyone with a knife if I wanted too" Maria correct and Sebastian chuckled.

He hasn't seen anyone as confident as she was.

He removed his hand from her waist and dropped the knife on the ground, Maria was surprised he was holding on to it.

The knife must have given him a deep cut.

"You're more skilled than I thought even with injuries"  Maria said.

"I didn't even try" Sebastian replied and turned walking away.

"My name is Maria Vicente, never forget the name of the person who is going to kill you" Maria yelled but Sebastian didn't stop.

She bent down and picked up the knife, it was covered in Sebastian's blood already.

She smiled when she saw the red blood.

"It's so bright and beautiful unlike that bàstard in there, I would like to see more of this blood" Maria muttered.

HOTEL, 7AM

Maria just took a shower as she came out of the bathroom, she didn't go to Sofia's place cause she knew Isabelle was going to ask a lot of questions.

She dried her hair and wore a black jean with a white shirt, she was going back to Spain today.

She has had enough of Mexico, she wondered why the police aren't already after her for Felipe's death

'don't they know?' she thought.

Her phone rang. Isabelle has been calling her since last night, she looked at the ringing phone and sighed.

Her eyes caught the knife from yesterday and she smiled, she already washed it clean, she walked up to it and held it, looking at it like her priceless possession.

"don't worry, I will get more blood on you soon" she muttered and put the knife inside her purse.

A knock came on her door and she opened it, she wasn't surprised to see Isabelle.

"How did you find me?" Maria asked.

"I have been checking every single hotel in Sonora looking for you" Isabelle complained.

"You can't just kill someone and think you can leave, do you know who Felipe was??" Isabelle screamed.

"I don't care who he was, dude was being a diçk, he had to die" Maria said sitting on her bed.

"I understand he tried to rape you but that doesn't mean you should kill him" Isabelle yelled.

"Ohh so you know he wanted to rape me and you left, what a good friend you are" Maria scoffed.

"I know you're not going to let him to do that but I didn't expect you to kill him like that" Isabelle defended.

Isabelle's phone rang and she sighed in frustration, she picked it cause it was Zara calling

"What!?" Isabelle said immediately she picked almost yelling, she was so stressed.

"Really?" She asked with wide eyes and Maria raised her brows asking what happened.

"Alright thank you" Isabelle said again and hung up.

"What?" Maria asked.

"Felipe's father heard he was dead but he didn't say anything, he didn't react at all" Isabelle said still shocked.

"Did he know I killed him?" Maria asked again.

"No, he didn't and he doesn't seem to care to know" Isabelle said still in disbelief.

"Guess he also wanted he's perverted son to die" Maria shrugged.

"No, that's not it, something isn't right"  Isabelle said.

"Stop trying to play detective, I'm going to Spain today" Maria informed.

"I think it's best you go, I can't handle anymore of your craziness" Isabelle sighed heavily.

"The manager ran away, I'm definitely going to find him though, I looked into it and he didn't take all the money for himself, he sends to someone a huge part of it" Maria said.

"He isn't working alone?" Isabelle asked and Maria nodded.

"Anyway, I'm going to find out sooner or later, I don't like being deceived" Maria said and walked out.

"Better call me when you get to Spain" Isabelle yelled and sighed when Maria was gone.
