My family lives on the more marginal part of Hampshire and by the time the car pulled up to the house, it was dark outside.
Roy huffed again and dragged me out of the car, cursing "what a shitty place" as he dragged me upstairs.
I thought things couldn't get any worse, but I was surprised to see two familiar backs standing in front of the house.
Thomas was the first to spot me, grinning as he poked his head out:
"Hi~ What a coincidence."
My expression stiffened.
You come squatting on my doorstep, coincidental my ass.
Dominic turned at his words, a smile as standard as a mask on his face.
"Been waiting for you guys for a long time."
"Mr. Mackenzie, how did you ...... get here so fast?"
I was filled with confusion.
Wasn't he just at church?
"The church has a special private jet, and I'm really in a bit of a hurry."
He replied with a smile, slowly moving closer to me.
"Fuck off!"
Roy held me back as soon as he could, a small fire burning in his eyes.
"The prosecutor's office and the church are funded by my family, who are you to touch my stuff!"
"Young master, one size does not fit all, feelings can not be forced ......"
"Shut up, I've long wanted to scold you, a prosecutor public order and good order can not carry, and still here with Omega to steal people, waste of things, the Prosecutor's Office to raise you might as well raise a dog!"
"Roy young master, we didn't come over today wanting to find you ......"
"Is it your turn to talk, Dominic, my grandfather raised you from a stinking beggar to where you are now, just to let you get in my way in this vixen look?!"
Good, strong aggression.
I tugged on Roy's sleeve.
"Roy, just calm down, let's sit down and take our time ......"
"You're not allowed to speak for them!"
Roy's eyes suddenly filled with tears, his expression very helpless, but his mouth remained spiteful and
"If it wasn't for the fact that you're a loser and you don't dare to say it outright if you like me, would I have to go through all this trouble to get you to marry me?!"
I hadn't yet understood what he meant by "fussing" when I suddenly caught a hint of the rich scent of roses in the air--
Roy's pheromones are out of control.
That doesn't bode well.
I immediately covered my mouth and nose, not realizing that it was simply too late.
Dominic wrapped an arm around me who was instantly paralyzed, and Thomas frowned sternly, looking bad:
"Young master, you really should calm down or Una's in heat again."
But Roy had no time for me, cowering and just wallowing:
"I've waited too long ...... you can't ...... can't do this to me ......"
Thomas seemed to think of something and pulled the inhibitor patch out of his pocket, putting a handful of it over the back of Roy's neck to stop his pheromones from spilling out.
And being the quality Alpha that he is, he quickly toned down.
But I couldn't, the inhibitors I had just hit during the day were completely wasted, my head was already foggy, and my body was burning like fire.
"Since no one is willing to let go, let's compare."
Thomas walked over to me with his hands in his pockets and lightly cupped my face.
"Than ...... what?"
My words were almost squeezed from between my teeth.
Dominic's voice, who had his arms around me behind him, trailed off and kissed me lightly on my ear:
"Whichever one of us serves you most comfortably is the one you choose."
