Wow!;)

Mia got dressed in all black outfit and started walking into the kitchen.

Mia poured herself a bowl of cereal and sat across her mom , who was having breakfast with her dad.

Mia felt really happy to see such things happening in her home. Last night, the family dinner time was totally messed up. Izzy had her painting classes till 8 and Ben was out for a party,  which made her mom really furious for breaking the family's tradition.

So, Ben was grounded for a week( no party, no night study and no visitors allowed here) and most importantly Rebecca made it clear that Ben goes to school using car and not his fancy motorbike. Ben was totally upset about the motorbike part.

Ben comes tumbling down the stairs and with a serious face but Mia doesn't care.

"Morning Ben",greeted dad but there was no response from Ben.

"I'm leaving in 10 minutes so get ready soon", declared Mia.

"I'm driving and don't try to argue", insists Ben.

"Mom, what's this?",Mia argues with her mom.

But her mom makes a pleading face on behalf of Ben. Mia grabs her backpack and leaves the house. The entire ride to school was silent. And both were not in the mood to make conversations. So Mia just kept looking out of the window.

Mia headed for her first hour which happened to be calculus.

"Hey, Mia", said Jane.

Jane is a beautiful person both in and out. Mia has known Jane since 8th grade. She is too friendly with all people. She has a round face , tanned skin , sleek bushy hair and beautiful blue eyes. Jane is a popular one in school and most of all she is cheerful all the time.

"Hi, Jane ; I didn't see you here last class !", questioned Mia.

Jane explained that she was busy with some social charity  work which her family organized and she was there helping them.

"Oh wow, good to hear!!", Mia appreciates.

"So, I wanted a help from you and I assure it's nothing big", said Jane.

"Yeah, go ahead, tell me how I can help", agreed Mia.

"I wanted you to help me with these calculus classes. You know it's actually tough missing few classes and the subject is roasting my brain. So, can you help?",expressed Jane.

"Of course, I can... why not? You tell me when you are free?",agreed Mia.

Jane says she will reach out to her.

The bell rings, bringing the calculus class to an end. Jane hugged Mia and they both leave for their next classes.

During lunch time....

Mia grabs her tray and joins her friends who were already there .

" So, how was your first day there in yearbook committee" , grumbles Adam with food in his mouth.

"It was good and I'm doing editing work for the year book as the editing head for this year.",said Mia.

"Mia , it's great to hear", cheers Elena.

"And you know something Mia ? I'm joining the cheer leading team", announced Elena.

Mia almost spit out her food. Adam chokked out too.

"Wow, what!!!?", Adam and Mia said in unison.

"Since, when did cheer leading became your thing? You used to find it laughable!!!", emphasized Mia.

Elena grins and said " I wanted to use this beauty for good". Adam let out a huge laughter getting the whole cafeteria attention towards their table.

"Jeez, Adam,  are you nuts? Come on man, shut up", claimed Mia.

Elena grunted at Adam,"Oh you think I'm a joke . Wait till you see me as the captain of the cheer leading team".

" I just laughed at the fact you called yourself beauty ", said Adam and continued laughing.

Mia just supported Elena on her initiative. ( Because that's what friends do right. Whether we are right or wrong,  we will always have our friends to support).

She kept looking at her phone and

Walked to her literature class, she dashed someone in the entrance of the class.

"I'm sorry", apologized Mia and then looks up to find out it was Alec.

'Again , the same jerk', Mia thought to herself.

"Waste to apologize",murmures Mia and walks past him.

Quickly Alec grabs her hand and bends down, looks into her eyes and says,

"Hey kiddo, beware of adults". Alec smirks and goes to his seat and settles down as if nothing happened.

Mia was astounded at those words.

Mia kept repeating those words in her mind .

'How could he be such a jerk..seriously did he mean those....why the hell is he calling me kiddo..I do have a name..that dummy jerk...useless brat...yeah I will take revenge for his words...shit ..I'm going crazy on his words....this is the first time someone says to me things like this..maybe he don't know Ben ...I will show him who I am.....After all these incidents he could have atleast been kind to me...but he offended me...how could he do that....'Mia thought to herself.

She was going mad completely. This made Mia very furious at that moment. Mia has woken up her sleeping devil inside her.

She wanted to get revenge for those words.( which is out of the blue. Because Mia doesn't like these things. Mia never wanted to get revenge on anyone. But this is a bit surprising for her too.)

So, she kept her mind busy on planning something about revenge throughout the literature class. But still nothing came up.

Mia enters the music class and finds it empty. Then she checks the time to find out she was 15 minutes earlier.

She decides to sit in her seat and took out her guitar.

Someone enters and Mia looks up to find out the Alec.

'You churlish , impudent jerk',Mia thought , she wanted to say it out, but remained in mute mode.

Alec takes a seat behind Mia. There was a awkward silence in the air.

She wanted to leave the room but that would show she is afraid of Alec. So, Mia remained there and started to play guitar( the tunes she learnt from internet.)

She heard someone giggling and she knew who that was.

Mia was frustrated . She turned and said " EXCUSE ME"!!.

Alec looked different while he giggled.

His face was relaxed and he didn't have that rude stiff face anymore.

"Sorry , couldn't help", chuckled Alec.

"SCREW YOU!!!", yelled Mia.

She continued to play guitar and didn't mind Alec. Few minutes gone, Mia kept playing her guitar. And no sound from Alec.

Mia thought that Alec might have slept and slowly turns to find out. But Alec was staring at Mia all this time.

Mia felt embarrassed. She looked at him and asked "WHAT?". But Alec gestured nothing using his hands.

"I don't want you to look at me or my face or even my guitar and I find you irritating ", hissed Mia.

Alec smirks and said " Believe me,  looking at your face is the last thing I wanted to do right now! And the guitar looks much prettier than you face!".

'Oh this piece this shit...is he even serious...I'm definitely going to take revenge' Mia lost all her control and said " You little worthless piece of shit. Worth for nothing"!!

'Jeez , I didn't mean it...oh god.. I lost my mind....I offended him too much.....did he get hurt...oh let him get hurt....I don't care!!...Mia's mind was playing tricks.

They remained silent and the class beginned soon.

"So , any one of you wanted to sing something here? Because today's class is all about expressing what we know!!", encouraged Ms. Smith.

Nobody came forward, so Ms. Smith said " Hey, how about we encourage new people.. Alec come forward!!!"

This made Mia laugh and she thought he was going to be embarrassed in front of everyone. She guessed he never had talent.

He took his guitar and went to the front. He started to play his guitar in the beginning ....then came out his honeyed voice ...His voice was totally different from earlier. His singsong voice was perfect for the song.

Mia was lost of words and became speechless. 'Oh my god, how can he sing like this ....wow....he is amazing' Mia imagined.

Alec proved Mia was totally wrong in calling him worthless. She has never heard anyone sing like other than band members. And she didn't expect someone with a guttural voice would sing so heavenly .

Mia's idea of getting revenge was shattered.Mia totally felt bad for her words. But she was lost in Alec's singing and thought of nothing else.

Alec finishes the song and everyone applauds. Standing there, he smirked at Mia. Mia felt so sad for herself. The class ends and she was the first one to run away from the class.
