He is a lucky man

I could feel the heat emanating from Blake's body as his lips trailed down my neck. My heart raced with every touch, every whisper of his breath against my skin. We were in his room, his bed our sanctuary from the outside world. Being with him made me feel alive.

"Alina," he murmured, his voice husky with desire. "I love you."

"I love you too," I whispered back, lost in the moment.

Suddenly, the door burst open. We both sprang apart in surprise, our bodies still tingling with need. Standing in the doorway was a man, tall and imposing. His piercing gaze swept over us, and I found myself unable to look away. Blake stiffened beside me, his eyes narrowing.

"Alpha Lanter," he said, his tone respectful but wary.

"Blake, Alina," he said in a deep voice, his eyes still fixed on me. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything important."

"No, of course not," Blake replied smoothly, but I sensed a hint of tension in his voice.

"I was just passing by and thought I would drop in," Jacob said, his eyes still fixed on me. "Alina, isn't it?"

I nodded, feeling a blush creep up my cheeks. I was suddenly aware of how rumpled my clothes were and how my hair must have looked after being tangled up in Blake's hands.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, my lady," he said, bowing slightly. "Your beauty precedes you."

I felt a shiver run down my spine at his words. There was something about him that was both terrifying and magnetic. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I felt dangerously drawn to him.

"Thank you," I said, my voice barely above a whisper.

"I won't keep you any longer," he said, turning to leave. "But I do hope we'll have the chance to speak again soon."

He disappeared through the door, leaving Blake and me alone. But the atmosphere in the room had shifted. There was a tension between us that hadn't been there before. I could tell that Blake was jealous, and I didn't blame him. The Alpha king was a force to be reckoned with, and his interest in me was unsettling.

"I don't trust him," Blake said, breaking the silence.

"I know," I replied, feeling torn between loyalty to my boyfriend and the allure of the Alpha king.

"He's not to be trusted," Blake continued. "He's a wolf in sheep's clothing."

I nodded, unsure of what to say. I knew that Blake was right, but there was something about Jacob Lanter that drew me in. I couldn't explain it, but I felt like I was walking a tightrope, balancing between loyalty and lust.

I couldn't shake the feeling that something was about to change. The battle for my heart was just beginning, and I didn't know if I was ready for it.

I found myself unable to stop thinking about the Alpha king. His visit to Blake's room had left a lasting impression on me, and I couldn't shake the feeling of his eyes on me. I knew that I was treading on dangerous ground and that my loyalty to Blake should come first. But the allure of the Alpha was too strong to resist.

Blake had become increasingly possessive. He didn't like the attention that the Alpha king was giving me and his jealousy was starting to show. He would scowl whenever I mentioned Jacob's name and would always try to keep me away from him. I knew it wasn't healthy, but I didn't know how to make him see reason.

I decided to take a stroll in the Alpha's garden. It was a beautiful place, filled with vibrant flowers and a small pond. I had always found solace here, and it was the perfect place to clear my head.

I walked, and I heard footsteps behind me. A glance over my shoulder revealed Jacob walking towards me. My heart began to race, and a part of me wanted to run away. But another part of me was drawn to him like a moth to a flame.

"Alina," he said, stopping a few feet away from me. "You look lovely today."

I felt a blush creep up my cheeks at his words and cursed myself for being so easily affected by him.

"What brings you out here?" he asked, his eyes never leaving my face.

"Just taking a walk," I replied, trying to sound nonchalant.

"Ah, yes. This is a beautiful place," he said, gesturing around us. "It's one of my favorites."

I nodded, feeling a sudden surge of nervous energy. I knew that being alone with him like this wasn't wise, but the thought of walking away was impossible. There was something about him that was mesmerizing, and I couldn't put my finger on it.

"Blake is a lucky man," he said suddenly, his voice low.

I looked up in surprise, wondering what he meant.

"You're a captivating woman," he continued, his eyes locked on mine. "I can understand why he would want to keep you all to himself."

My heart raced at his words, and I knew that I was in deep trouble. I had to remind myself that Blake was my boyfriend, that I loved him, and that I needed to stay away from the Alpha king. But the pull towards him was too strong, and my resolve was beginning to waver.

"I think I should go," I said, turning to leave.

"Of course," he replied smoothly. "But remember, Alina. I am here if you ever need me."

I nodded and walked away, my mind in a state of confusion. I loved Blake, but there was something about Jacob Lanter that was tempting me beyond reason. I knew that I was playing with fire, but I couldn't help it. The allure of the Alpha was too strong to resist.
