Chapter 2

Rafael Sanchez leaned back in his chair, his eyes fixed on the woman sitting before him. Natalie was her name, and desperation was written all over her face. He could smell it on her, like a sweet perfume that drew him in.

He had always been a man who got what he wanted, no matter the cost. And what he wanted right now was Natalie.

She just didn’t know, how long he’d being wanting to kiss her pillowy lips, pull that blonde beautiful hair of hers, watch her piercing blue eyes as he went in and out of her.

She was beautiful, in that sweet and wild way, her eyes were a bright, sparkling blue, like a clear summer sky or a dazzling sapphire. They twinkled with mischief and kindness, drawing you in with their warmth and light. Her blue eyes were a window to her soul, revealing a deep intelligence, a quick wit, and a heart full of wonder.

And that was what he liked most about her.

His eyes gleamed with a calculating intensity, his mind working like a chess player, always thinking several moves ahead. He had set his sights on Natalie, and he was patiently waiting for the perfect moment to strike. He knew that eventually, she would find herself in a vulnerable position, and that's when he would make his move.

The offer he had made her was merely a lure, a tantalizing bait that would eventually ensnare her in his web of deceit. And when that moment came, he would be ready, his trap sprung shut, and Natalie would be his to command.

"So, Natalie," he said now, his voice low and smooth. "Tell me, what is it that you're willing to do for the money?"

Natalie's eyes flashed with determination, and Rafael felt a thrill run through him. This was going to be fun.

"I'll do anything," she said, her voice firm. "Just name it."

Rafael's smile grew wider. He loved a good challenge, and Natalie was definitely that. He leaned forward, his eyes locked on hers.

"Very well," he said. "I'll give you the money for your mother's treatment. But in return, you'll do whatever I ask, "

Natalie's eyes narrowed, but Rafael could see the wheels turning in her mind. She was thinking about it, weighing her options.

"And what exactly would I be doing?" she asked finally.

Rafael's smile grew wider. "I want you for the night" he said.

Natalie's eyes flashed with anger, but Rafael just laughed. He knew she was hooked. She needed the money too much to say no.

"So, what do you say, Natalie?" he asked, his voice dripping with amusement. "Are you ready to make a deal with the devil?"

Natalie's face burned with indignation, but she bit back her retort, knowing she had to keep her cool if she wanted to save her mother. She took a deep breath and spoke in a measured tone.

"I'm not a commodity to be bought or sold, Rafael. I'm a person, with dignity and worth. But I'm desperate, and I need your help. So, I'll agree to your terms, but only for the night. And only if you promise to keep your word and give me the money for my mother's treatment."

Rafael's smile grew even wider, his eyes glinting with triumph. "Ah, Natalie, you're a gem. I knew you'd see things my way. And don't worry, I always keep my promises. You'll get the money, and I'll get...what I want."

He leaned forward, his eyes burning with intensity, and Natalie felt a shiver run down her spine.

Her heart sank, knowing that she was making a deal with a man who had no qualms about using people for his own gain. But she had no choice. She had to save her mother, no matter the cost.

Rafael's eyes seemed to bore into her soul, as if he could see the very depths of her desperation. Natalie felt a surge of fear, but she pushed it aside, knowing she had to be strong.

"Good," she said, her voice firm. "I'll do what you want, but only for the night. And then we're done. You'll give me the money, and I'll never have to see you again."

Rafael's smile grew even wider, his eyes glinting with amusement. "We'll see about that," he said, his voice dripping with confidence. "But for now, let's just say we have a deal. You'll come with me, and we'll...discuss the details."

Natalie's heart raced as Rafael stood up, his movements fluid and graceful. He offered her his hand, and she took it, feeling a jolt of electricity as their palms touched.

As they walked out of the bar, Natalie knew she was walking into the lion's den. But she had no choice.

And so, she followed Rafael into the night, her heart pounding in her chest, her mind racing with thoughts of what lay ahead.
