Chapter 5- the lunch

The door of my room opened loudly. I heard Vencel calling out loud to me, not only him, as well as the voices of my siblings I could hear while I was inside my room. It's a good thing I took a shower and got dressed even without the maids around me.

I went out of the bedroom to greet them. I found them scattered in the living room. They seem to be looking for me in the nook of my room. I caught their attention. They quickly attended to me. Vencel touched both my shoulders. Raegan, Eomund and Cederic followed. There was a look of worry on their faces when they saw me.

"Rini, where did you go? We've been looking for you all day." Vencel tried to calm down when he asked.

"Yes indeed, Rini. Don't you know, we were very worried that you might be hurt. Even the soldiers we commanded couldn't find you either." Raegan was second.

"Even Nesta is worried about you. She's almost crazy to find out. She even came up to us and asked to take her life because she failed in her duty. It's a good thing we didn't because we knew she was important to you. We don't want you to get mad at us! " and Eomund.

"I told you, so I don't want to study to watch over you!" Cederic cried.

Haaa ... What a wonderful family with such a doting father and brothers. But I also breathed a little easier because nothing I feared happened. I thought I would see blood and corpses when I arrived. Fortunately, they prevented themselves from taking their own lives for me. It was also a big help that the young man healed my foot, atleast there was no more evidence that I was almost doomed.

"Ehem." I said. Kungwari naubo.

They were stunned. Vencel gently let go of my shoulders. They both look forward to my explanation. But I must not make them angry. Aha, I know that.

I leaned over then bowed. I put my hands behind my back. Sadness rolled down my face. "I-I'm sorry ... Papa ... Brothers ... If you're worried ... Because ... The truth is ..." I looked at them with pity. I can see how they cast spells. They are even more looking forward to what I will say next. "I went out of ... Palace ..."

"WHAT ?!" they ejaculate simultaneously. That said, eh.

"Rini, why did you go out alone? What if you perish without us knowing?" Raegan asked worriedly. Ehh, I'm actually pretty damned.

I sighed. "I know that you will never allow me ..." I was even sadder in the tone of my voice.

I also heard Vencel sigh. He knelt in front of me. His palms landed on both my arms. He also looked at me sadly. "Rini, that's why we don't allow you because that's all we know to protect you. But I hope you told me even myself, I'll go with you."

I was shocked by his statement. "T-really ...?" I said softly. I bowed. "But, I also know you're too busy running the Empire, papa."

He nodded then smiled. He fondly stroked my hair. "I will prioritize what makes my son happy. I will prioritize your pleasure before I rule the Empire."

I couldn’t believe staring at Vencel. I don't know why someone seemed to squeeze my heart when I heard those things from his mouth. In the few years I’ve been here in this world I still can’t believe that someone like me belongs to what they say is a cruel and ruthless family like the Eryndors. But myself, I have not experienced bullying, instead I feel how they took care of me and how they protected me against people who wanted to hurt me. Not once did they miss me to show them how to love.

Sometimes I get asked. Why do people think that those who are bad are the worst when it comes to love?

"Papa ...?"

"Hmmm?"

"Brothers ...?"

"What's that, Rini?"

I fell in love with my tyan. I gave them sweet smiles. "I'm already hungry. Can we eat together now?"

I heard him chuckled. Cederic messed up my hair. "Yeah. That's right, it's going to be dinner. We're going to set the table so we can eat."

"Thank you, brother Cederic." my sweet promise.

We left the room at once and headed to the Dining Area where we would have dinner.

I quickly opened my eyes. I frowned then rubbed my eyes. Annoying, still nothing. My power doesn’t seem to be manifesting yet. I let out a violent sigh. I threw myself on the soft and wide bed. I stared at the ceiling of my room. My eyes are rolling maybe because my brain is also tired of thinking about what I should do to get my precognition skills working again. How many times do I remember the faces that attended from my baptism until the last time I celebrated my birthday. I think maybe because of them my skills will trigger. No, still frustrated.

It has been more than a month since I fled the Palace. After that do not follow. Vencel has also asked me a few times if I want to go somewhere but I can't answer because I can't think of a place yet. My only hangout right now is the library and the room. I was hoping to find a magical book in the Palace library to help with my skills but I also saw nothing. As a result, I gradually lost hope.

I turned to get up. I attended to the window of my room. One of my palms touched the glass. I look down. I can see from here people busy with their respective work. The maids chatted happily while washing and hanging up the uniforms of the soldiers and the knights. There are also white and wide fabrics. I also saw from here the soldiers who were also having fun talking while they were under the tree, maybe it was their break time.

I sighed. I was already feeling a bit bored. I decided to leave in front of the window. I'll just go out first. I'll wander around the Palace, maybe I'll find something to do.

There was no one in the hallway when I came out. I slowly closed the door of the room then went for a walk. Even counting my steps I have already done so that I can do something. So this is the perks of being an Emperor's princess. I was suddenly into being lazy. Suddenly I stopped walking. Suddenly an idea came to my mind that would take away my boredoom. I couldn't help but smile and then I ran to that place!

I already have listed in my mind the ideas I will do to get rid of my boredoom. After all, my magical ability has not yet manifested. Pabebe too. Annoying.

Quite close to me I heard the noise from here screams that are energetic and yet determined, there is also a scream that you think is tired. I sniffed then touched the hem of my dress. I carefully approached the brick fence. I peeked a little. My mouth was lettered-O when I saw groups of men still busy rehearsing. Some of them were still dressed but some of them were also topless and resting in the shade of a tree. My eyes twinkled when I saw their bodies. Their biceps are very firm. I gasped in amazement when I saw the bulging and shiny due to sweaty abs. Wonderful! I thought I could only see it on tv or in pictures but it tastes better on the shovel when you see it in person.

"Raise it up! It can't be like that when we're in the fight!" I heard Raegan shout not far away.

My sight immediately finds him. He was there on the podium. Seriously folding. He watches his staff. Wow! My brother gets beaten up more when he's that serious, not the ones I often see with him that he's almost ready to kill, he becomes a monster in my eyes.

"Rini?"

I froze in shock. I immediately turned around and leaned against the wall. I rubbed my chest and then gasped. I thought my heart was going to come out!

"Are you okay, Rini?" he asked me worriedly.

I lifted my gaze. Once again I felt that my other brother was in front of me. Eomund, the second prince! "B-brother ..." I called softly to him.

He tilted his head, a look of astonishment on his face. "What are you doing here?"

"What's happening?!" I heard Raegan's worried voice. He suddenly appeared to my left. "Rini?"

I went home. "B-brother ..." I greeted him.

He was rubbed on his forehead. "I thought something bad had happened." he even approached me. He knelt in front of me then took one of my hands. He smiled. "What is the purpose of our youngest brother in this place?"

Before I could answer I looked at the soldiers behind him. They all had smiles on their lips when they saw my presence here. They also look like my fanboys. I looked back at Raegan. "I'm bored in my room, brother Raegan." I confess. "I can't do anything but take a walk and then I'm stuck here."

My siblings smiled again at my answer. "Is that so? All right, I'll get you ready to sit down first while you watch our practice."

Here it is, this is it!

No one said I hugged him I knew he was surprised. Even Eomund sighed at what I did.

"Rini?" Raegan called in astonishment. "What's the problem?"

"Kuya ..."

"What's that, dear princess?"

I let go of a hug from him. I sucked then pressed my index fingers together. I looked down at the ground. They were even more surprised at what I did. "What's the matter brother ... The truth is, I want ... To learn how to handle and fight with a sword ..."

He insisted on my request. I knew that was exactly how they would react.

"But Rini, are you really sure you want to learn this?" older brother Eomund asked.

I was determined to nod. "I don't have a problem if I have a hard time at first because that's how it really is, isn't it? They said, no one can achieve success without going through hardships first ..." I glanced at them sweetly.

Raegan let out a violent sigh, it looked like he could do nothing more. So did older brother Eomund. They held both my hands as we entered their training field. At once the soldiers bowed to greet me. I smiled in return. I could see how their faces turned red but it also disappeared immediately when Raegan and Eomund shot them sharply. Hehehe. Okay, I almost forgot that my siblings are overportective when it comes to me.

My blonde hair is ponytailed. I am also wearing training clothes. Raegan approached me with a smile on his lips. He was holding a sword but it was made of wood. He drowned me and then handed me that weapon. "This is what you're going to use, Rini." he said softly.

I gladly accepted the wooden sword. It weighs just right for me. Finally, I can learn how to weild a sword. It was also the right decision for me to go to this place to get rid of my boredoom earlier.

"I'll train you myself, Rini. Is that okay with you?"

I immediately nodded. The excitement could not be hidden from me. "That's fine with me, brother. I'm honored to be taught by a nice and strong knight like you, brother Raegan!" I exclaimed.

He stiffened in his seat when he heard me praise him. His palm landed on his chest as if you thought he had been stabbed. "You made your older sister very happy, dear princess."

"It's true what I'm saying, brother Raegan. You and papa as well as brother Eomund and brother Cederic are the strongest knights for me."

Because of that Raegan could no longer control himself. He cupped my face with his palms then pressed his forehead to mine with a smile on his lips. "I am also honored to protect our beloved princess."

I smiled too. "I hope so, brother Raegan!"

**

I didn't expect that will be so exhausting. It's only been thirty minutes of Raegan and I training but I'm really tired. That includes the warm up and basic components of swordsmanship. I sat down in the chair he had prepared for me. I wiped my sweat. I looked at the soldiers who were still busy rehearsing. I also drank water. My eyes caught Eomund who was currently running the entire training field. I turned to Raegan who was also drinking water.

"Brother Raegan? Why is brother Eomund still running until now?" I innocently asked him.

He looked at me after he drank the water. "Because he lacks conditioning his body so he runs for a long time."

"Isn't he having a hard time? Doesn't he get tired right before he trains?" my next question.

"Hmmm ... Actually, he's been doing that for a long time. His body is just used to doing that to avoid getting too tired. Even if he's tired, he'll still have some strength left when he faces it. the opponent ... "he explained.

I nodded, I kind of understood what he meant. I rubbed my chin. I was wondering if the sword I needed to wield was right in relation to my magic ability.

"Is there a problem, Rini?" he asked softly.

I looked at him. I immediately shook. "Nothing, brother. I'm just thinking." I answered politely and with a smile.

I felt him gently place his palm on my head. I looked at him in surprise. "Honestly, I'm hesitant if you can study the use of the sword. I'm not telling you this as an older brother, but as a veteran on the battlefield. I don't think the sword is suitable for to you, Rini. "

I was stunned by what he said. Perhaps he was right in his opinion. I knew in myself that I couldn’t take on the battlefield when I held the sword because it’s more in physical and strength based on my experience earlier. What else? What else should I do?

For seven years, precognition was the only power I knew I had. Nothing else.

"I will follow your opinion, brother." smiling I said.

My brother and I lost our conversation when suddenly one of the soldiers arrived. But I don’t think it’s one of Raegan’s staff. Based on his uniform he was one of Vencel’s staff.

"I'm sorry if I interrupted the conversation between dear prince Raegan and dear princess Rini. Dear Emperor Vencel has ordered that I see him in the hall as soon as possible." he spoke to us.

Raegan and I stood up. "Is this too important?" he asked formally.

"Yes, he also wants the presence of the dear princess."

"What's the reason?"

"The prince of Severassi is here at the Palace."

My jaw dropped when I heard the news. I looked at nothingness. I swallowed hard and pressed my lips. A mixture of nervousness and fear has risen in my system. How is this? The Eryndors did not even know that I was about to perish when I left the Palace. By the time they find out about it, they will be more strict with me. Or else, I may not have a chance to get out in the near future! What I'm more afraid of is that their tyranny might come to life again! Innocent people there may be affected by the anger of Vencel and my brothers.

"Rini? Are you okay? Why are you pale?" Raegan commented worriedly.

If I pretend to be sick, it won't work either. The truth will come out and come out too! How is that?

"Rini?" he calls me again.

I turned to look at him. "K-brother ..." I feel like I'm fainting from nervousness and fear. Until I could no longer control myself and I fell to the floor.

"RINI!" he calls out loud to me full of concern.

Vencel violently opened the door to Rini's room. She hurries to go to her youngest son's wide and soft bed. He found out that it suddenly fainted after hearing the news that Severassi’s prince Prince Calevi had arrived who was now currently waiting inside the room for guests. The captive princes followed him.

Vencel was almost depressed when he saw the youngest child still unconscious but still pale. Irritation flashed across his face when he saw the state of the youngest child. He immediately turned to the best physician of the Empire. She thinks she is asking for the result of why her son is acting like this.

"I have not seen that he is not hungry or ill, Your Majesty." language of the physician in front of them. "I think it was because of fear and too much anxiety that he fainted."

"Majesty," Raegan suddenly spoke to one side. Vencel tilted his head to hear what the first prince had to say. "Earlier the dear princess came to rehearse. She told us that she said she wanted to learn how to use the sword. Forgive me if I just let her rehearse even though I myself taught her without you know. "

"What else?"

"After we rehearsed he was fine, Your Majesty. He was still able to smile and talk to me. But when he heard the news that the prince of Severassi had arrived I saw how pale he was and he was already sweating coldly. Probably not. he wants to see Prince Calevi. " he still continues to explain.

Vencel frowned at what he heard. He found out that Rini had left the Palace that day. 'Could it be that the prince of Severassi did something bad to Rini so he didn't want to see it?' in his mind. He looked at Raegan seriously. "I was facing the prince, he said he wanted to see Rini, but Rini ... Looks like he doesn't want to see a Levanadel."

"What will you order then?" formal but Raegan became more serious.

"The prince will stay in the living room first until the princess wakes up. I want to hear the princess's reason why she doesn't want to see the prince." he said.

Raegan bowed to the Emperor's decision. "I'll follow." it had already left the room.

Until one by one the people left the room. Even the princess's guardians were fired first by Vencel. The only ones left in the room were Vencel and Rini. Vencel sat quietly on the side of the bed. He tenderly held one of its hands. Fear and worry could not be hidden on her face as she remained watching the youngest child. He slowly closed his eyes then touched her hand with a small kiss. He pressed it to his forehead.

"Please, my child. Wake up immediately. I can't allow anything bad to happen to you ... I won't hesitate to face that Emperor for hurting you." his voice almost trembled at that plea. "Oh, Theavia ... Lorah ... Help me wake up my son."

A few minutes later it was there that Vencel decided to leave his son's room first. He lets it rest. He will wait for the time when it will wake up completely.

He slowly closed the door. It is also true that her first child Raegan was also there. So were Eomund and Cederic. When it saw him it immediately attended to him. He looked at them. As she does trace its faces the extreme concern for the youngest and only sister.

"How is Rini?" Cederic couldn't help but ask.

"Has he woken up yet, Your Majesty?" Eomund asked sadly.

The Emperor bowed sadly. He shook his head in response.

"Shameless Levanadel. What could he have done to Rini and is he like that?" Eomund asked stiffly as he clenched his fists. It’s irritating with anger.

"Is there any news about him?" he formally asked Raegan.

"She was shocked when we heard from her about what happened to Rini. I told her what you wanted to convey, she understands whatever your decision was." he replied. There was also a look of irritation on his face. Her eyes glazed over with anger. "I don't think he's calm in that situation even though he did something to our brother."

"I also feel what you feel. But the only one who can solve this problem is Rini. We need an answer by the time she wakes up." he turned them over to her. "Right now we need to rest first. Let's pray that the dear princess will wake up forever."

"I'll follow."
