Chapter 11- the command

We have returned to the Palace of the Albelins. It is time to rest because soon we will be preparing for the celebration of the birthday of the heir to the crown and throne of the Albelins, Prince Dilston. It will be held tonight. By the way, since we came here I haven't encountered him. I only saw him once which was when I was baptized. After n'on, no more. Even meeting us he was not there. Only the Empress of the Oloisean greeted us upon arrival. Maybe on his birthday he will show up. Do not imitate the prince of Thilawiel who still has a mysterious effect.

I still have strength so I thought of going for a walk first. By this time Nesta had already prepared the dress and jewelry that I would use later at the party. I was excited to go to the room where Prince Calevi was to pick up and accompany me for a walk. Fortunately, he let me in. It was also ideal that he was the only one in the room and not my siblings. If my brother happened to be there too, they would certainly not allow the prince to be the only one with me.

"Where are we going, Princess Rini?" he asked me as we walked down the hall.

I stopped for a moment. He also stopped walking. I pressed my index finger to my chin then looked up. Thinking. Suddenly something entered my mind that caused a smile to flicker on my lips. I looked at him. "I have an idea to visit, Prince Calevi." at once I held his hand and pulled him hard where. You thought I couldn’t wait for tomorrow!

I loudly opened the rooms one by one but there was nothing I was looking for. I have a very scratchy head. Prince Calevi looked at me in astonishment. "What are you looking for?" he couldn't help but ask.

I glared at him. "Two kids, they both have black hair. I think they're just the same age as us." I describe. "The Palace is so vast, it seems impossible for us to find them in such a short time."

"D-two kids? Black hair? M-ghosts?" fear etched on his face.

My forehead furrowed. I stared at the frightened prince in front of me. When I realized something I waved my hand in the air. "Ah, they're not ghosts. They're really kids. In fact they're princes and princesses."

He was shocked by my statement. "Prince? Princess?" he repeated in disbelief.

I nodded. "So I was looking for them because I talked to them last night. They told me they hadn't eaten for two days. I gave them the leftover lollipop I made. I can't deny that I'm worried for them." my storytelling.

She blinked. "Prince? Princess?" he repeated. "But all I know is, the only child of the Emperor of Oloisean. That was Prince Dilston. Only now did I find out that there were other princes and princesses." he said.

I nodded again. "That's what Dad told me when I mentioned it to him, he was surprised too." lumabi ako. "I need to see them before we return Cyan in the next few days."

"What do you mean by them?"

"I want to get to know them more. I also want to give them food." I smiled.

I grabbed his hand again then pulled to continue the search for them. We were about to turn when we suddenly collided with something. Prince Calevi pushed us back, I almost fell because of the impact! I looked at who we had collided with. My eyes widened when I saw the red -haired young man again!

Our gaze was correct. My fist clenched spontaneously. I suddenly remembered his antics with me earlier. "You again ..." was all I could say.

"I-you ..." Prince Calevi, he couldn't continue what he was going to say when his gaze shifted to him. Wow, he just thinks, he has silenced a prince ?!

It looked even lower until it was noticed that we were holding the hand of the prince of Severassi. I wondered even more why his gaze suddenly deepened when he saw that we were holding Calevi's hand. No one said holding one of my hands and success pulled me away from my companion!

"What are you doing?!" asik ko. "If you don't have anything nice to do, leave where we're going first, okay? We're looking for something."

I was even more weird when his expression suddenly changed. She smiled sweetly at me. He just seemed to ignore what he had seen before. He bowed until our faces met. "And what is the Cyan princess looking for? It seems something has piqued your interest."

"I can't tell you. We're busy. Let's talk later." we stepped away from him but I was stunned when he spoke again.

"If what you're looking for is the hidden prince and princess, they're currently in the lowest part of the Palace." he said seriously.

I immediately turned to him. I quickly approached him. "Are you serious about what you're saying?" I gave him a suspicious look. Also, why does he know they are what I am looking for?

"I'm serious. Is my suspicion correct?"

I bit my lower lip as I stared at the red-haired young man. I have not read any lies. Because of that I held one of his hands. "Use your power. Take me to them." I said mixed imperative.

He was stunned by what I said. He looked so shocked that I could command him just like that. Well, of course. I will never forget how he saved me then and what his ability was. And most of all, I need to conserve energy so I can still attend the gathering tonight. Moments later he took a deep breath. He pressed one of his palms against the wall next to him. As before, it shines until it gradually opens like a portal. He let us in there first.

We exited from the portal it was quite dark and the quiet room greeted us. I rolled my eyes around. There is light here but it is not enough to cover the whole room. I followed that with a look. It came from a lamp. We stepped closer to it. I was just stunned when exposed to us was a huge cage. What surprised me even more was that I could see two black kittens from inside the n'on.

I even heard Prince Calevi call me faintly. But I seem to be deaf. I ignored him. I was more focused on the two black kittens in front of me now that were sound asleep. My forehead furrowed slightly as I also saw a bulk of the boy just next to the kittens. It turned its back on us and then faced us. I stiffened in my stance when I realized who it was.

"P-prince Dilston ...?" I softly call him.

He just curled up a little at me. I was the same with him. I watched him as he stroked the black kittens then he left it. He came out of the big cage. He is already in front of me. I watched him. I studied if he had a wound or what. I did not see that he had a wound or blood. I just wonder more why he is here in this place.

He grinned bitterly. "I know you're wondering, dear princess. We can talk about it outside so they don't wake up."

I quietly followed him. We slipped through the portal again and we reached the garden where the lake was.

We walked a bit until we stopped as well. We were just behind him.

"They are indeed my brothers. We have only one parents but the Emperor and the Empress do not know them." his introduction. He was looking at nothingness but he was facing the lake. I looked at him. I'm still looking forward to what he has to say next. "Even before they left the world, many said that they would bring a great curse on the whole Empire. On the day of their birth, they were not human. They were kittens. But their lives were like mortals too so it was still the same. their forms. "

"B-but why don't the Emperor and the Empress know them?" I will ask.

He turned to us. There was sadness in his eyes. "Because of the curse." he bowed. "Because of the alleged curse that our parents could not accept so they asked the best magicians to erase their memories relating to my siblings."

"How about you?" Prince Calevi spoke.

He clenched his fists. "I refused to erase my brothers from my mind so that I could hide and take care of them. That somehow someone would still accept them. That they still had an ally. I did not consider them a curse. They are even more my treasure. . "

"But when I saw them. They said they hadn't eaten for two days." I still speak.

"I was too busy those times because of preparing for today. So I don't get to visit them."

"But one of your servants called them prince and princess."

"Ah, me and he are the only ones who know everything. Except for the people here in the Palace who have erased their memory about the hidden princes and princesses." he replied. "Even though we are the only two who know about my siblings, we still have a hard time. It hurts to see them in that situation."

Now everything becomes clear to me. Prince Dilston also had a reason. I thought, Luth and Heidi were so oppressed that they couldn’t eat for two days.

I stepped closer to him. I gently took his hand. I smiled which also caused him to be stunned. "I know it will be hard for you to bear these things. But it will also bear fruit. Someday you will be able to wear the crown, the day you will sit on the throne, only Luth and Heidi can help you to be more make your territory stronger and more stable. " I gave him a hug to comfort him. I lightly patted his back.

But suddenly the red -haired young man appeared. No one says he cut Prince Dilston's neck with his palm. He grabbed the collar of her dress once she pulled it away from me. The Oloisean prince completely fainted!

"A-what are you doing ?!" I can't stop shouting at him.

"This is my gift to him." he said with a smile.

"Huh ?!" I was confused by what he was saying.

"If you're done on purpose with him, you can then go back to your room, dear princess." he turned to Prince Calevi, his eyes suddenly glazed over. "As for you, Prince of Severassi ... We're going to talk. Man to man."

When night came, I left the room. I was wearing the beautiful and fancy white party gown that Nesta and the maids had prepared for me. Because my blonde hair is wavy, they put white pearl clips on the back and it is loose and then I wear a tiara made of gold, diamonds and rubies are the stones used for decoration.

I found that my brothers, Prince Calevi, as well as Vencel, who was dressed very elegantly, were waiting. They seem to have prepared for this night as well. The beauty they have in their clothes dominates. Hays, I’m really surrounded by handsome ones. Even Calevi, now that he is innocent, also has a charm. But when it grows, I just don't know. Many women would stumble for him. Ha. Ha. Ha.

"The dear princess is ready, gentlemen." Nesta spoke politely to them.

Vencel just nodded. I attended. He applied one of his knees to the floor. "My youngest is so beautiful." he smiled promisingly. "This is the first time you're going to attend a gathering. Just don't leave our side so you don't get lost." then he looked at my brothers. In those thoughts you think they are talking or in agreement. They nodded.

What are they thinking?

"Come on, Rini." Vencel's tenderness.

I looked up at him and smiled sweetly. "Yes, dad!" at once I held his hand.

We walked down the hall together to reach the hall where the guests were. It's a pity I can't see Luth and Heidi at the party. Fortunately, Prince Dilston explained to me what really happened.

The grand hall opened up to us. Obviously flooded with different foods and drinks here. I also didn’t expect more guests to attend the celebration. I remained holding Vencel's hand. Raegan was next to me so I also held his hand. Our face is serious. Everyone looked at us, maybe they saw and felt our presence.

"We announce the Emperor, along with the Princes and lone princess from the Kingdom of Cyan!" announcement by the royal announcer of Oloisean.

We started down the grand staircase. Vencel and Raegan were careful and supported me on the descent because of my ball gown, especially when I was young. They were afraid that my foot would get caught or I might have an accident.

When I set foot in the ball hall, I noticed that the guests began to murmur. The rest of them couldn’t believe I was with them. But most of them rejoiced in our presence. Another thing I noticed, they loved to approach us, others were hesitant. Well, I won't be surprised because my companions are really intimidating. It's like the joke, we just came here to eat. It’s not in their vocabulary to be friendly.

"We announce Prince Calevi from the Kingdom of Severassi!"

I rolled my eyes. They seem to be wondering why only the supposed heir to the Severassi Empire arrived alone.

But the voices of those around me grew louder. My forehead furrowed then I turned around. I found that most of the guests were talking to them intensely. Is there a new trending? What's up?

"So I came here to see him."

"I can't wait to see his face for the first time."

"This is said to be the first time he will appear in public, he said he is not inclined to attend such events."

"What is the reason why he attended our prince's birthday?"

Huh? Who do they refer to?

"We announce Prince Otis Sergei Cairon from the Kingdom of Thilawiel!"

I was stunned by what I heard. The prince of Thilawiel, here? I remembered what Prince Calevi had told me. Not once or once did their royal family show up at such festivities but their Empire was said to be growing stronger because of one man --- the one known as the conquering prince. He also did not come when I was baptized. He is also the one Prince Calevi refers to as he went to Cyan for me to help him. He is also one of those who knows what power I have. Now I just see him for the first time.

I quickly looked up the stairs where the referred Prince of Thilawiel was. Gradually my eyes widened as I saw who they were referring to. The man had green eyes as colored as the emerald stone and the red hair.

I couldn't take my eyes off him until I realized he was right in front of me. His smile was wide, as if he was pleased with what he saw --- my reaction.

He gently pressed his arm to his stomach. He applied one of his knees to the floor of the hall then bowed. "I am pleased to meet the royal family from the Kingdom of Cyan. Let me introduce myself, I am Otis Cairon from the Thilawiel Empire."

"Nice to meet you also for the first time, prince of Thilawiel." Vencel greeted him seriously and formally.

He stood up then he gave us a playful smile. His gaze shifted to me. "We meet again, Princess Styriniana."

When Prince Otis turned his back on me, my brothers, even Vencel, immediately turned to me. They gave me a confused and questioning look. They didn't know how many times I had encountered that young man. I gently scratched my cheek then averted my eyes for a moment. I looked at them again then a sweet smile flashed on my lips. It would be better to postpone their questioning how I met the Prince of Thilawiel. Can we enjoy the party tonight at least?

I heard applause all around. I paid attention to that. I also heard the arrival of the birthday celebrant --- Prince Dilston announced. I raised an eyebrow. She is more sedentary when dressed like this. It is undeniable that he will indeed be the heir as the next Emperor of Oloisean. I thought he was hiding something bad but I was wrong. He is also an exemplary brother like Raegan. He was impressive as an older sibling for Luth and Heidi for protecting and he never left them.

After introducing Prince Dilston to the guests he turned his gaze to me. He gave me a sweet smile. I was a little taken aback by his attitude. I thought that was all he would do. But no, he actually stepped closer to me. To make matters worse he suddenly knelt down in front of me. I opened my mouth in shock. The people around roared. Like me they were also shocked at what their prince had done.

"I just wanted to greet Cyan's lone princess and thank her for helping me." he cried softly. "I will never forget it." he looked up at me. "We never made the mistake of inviting you for this special evening, Princess Styriniana."

I went home. "Heh. Heh. Heh ... W-nothing, Prince Dilston ..."

He stood up. Again he bowed to us before he turned his back on us. I followed him with my gaze. But my hair stood on end when I felt a black aura around me. I was like a robot glancing at my companions.

"First, the prince of Thilawiel. Now the prince of Oloisean. Daredevils." Vencel's weak but firm promise.

"Isn't it too much that they crossed the line?" Raegan was second.

"What do they think? It's easy for them to approach Rini?" Eomund's eyes glazed over.

"They passed us first before they finally approached the Cyan princess." Cederic who looks ready for a big fight.

I feel dazed. Wow, their over -protectiveness towards me worked again even though all the princes did was greet me. Is it my fault that they approach me?

I took a deep breath. My grip on them tightened. "Papa, brothers ... Can we eat now? I'm already hungry ..." I told them softly. This is my last resort to relieve this moment. They might not be able to control themselves, they will start a mess if I don’t stop them.

"We'd better eat first." Vencel agreed, somehow he was gone.

At once we attended the wide and round table reserved for the Eryndors. Raegan pulled up a chair then Vencel helped me sit there. One of the Albelin's servants approached us. They professionally put the food they prepared on the table, as well as the drinks. We happily shared the food. Even with the food, my babysitter was better than my older brothers and Vencel. Anyway, we're not with Nesta right now because it's strictly only for blue-bloods can enter the hall.

After we ate we stood up while lowering the food. One by one, someone approached us to introduce himself to Vencel. He introduced himself as a close relative of the Oloisean Emperor. Traces on his face that he can talk to someone like Vencel. Others are also approaching to introduce themselves. Okay, let's talk politics again.

"I am pleased to speak to the Emperor of Cyan. Let me introduce myself. I am Erwan Marillac, who currently rules the Yealind nation, which belongs to the Olisean Empire. This is my second son, Prince Vaeril Marillac."

"Nice to meet you, King Erwan, Prince Vaeril." Vencel was formal and somewhat uninterested in his presence.

"I didn't think your only daughter, Emperor of Cyan, would be so fascinating. Even the three princes from the three strongest Empires became close to the only princess."

Vencel's gaze deepened on him. "And what do you want to happen, King of Yealind?"

He looked intimidated. He sneezed before he continued what he was going to say. "I-I wish my son and --- would be friends."

"I refuse." he replied quickly to the King.

The two were stunned by Vencel's response. What else can they expect eh that's really the attitude of the Emperor of Cyan, not just him. As well as my siblings, they would say the same.

"If you have nothing more to say, I'll leave you." he said coldly. He turned his back on it then took my hand again.

"I-I understand ..." he looks more than like intimidated so he has nothing more to say. Okay, I kind of feel sorry for him.

No matter how much Vencel avoids those who approach him from different royal families, they still do not tempt him. This is a bit tiring. Maybe I should have run away from them even better.

I pulled the hem of Vencel's dress a little. He looked down at me. "Papa ..." I called softly to him.

He immediately knelt down in front of me. "Why, my youngest?"

"Can I go to the garden first? I'll reduce what I ate ... I'm just there so you can find me easily."

"Then Cederic can accompany you." he looked at it. "Watch your brother first while I talk to the ones I have to talk to."

"I'll follow, Your Majesty." he smiled turning to me. "Come on, Rini. I'll go with you."

"Can Prince Calevi be with me too?"
