I wasn't expecting that to happen, Kaylan acted like he was going to leave me or better yet wouldn't mind leaving without me and now he waiting for us to go home.

"Go with them dear, I'll send your luggage to you,"

Said, dad.

I turned and he hugged me tightly.

Mom placed her hand on my face and smiled lovely with me.

They walked me to the door and standing there I saw Kaylan seated inside the car with a furious countenance.

"Please be careful and call me when reach"

Mom ordered, I nodded and walked down to Kaylan's car waiting,

Kaylan's driver opened the door for me, I got in sitting next to Kaylan himself.

He refused to look at me, the car starts and we drove home, you can say to my new home.

An hour later, the car stopped at a huge mansion, I got down and my jaw dropped.

This wasn't the home we came to meet Kaylan months ago, this was a lot bigger

Kaylan walked out from the other side and rode past without taking a second glance at me.

His parents came out of the other car and urged me to walk behind Kaylan.

I followed him at a fast pace and accidentally bumped into him.

He turns shooting me his angry gaze.

"I'm sorry," I issued and he takes a new turn walking up the stairs and into a room.

"Dear, why are you here, aren't you going to be with your husband?.

Asked Kaylan's mom.

"Yes dear, please go with her to our son's bedroom," said Kaylan's dad.

I looked at them, it's impossible and shocking to hear such utterances from the parents whose son I played and got married to.

I was hoping they would run curses on me, but nothing seems to happen.

And why do I have this feeling that they were happy with the outcome of how things happened.

"Good night, daughter-in-law".

Kaylan's dad smiles and walks away.

I was accompanied into the room by Kaylan's mom, she pushed me in and I rode in drawing Kaylan's attention.

"Mom, what is she doing here?.

He sounded pissed.

"I'm sorry son, but did you forget that Alina is now your wife and she has the right to be in here as much as you do,".

She spoke to him.

Kaylan squeezed his face and walked out of the room, I turned, and his mom smiles and urged me to go in and rest, assuring that nightwear will be sent to my room.

I sat on the bed and someone knocked on the door, I got up and a lady passed a nightgown to me.

"Ma'am Anna asked me to give you this," she announced and walked away.

I slammed the door and rode into the bathroom to change, I got out afterward and tucked myself in bed.

Kaylan hadn't returned yet and I wouldn't want to eye-lock with him until the next morning.

I slowly dozed off seizing every sound around me, hour's later, Kaylan returns, he found me sleeping and angrily dragged me from the bed.

"Who told you to sleep here?.

He interrogated.

"No one, I thought!!" I tried speaking but he cuts me to shut and warned me never to sleep on his bed again, he says, if I wanted to sleep, I should stay on the ground.

"Kaylan, that's not fair" I spoke back.

"What isn't fair Alina, do you think that I'm unfair to you,".

Kalyan dragged me closer.

"Then you don't know what being unfair is, and I'm going to make this promise to you Alina, I swear to make your life hell on earth, it will be so hellish that you'll regret ever getting married to me,"

He shoved me back and rode to the bed.
