Kaylan read his vow out loud, he grabbed both my hands and demonstrated everything, I almost felt bad doing what I was.

It came to my turn, I cleared my throat and recited my vow to him.

I had no idea what I was saying, but at the end of everything, the guests clapped and Kaylan lovingly tucked my hair behind my ears and pecked me.

I controlled myself and the ring bearer came forward with the ring, we exchanged the rings and everyone clapped.

"I now pronounce you, man and wife," said the priest, "you may now kiss the bride", he added.

Kiss?

That there means my secret was about to be exposed, I clenched my hands and eyes, while Kaylan slowly removed the veil,  felt him pull it away but to an extent stopped.

My eyes were closed not knowing what happened, I had no choice but to open them, finally coming face to face with the stunning look everyone had.

"What the hell is this, you're not Kate, where is she?"

Kaylan angrily grabbed my arm, he twisted my ankles until I had to speak the truth.

"She ran away from the wedding, I'm sorry".

Kaylan let go and turns to mom and dad, they both hid their face and he understood even though they didn't alter a single word.

He takes a look at me for a while and stumped out of the wedding ground and I was left at the alter looking stupid.

One after the other the guests left and they didn't leave, they all had something to say, some called me a bad sister, while some spat on my face.

It's ironic because they don't know what and why I had to take the place of my sister and marry her groom.

Mom walked me into the house and Kaylan was seen venting his anger, he scattered the entire decorations and burn down the pre-wedding photos he had with Kate.

I felt sad and wanted to help, mom refused and forced me to stay at s point.

"My son, please calm down"

Dad stepped in.

"Calm down, after what your daughter did to me, did you expect me to calm down?". He falls his hand down and slammed the pile of glass cups to the ground.

I didn't like the fact he spoke rudely to dad but on a serious note, he has every right to be angry and I'm sure he must be furious with me.

Well getting my suspicion right, Kaylan sights me standing beside mom.

He brushed past mom and came to me.

Mom held my hand tight and Kaylan sees that, he twitches his nose and slowly separated us.

"Alina, you like doing people favors right, you like being the heroin I'm I right?"

He looks at it with so much hate.

"Kaylan, I'm not understanding anything, but can you calm down so I can explain," I begged.

"What do you want to explain Alina, is it the fact that your sister left me on the day we were supposed to get married or the fact that your entire family played me for a fool and got us married instead".

Kaylan yelled.

"No, no, mom and dad didn't want to accept  getting us married but I made them too, don't be mad please"

I tried to explain but rather Kaylan continued with his version filming in the head.

He pushed me aside and walked out of the house, his parents came and looked at me.

I thought they might want to say something but nothing.

It seems I have just gotten myself into deep shit, I held my hand to my stomach when Kaylan's driver comes in.

"Ma'am, Mr. Kaylan Is waiting for you, please become with me".

"Why is he waiting?" I interrogated.

"Ma'am, he says we need to go home and you need to come with us,"

He announced, seizing a stunned look on my face.
