Third Person POV

We spent the entire night talking and laughing Kyle slept on the couch and I was on the bed the very best and very comfortable bed I have ever slept on.We spoke until I dose off and I don’t remember what time it was but I was out like a light bulb. He slept on the couch to ensure that I was comfortable I around him in the same room and I really do appreciate that.

LOLA’S POV

I have never been so happy in my entire life until the nightmare.

Please don’t I promise I will never look back just let me go home……

“There is no way we are going to have a lot of fun with you all of us are going to rape you”

“Please let me go, HELP…… PLEASE HEL……”

Then I woke up crying and sweating looking so nervous as if it was happening again, it was as if I was reliving my hell loop and I have never done anything wrong though the guilt of allowing my mother to live the terrible life I believe it was all my fault and that I am the reason my father died. But this night I woke up feeling like whatever happened that day has come back to haunt me.

I cried silently hoping that I didn’t wake Kyle up but too late he was already up and on the bed within a blink of an eye. “Are you okay? What happened? What did you dream about?” he asked looking very worried. I couldn’t speak, so my response was me breaking down into a silent cry “babe I heard you crying out for help and scream please talk to me so that I can help you” he spoke again and now that I cried so much I feel a lot thirsty.

“I’m scared Kyle” I said while taking a bottle of water from the night stand next to me “I’m scared of what happened that it might happen again, and I don’t want that, I am scared that they will come back again and finish the job they have already started” I said that while grabbing the bed covers close to my chest.

“Look love as long as I’m here no one can hurt you and the rest of my pack members they got you because you are my mate my one and only, the idiots that tried to hurt you won’t bother to breath the same air with you because I Kyle have your back, so please relax and trust me I will help you through this and through the trauma you will not suffer alone now let’s sleep” he said that while pulling me close to his chest and trust me I didn’t even refuse I just felt this amazing spark while touching his bare chest. Wait, he is shirtless.

But he is my mate and my wolf was screaming and dancing that I have finally allowed him Kyle our mate to be together and touch him.

KYLE’S POV

It was that time of the day the part where we all fall asleep because it was night we went to bed wait a minute she went to bed while I slept on the couch I was disappointed that I was crushing on the couch and not together with her on the bed. My wolf couldn’t stop whining because he wanted to be with his mate and he just couldn’t wait to be in bed and even that close to his mate just to smell her Goddess she smelt divine.

We laughed and chatted almost the entire night I have no idea what time she fell asleep and I didn’t bother myself to check the time she just snored and just like that I knew she was tired so I did one of the cheesiest things that is only done by parents I tiptoed to her side and kissed her goodnight my wolf couldn’t stop dancing even though we both are yearning for more a goodnight kiss on her forehead was enough to get us through the night.

I went back to my couch to catch my own zzz’s for an hour or two it was all peace and quiet only the snoring was heard in the room and I won’t lie it did turn me on now I wasn’t only fighting the urge to be close to her, I was fighting the urge of mating and making sweet sweet love to my mate. I can’t believe that I can get turned on by snoring this is all new to me and trust me I would never sleep with a girl who snores that’s a turn off but I was turned on by her.

She cried throughout her sleep at first I thought she was moaning or something you know but when she tossed way to hard and screamed help while jumping up in her sleep I ran fast to her side and asked looking worried “Are you okay? What happened? What did you dream about?” she didn’t respond she just broke down and cried out in silence “babe I heard you crying out for help and scream please talk to me so that I can help you” her only response was “I’m scared Kyle” I looked at her and I have never seen her this nervous and worse part is I didn’t know what to do at the moment I just want to know what makes her scared so that I can do all my best to protect her since I am her mate, I will die for her I’m not sure if she knows that. she ended up telling me what she was scared off after taking a large gulp of water as if she was in a longest run of her life.

I won’t lie I am super worried and I don’t know what I am going to do, I have already killed the guys that have traumatized my mate and now I am left picking up the broken pieces of her and come to think of it I might be the reason she is going through this because I was the one who lead her into the dark alley if it wasn’t for me she would have gotten home safe.

The other thing the ran into my heard was comforting my mate, so I pulled her straight to my chest and hugged her tightly ensuring that we both hit the pillows with our backs and ensured we were covered with a bed covers.

“Look love as long as I’m here no one can hurt you and the rest of my pack members they got you because you are my mate my one and only, the idiots that tried to hurt you won’t bother to breath the same air with you because I Kyle have your back, so please relax and trust me I will help you through this and through the trauma you will not suffer alone now let’s sleep” I said and what made me happy was that she didn’t refuse and for the fact that I was shirtless made my wolf howl so loud that my head almost exploded and the sparks that I felt through her touch proved more that we are meant to be together and there is no way that I am letting her go.

‘Thank you Goddess for blessing me with a wonderful mate and I promise I won’t break her heart and I will do anything to ensure that she is happy, she is the rightful owner of my heart my mate Lola Blade Jones’.
